I tried a quick fix through another company who charged me $100 to tell me I needed my dryer motor replaced. Then I went through ASI via my RC Willey Warrantee. They sent their old technician who took 5 mins to tell me what was wrong, ordered the part, and soon after that returned to install it in 5 mins. Done. Thank you!

They were scheduled from 1:30 - 3:30, I asked for a call when they were on their way, called me at 1:00 and showed up precisely at 1:30! Repaired my dishwasher in 15 minutes, cost was reasonable, would highly recommend!!

I had a scheduled appointment with ASI as they are the only company that will repair Frigidaire appliances.At the end of my 2 hour window I called the main office to check where the technician was.I was informed that the technician had tried to call me because they didnt have a gate code, my phone had no missed calls and my gate was open the entire time.I was also told I had a full voicemail, which I did not, and confirmed this by having someone call me to check.I will never use ASI. I will also never buy Frigidaire.

ASI did good work to fix a failed compressor on an LG fridge a few months ago. I would not recommend an LG fridge, and it took a long time to get parts, but that was not an issue with ASI. The most annoying part of the repair was the fact that LG does not allow ASI to stock parts that are failing regularly, causing them to make two trips to get the repair completed. The fridge is running fine a few months later.

I had issues with my 5 month old washing machine. Customer service was excellent. It was easy to make an appointment. They let me know when the repairman was on his way. He arrived on time. He solved the problem and took care of the warranty paperwork. Id call that 5 star service!

My fridge died and I called a handful of companies to see if we could have someone fix our fridge. ASI was able to send someone in a reasonable timeframe. Our repair man called and let us know when he would arrive. He came and asked a few questions and spent some time looking at our fridge. Fortunately for us, it was a very simple fix. He explained the problem and reset the fridge computer. He didnt need to use any tools or take anything apart. He could have charged us the full price for the visit but instead he waived the fee. When he left, he said he would check back with us to see if our fridge was still working. He called twice before traveling back to Salt Lake City to make sure everything was OK. I appreciate the service and the follow-up phone calls. Great service and I would definitely use ASI Appliance Services again.

Appliance under warranty sent pictures and explanation of issue to ASI 2/24. They came out 3/9 and did not have the correct parts. They managed to get them in 3/11 but deferred my appointment to repair my appliance until 3/15.So really--no stars for poor customer service.

The technicians are great this rating is not for those guys. ASI told me they would call me with and give an eatimate on the part for my oven. Initially the tech told me it would cost about 40 dollars so I figured it wouldnt be that big of a deal. They never did and when they showed up it cost $150. This is infuriating on two levels 1. They are super backlogged right now which is understandable however, this means I wouldve had plenty of time to find the part on my own. 2. The part at cost was $103 as well. I am unsure why I would pay a repair company if they are going to profit 50% from parts I could get on my own. I wouldnt call ASI for future appliance repairs.

The technician came out September 14th to my home to evaluate my washer and dryer. The technician said that he would have to order parts. Being that I am already disappointed that my washer and dryer were not even a year old and already needing repair that NOTHING was done that day. The beginning of October I called this company to check on the status of the parts they said it would be another 3 weeks. I was told that the parts were still on their way and that it may take up to another 2-3 weeks. This morning I called once again after not hearing anything AGAIN.I spoke to a woman that said that the parts for my machines as well as other customers parts are at the warehouse waiting for a trucking company to pick them up and deliver them so they can be installed. I asked when she anticipated that to take place and she didn’t have a answer for me. I am beyond disgusted!!! I am calling the manufacturer. They need to take care of this ASAP!!!!! Never again will I purchase Whirlpool if this is that I have to deal with.

Washer randomly stopped working. ASI was able to diagnose over the phone and send out a technician, with needed parts, to fix it. I don’t think he was even in my house for more than 10 minutes. Swapped out the part and got things up and running. Great service!

I purchased an Electrolux washer/dryer set 3 years ago and the washer stopped working recently. It turns out it had a small unusual leak at the top of the machine that rusted out the entire unit. The warranty will cover it thank goodness! Ryan the Service guy was so helpful and professional and I really appreciated his communication with me through the process. ASI got to me as soon as they could with all the cover -19 craziness!

