Often these require purchasing specialty replacement parts.I have always found Tim and Jen, at their parts counter to be very supportive in supplying the needed parts, even if they need to be specialty ordered from a hard to find resource. They are also very knowledgeable and provide good coaching if there is something unusual about the application or installation of the replacement part.. They are definitely my First Choice for repair parts.. And if they cant meet my needs (which is seldom), they are very good to direct me to where I can solve the problem.If the problem is so specialized that I cant resolve the problem directly by my myself I will suggest they contact the service team at Appliance by Paul.I have always received positive feedback from those folks as well.Keep up your good work.

We had a request made via Whirlpool for issues we were having with our oven and Appliance Service by Paul worked with them. The technician came out in the service window we were given and was very friendly, knowledgeable and took great care in keeping the workspace clean. He even let us vacuum behind the oven which was such a mess which we appreciate! He fixed both our issues with the broiler and the oven temperature not keeping. I was also quite grateful they had a good idea of what the issue was before arriving and brought the parts with them to replace on the spot without needing to order replacements. No issues since the service, either. Super happy we can use our oven again!I’m super grateful that we found this great local appliance service and will definitely work with them directly in the future!

They squeezed me in for a same day appointment due to a scheduling error. The tech kept in communication with me on his ETA. He was very professional. Within 5 minutes he knew what was wrong with the dishwasher. He had it running in less than 30 minutes. He stayed out way past working hours (9 pm) to accommodate the appointment.... Even being so late he was incredibly nice and professional. I will use them again and highly recommend them to anyone I know.

I have a new Whirlpool refrigerator that didn’t work. Enzo came to my home to fix it. A part had to be ordered so he had to come back after they received the part.Both times he came, he was prompt, and professional. I appreciate Enzo was efficient and courteous. I called Appliance Service By Paul looking for a drain pump for my busted washing machine. They not only had one in stock (no one else did) but they gave me the diy discount because I didnt need any assistance. Tim helped me and was super thoughtful in checking up on me later in the day to make sure the installation went smoothly. Great service and friendly staff! The busted pump is in the picture.

I just called whirlpool and was placed on hold (I didn’t talk to a live person) for over 30 minutes. Next I decided to call what Appliance Services by Paul. I only had one prompt and was put right through to a gentleman in the parts department named Tim Curtis. Wow, talk about responsive service. Tim took care of me and saved me from buying an additional part that would’ve cost me $150. His voice was authentic and caring and I just felt like I was working with someone with my best interest in mind. He even sent me pictures of the parts that I needed (while on the phone with him) so I could understand what was going on with my dishwasher.Thank you Tim, you were excellent!

Dave Dodge has a name like a superhero and tonight he was our superhero. Our oven door hasnt worked right since we bought it. Then the hinge broke. The door was unsafe and even fell on my toddlers head giving him a big goose egg. Dave came late at the end of his shift to make sure it didnt happen again. Thank you so much!

We requested service for our broken washer from Maytag. This company was sent to our home. When the technician arrived he put eyes on the washer, pushed some buttons and diagnosed a complete replacement of the electronics in our washer. It would have cost more than the washer. I would feel better served by our $107 if he would have at least taken a screw out and looked at the capacitors. This is a sad story like the horror ones you hear about on the radio.

Dave Dodge was our service repairman. He was fsst, thorough, and very helpful. He explained the problems and fixed them quickly. He even anticipated one problem (based on our description) and brought a part to replace a broken part. 5 Gold stars today. Thanks very much.

Awesome service!! The service tech Enzo really knew his stuff!! He already had the part in his van, which meant he was done under an hour!! My Saturday was saved (with no follow ups needed)!!!He was clean, polite, efficient, and cool to talk to. He also answered my questions on whats needed to help prolong the life of the washing machine and combat the effects of our hard water.

I was sold on using Appliance Service by Paul based on the years of experience and being a local company. Unfortunately, they did not work on my particular refrigerator brand :(Lisa gave me contact information for the makers customer service center to find a company locally that could service my product.How amazing is that? Im a maintenance worker for a property of apartments. Our appliances are all under warranty still and we had one of our freezers stop working. We had a tech out and he diagnosed that the thermostat in the freezer had blown and needed a new one. It took them 2 months to get this part in for us. when trying to contact front office to get updates, it was extremely difficult if not impossible to get a hold of them. If we did get a hold of them and ask them what the ETA was on the part they acted like they didnt know what we were talking about. As soon as the part came in, the office blew up our phones to tell us it was here. As the technician was on his way to replace the part he realized he bought the wrong part. I ended up having to order the part myself and fix it because we cant leave our resident without a freezer / fridge for 2 months. This was extremely frustrating for us and the resident with the broken freezer / fridge. Not impressed at all.

