100% unhelpful. Never, ever provided correct and important information about the insurance. Acted like it was not their job, that they have no information, they only work there. This is very typical for Utah-based companies. They never learned proper training from businesses who actually know what they are doing on both coasts. You may as well be calling Walmart for insurance.

I feel lucky to be working with this Insurance group. They have taken great care of us over the years as we have grown. They are the best in town.

Been waiting for over a month for some kind of proof of insurance. No bill yet but must be a scam!

I think this is a daycare. Small child in background, stated only servicing existing accounts. SCAM!!!