I had a washing machine stop working. I called ASI first thing on a Monday morning and they set an appointment for that Friday. I was happy with that. Gave them model and serial numbers and thought I was set. Thursday morning they called and cancelled saying their Tech would not work on my machine. So I lost 4 days on getting help. I called Sears and they could not come for 2 weeks. I called a friend he ordered the part and it came in 48 hrs. It cost $25.00. He fixed it in 1 hour. Very disappointed in ASI.

He wore a mask and got right to work diagnosing the issue with our dishwasher, explaining what he was doing every step along the way. Thankfully it was an easy fix. Three visits later and still the same issue. On third visit the repairman didnt knock and just left a magnet on the door saying he missed us. We call the Company and talk to Kristie and she was EXTREMELY rude. We asked to talk to her manager and she tells us, she is the manager and even if we talked with someone above her she wouldnt worry about getting in trouble. She can talk to us how ever she pleases. I will never use them again and do not recommend them to anyone. Terrible service and terrible quality.

I have has my Stove for about a year and a half now. First problem. It was under warranty and ASI was the repair service wan the company assigned to do the repair. I had a couple of problems with the company none of which were their fault. A couple of delays due to their parts suppler putting my part with another order., and it could not be found and had to be reordered. Rick, the service TEch called me personally and explained what had happened. He was very sorry for the inconvenience it had caused. When the part did arrive I was his first call of the day. He arrived promptly and completed the repair in a most professional manner.Rick also explained what he was doing and how the parts worked in conjunction with each other. Within no-time at all problem solved.For all 5 of the areas listed to rate I give the company and especially Rick a 10 out of 10. I would be glad to have this Company repair any of my appliances any time.

We had them out twice to diagnose a noisy refrigerator. The first time the repairman spent about 30 seconds and adjusted the bolts on the front. This did not solve the issue. He returned a second time and moved a piece of foam we had placed under the fridge to a different spot. This also took 30 seconds and did not resolve the issue. We finally found a YouTube video on cleaning the compressor, pulled the fridge out and fixed the problem ourselves. ASI was a complete waste of $130. He never once pulled out the fridge or looked behind it. Nor did he offer to clean the compressor or the coils as part of the service call or make the effort to suggest this could be the source of our problem. It was a very disappointing experience.

I had purchased an extended warranty on an Maytag washer, through RC Willey and when the Washer started having problems, I contacted RC Willey and they sent me to ASI Appliance Service. When the technician arrived to look at the washer, he spun the washing drum and said that it is not worth repair. He didnt even really look at the unit. He said that it would cost about $600 to 700, to repair it. I know that parts for a replacement clutch, transmission and bearings were a total of about $ 100. I asked him about that and he said that his labor would be the most expensive part. I know that I can get parts, and repair it myself for less. I feel that ASI is taking advantage of RC Willey and people who pay for the extra warranty.When I followed up with RC Willey they had received the estimated cost of the repair, listing replacing the drum, the transmission, the clutch, the belt and motor. Yet he never looked at the unit. He was there for only 3 minutes.I would not recommend this company to any one.

ASI has come to our house a couple of times to repair appliances under our Lowes protection plan. Ive always been able to get appointments within a week and theyve always shown up on time. A technician came a couple days ago to fix our dishwasher digital display and top rack and he was friendly, professional, and did a great job. He also gave bonus education about extending the life of our dishwasher and fixed our wobbly door handle as well. Im impressed with their service.

If anyone knows an appliance repair person/company that actually tries to help you please post their information. My dishwasher had no power. I reset the kitchen breaker not realizing that the dishwasher was on a separate breaker. Thats my bad. When I called to make the appointment they did not give me any tips or advice or even suggest that I reboot the dishwasher. The technician shows up and goes through an elaborate production of removing the front plate of the dishwasher to simply unplug it and plug it back in (which could have been done with just flipping the breaker). I paid $100 service call for that. There has to be a company out there that wants repeat customers because they try to help them (even a little bit) before the service tech gets scheduled to come out. Did you try to switch the breaker? and Sometimes appliances are on different breakers from the kitchen. Easy. They would not have needed to come out for this specific call, but guaranteed I would be calling them for all my appliance repairs forever. Not now.

My experience with ASI appliance has been wonderful. Ryan has been out many times to repair a faulty ice maker ( frigidaire is well aware of the problem) since my fridge is under warranty, the warranty dictates the repair steps. How could I complain? All my work thus far has been covered 100%! ( gotta love those extended warranties!!)Ryan has been prompt and professional. A great technician. We scheduled an appointment to have a technician come out to look at a door seal, soap dispenser, and filter for a well-known dishwasher brand. We were told the technician would come out and evaluate what parts were necessary, and that a second visit would be necessary if parts needed to be ordered. All three parts were available from a local appliance parts supply company. I was able to complete the repair myself for two of the three issues -- the third issue did not end up needing to be resolved.When I called to cancel the service (trying to be polite and considerate of their time and scheduling) I was asked why I needed to cancel. Really?

Ive written my share of both positive and negative reviews, and Im pleased to be able to provide a positive one. From the first phone contact, ASI did everything they said they would do, WHEN they said they would do it. The technician was Lynn. I called ASI because everything in the refrigerator door dispenser (ice, water and light) had simply died. After discovering the problem was broken wires into the door, and since those wires had no service loop, it appeared that there was no way to access them to repair them, which meant we were facing replacing the entire fridge. But Lynn wanted to see if he could coax enough room to put in some splices and after crawling around on the floor (nothing in appliances is easy to get to and intended to actually be repaired), he managed to reconnect the broken ends. So, for a little over $100, he saved the expense of a new fridge and provided several more years of service to the unit. He didnt take the easy way out and that is rare .... and a sign of a true professional. Thank you Lynn. While not everything can be fixed, I would recommend ASI as I believe they will do what is possible to resolve the problem. Good company.

What a joke. These guys are as unprofessional as it comes... Ive been dealing with them for weeks now.. the lady that answers the phone, try to have patience with her. Shes a real gem. Not.Literally ever person Ive dealt with from ASI is a PITA and doesnt seem to care about much of anything.If you have the option, use some other company to repair your appliances, for the at the very least the customer does not come first at ASI.

We call them to set an appointment to repair our refrigerator that was not cooling. The repairman showed up during the 2 hour window that they told us he would be here. He quickly diagnose the problem and explained that the fan on a refrigerator had stopped working. He did not have one on him so he said he would go pick one up and be back in 45 min. about 45 min. later he came back with a new fan and fix the refrigerator. I was excited that it was not something that he was going to have to order and then come back on a different day. When he was getting ready to leave I asked him how much it was going to cost and he explained that the part that failed was still under warrantee therefore there would be no charge. That was great news because we did not think the warranty extended beyond a year.

Wow was I disappointed! Where do I begin? Let me start that I never write bad reviews, this is one that I felt was actually worth the time and effort to share. I schedule online with their online scheduler and was called a couple days later to say that the day I scheduled wasnt going to work. On the online form I filled out I described what was wrong and the part I needed, with the model number of the appliance. They did NOT call to tell me what time they would be out the day they choose. WE had to call them to find out. They returned a call hours later to tell us when they were coming and that it was just a consultation and they didnt have the part. WHY IN THE WORLD WOULD YOU SCHEDULE A CONSULT APPOINTMENT WHEN YOU KNOW WHAT IS WRONG? My husband told the guy not to come unless he could fix it that day. He said he needs to know the model number ( which we had already given him online) so my husband sent a picture of the model number and to the guy. We didnt hear anything back for over a week and again WE had to call to see when they were coming. At their mercy completely. I wanted to just cancel, but didnt want to go another two weeks without a washing machine trying to go through another company. When they arrived the technician was kind, and did the work quickly. When I went to pay I was SHOCKED by the price. He told me because I used the online scheduler that it was more expensive and that for future reference just call in. With tears in my eyes I paid the $290 for a stupid piece that took less than ten minutes to fix and that I had to wait 2 1/2 weeks for. And to top the whole thing off the guy left all the garbage from the parts in my laundry room. To say I was unhappy would be a terrible understatement. I will never use this company again and will tell RC Willy, who they are contracted with, what horrible service I received.

ASI was recommended by my appliance manufacturer when I called their customer support. When I called to schedule a repair the receptionist was rude. I asked what the service fee would be and was shocked that it was almost a hundred dollars just to come out a week later to look at it. I scheduled the appointment, they told me to call back on the day of the repair to get a two hour window. I called back and was told the technician could be out until late in the day and that if that was not going to work it would be another week, again they were short and rude. I canceled the service and call Quality Appliance Repair after a Google recommendation. Their service fee was half the cost and it applies to the parts and repairs. The receptionist was very nice and they were here that same day. Ive emailed Fridgidare and told them they should drop ASI

Our dryer stopped heating. It’s under warranty with RCWILLEY and they sent out someone from ASI to fix it. He came during the time that they said he would(10-12, arrived at 11:45), was quick and efficient to listen to what I said the problem was and look the dryer over. He had the needed heating element, but needed to get a thermostat for it. Two days later he was back within the time frame given again (1-3, arrived at 1:30) quickly got to work replacing the part and checking that it now fully functioned and was on his way in 15 minutes. Bill to RCWilley was $160. I noted the company name because I appreciated that he didn’t dilly dally at all. Also gave us the part he pulled out as my kids love taking things like it apart.

Our technician was polite, professional and very helpful. He was able to tell exactly what was wrong with our dishwasher just by listening to it. There was a piece of glass stuck in the drain motor preventing it from running. I was particularly impressed that he took the time to show me how to access and clear the drain motor underneath the dishwasher so that I could fix the problem if it happened again. The whole repair took less than 20 minutes. The only negative is that they were booked out a couple of days of from when we initially called. But I guess the good guys keep busy.

I liked my service from Asi. I read the bad reviews and most of them are because they dont feel like they need to pay for a service call.I had a leak in my system and needed someone who would work on it. I had a few companies tell me that they dont do this type of repair and to replace the fridge which is $2500 and only 8 years old.I had another company that said they could but sent out a guy who had no interest in tackling this type of job even tho I had sent a picture to the owner letting him know in advance what needed to be corrected.Asi sent out Brent to take a look and although I was frustrated that he wasnt prepared to work on it because of lack of parts. He was able to figure out what was wrong and get the parts ordered and fixed

Scheduling was terrible with this company. They took several days to order parts and when the parts came it was terrible to schedule it again. Then to find out he ordered the wrong part after not trouble shooting. I think the repair man was incompetent and didnt know anything about dryers. He guessed at the problem and surprise, surprise - he guessed wrong. We have a stacked dryer and he dropped it and said oops, I must have had it too far forward. He had to visit his truck 8 times in the 20 minutes he was there. I think he needs more training.

I havent even had the repair yet but their customer service is dreadful. The only reason Im going with them is because I have to for the manufacturer warranty. They take almost a week to come diagnose the problem. They say it will be 3-5 business days to get parts in. But its actually 7-10 business days. Then they will schedule the repair once they have the parts in hand. They will tell you that because its a refrigerator, you will get priority scheduling but that really just means that you will get a repair scheduled in another week from when they get the parts in. So unless you have a month to wait for an actual repair, choose another company.

Incompetent. Dont order parts until days later. Cant fix problem within six times of returning for a ice maker and then the whole fridge and freezer quits working. Over 1 month without a fridge or freezer during the hottest time of summer. RC Willey needs a new company to service their warranties. Oh and this was only a 18month old fridge.

We called in November to have some parts replaced on our gas cooktop. It did take a little while to get the parts ordered but the technician came to our home in early December and replaced the parts. We left soon after to spend the holidays with our family in Oregon. We did not return until a couple of days before Christmas. In the process of cleaning up after a big family dinner we noticed a scratch on the cooktop very close to the repair site. We called the appliance service to have the technician come out and look at it. Of course he denied that he put the scratch there which was certainly understandable. No one takes responsibility for anything these days. I asked him how I could possible have scratched the surface as I had only cooked one meal on it since the repairs and the grates had never been removed. The cooktop is only two years old. The technician said he would leave a note with the owner of the company to see if there was any compensation he was willing to offer. We had hoped they would replace the enamel base for us and we could pay for half of it. The owner finally returned our call and made it very clear that if his technician denied any responsibility then there was nothing he was willing to do for us. The enamel is now flaking off and we have no choice but to replace it. Too bad so sad for us was the owners attitude. Terrible customer service. I called a week ago at 8:00 a.m. as advised by the office staff to be told of a two-hour window for the service technician to show up. (I had previously been advised that it would be between 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m.) The technician showed up at 9:00. Took the oven out of the wall and explained that he hadnt seen this type of oven before, and did not carry the part with him. We have an Electrolux wall oven purchased four years ago from Lowes.He told me he would have to come back after the part was ordered and in stock.I called on Monday to see if the part was in as I had not heard from the company.They told me it was and a technician could call on Wednesday (today).I called yesterday to advise that I would not be at home in the a.m. due to a medical appointment.They said they made a note of it in the file and advised that I call back this morning at 8:00 a.m.I did so. They said it was too late for me to be accommodated in the afternoon and that they had scheduled me between 9:00 a.m. and 12 Noon. This is the exact period of time I had told then I could not be available for.The office assistant was argumentative when I asked her what was the point in my calling either yesterday, or again today, when they had the schedule set at least 24 hours ahead of time. She told me that they can only give a 2 hour block of time, and that the schedule is firmly set; not changes possible.What an unprofessional way to do business. I can not recommend this company to anyone else.I will contact Lowes and make a complaint. It is not the first time I have run into this issue with this company.Addendum: Thursday, August 13, 2015. I called this morning at 8:00 a.m. Was told the two hour window would be between 11:00 a.m. and 1:00 p.m. The technician arrived at 11:00 exactly. His name is Lynn. He was professional, polite, and explained in detail why the oven needed repair. ASI is fortunate to have this person working for them. If I need repair of any appliance again, and have to use this company, I will request Lynn be the technician involved. At least it was a positive end result to a frustrating process.

Over priced, ordered the wrong part told me they would expedite the new part, they didnt. 2 1/2 weeks later without a fridge finally got it fixed. Would not recommend and will never use this service again.

We have used ASI twice in the past to fix the ice maker on our Electrolux fridge, everything went well. This time, we needed them to diagnose why the fridge was warming. I called last Tuesday the 3rd and a repairman came out on the 4th, fine. They charge $89 to just walk in, fine. He figured out what is wrong and said he would order the part. On Friday, the 6th, two days later (when I believed the part would already have been ordered) the repairman called and asked me to call ASI and give the model number of our fridge! Which meant that, he either did not write it down or he wrote the number down wrong. Now their office calls asks if Thursday of this week, by now a week since their repairman was out, could they come and repair our fridge, Thursday is fine, I said. ASI called back, and said no not Thursday but Friday! Friday, we wont be home BUT ASI is asking us, their customers to be flexible when they wont be! I told them no, we wont be home after 10 and they would not budge, would not work with us! Wont recommend them and IF we did not need this fridge fixed I would cancel their service! DO NOT USE THEM!

Came out diagnosed my fridge. (not cooling) ordered parts came back a few weeks later. (more time than i was told) and just filled the fridge with gas. did not replace a single part, when the invoice said they did all sorts of parts. i was not there but my wife called me when they arrives and called when they left, it was a little over 25 minutes. Now any body who knows of these things. Can u replace an evap assy, heat exchange, and a compressor assy in less than 30 minutes? is it even possible. watch it on youtube it takes over an hour at least. to make it worse the problem(assuming a leak) is not fixed im haveing someone else come to fix

We have to do a lot of following up to actually get someone out to the house. They ordered parts two weeks ago and have yet to schedule to come out and fix our fridge for the second time. Same thing the first time they had to come out and fix the fridge.

HORRIBLE!! They told me they would have parts ordered to fix my fridge by Tuesday and when I called Wednesday they said it would be at least another week and a half!! The girl on the phone was rude when I questioned it and told me refrigerator parts take at least 2 weeks to come in after ordered. Then why did the repair man tell me 3 days?!?! Unbelievable! If my warranty didnt make me go to them I NEVER WOULD.

Worst company ever! Rescheduled my appointment after I waited all day. Service man shows up late and doesnt have the parts. Company never calls to let you know if the part is in or to set up the appointment.. If it wasnt for completely HAVING to go through this company because of a warranty through RC Willey, I would NEVER use them!