My appliance repair technician Junior did a fantastic job. I would feel great about working with him on any and all appliance issues in the future! He is awesome. Fixed my dishwasher issue in 5 minutes and was out the door to his next appointment.

It has been a year in November of 2021 that we will have been waiting for our washer repair under warranty. Another company was Initially sent out to see what repairs needed to be done. We called several times to check if parts had come in. (We finally had to purchase another washer). 6 months later parts were finally received. The tech came out to repair the washer and discovered some things were still missing from the parts that he brought (I thought they would have checked before they came just to be sure they had everything that was needed). In August of 2021 we received a call from Appliance Service by Paul. Mike was here early on in the time frame given. He was very professional. He was able to diagnose the problem quickly! He showed up, diagnosed the problem, fixed the washer and was gone all in about 15 minutes. After we had just waited almost a year for repair with another repair company, who knows how long we could have still been waiting! Thanks Mike!

Tre fixed our oven promptly! He also heard we were having issues with our dishwasher and ordered the part for us and came back a few days later to fix it. Everything was covered under Whirlpool warranty. It also always makes me a little nervous to have strangers in our home, but Tre was very kind and professional and we enjoyed having him!

We had someone come out to look at our dryer and they couldnt figure it out. I talked to Andy and he knew exactly what was wrong. He brought the part and fixed it in 15 minutes. Very happy with the service and will definitely call again. Andy is awesome

Great customer service. They had to order a part for my dishwasher but it was super fast and the person who fixed my dishwasher Enzo was on time and so polite. He send me a text mesage before getting to my house letting me know how many minutes away he was.

The service I received from KC was exceptional. His arrival was prompt. He diagnosed and fixed my refrigerator problem and then assured me if I needed further help he would be back to fix the problem. I was so pleased with his friendliness and professionalism.

Unfortunately, we scheduled service of our oven and the technician failed to show up after we waiting during the service window of 3 hours. We tried calling the tech, the office, and emailing the office and the tech wouldnt respond, the phone was not working at the office and the email address on the website/facebook page was not valid. After finally speaking with manager, we were given the run around with excuse after excuse and the excuses contradicted the prior excuse. In the end the manager was trying to cover for the tech and the company at the expense of the customer. Would not recommend this company.

I would have given five stars because my refrigerator was fixed in a timely manner from the first call for service to the service being done and is working great but the technician pulled our freezer drawer out and just set it on our wood kitchen floor completely full of frozen food and ice that started melting before we noticed it. This after I asked the technician if I needed to empty it and was told no. Not very professional or considerate.

I twice spoke with their representative Tyler, once regarding a washer and another time regarding a refrigerator. Each time he patiently took the time to assess the situation remotely (including on a refrigerator brand they dont even service!) and suggested the repair would exceed or come close to the cost of buying new, and that I should consider buying new instead of attempting the repair. That is tremendous, knowledgeable honesty. Thank you Tyler!

Scheduling a service call was fast and efficient. They reviewed their fee structure. They called me back to confirm specific window of time. Repair person was prompt, explained what needed to be done and finished in expected amount of time. I was very happy with result and cost was less than I expected.

They came when they said they were going to come and they replaced the broken spray motor on site without having to come back! I consider that a success! My d/w is working great now! Thanks!

I wasnt sure what was wrong with our dryer but they were very confident they would figure it out, and they sure did! My husband had switched out a broken motor with a new one and the dryer wasnt turning on at all. The technician was able to identify a wire that was done wrong and something else that was burned because of that. He made the fix and the whole thing was done quickly. Relieved to have a working system again!

Excellent. My dryer was broken. He took it all apart and showed me what was wrong and how much it would be to fix. He was honest and did not try to sell me something I did not need. He knew the product and was very professional. I will for sure use them again.

Jordan (?) was wonderful. Respectful, informative, careful. It might have been easy to just say the problem is the age of the refrigerator. He adjusted the refrigerator door so it can close well. Yea! I continue to marvel at how much better it is! He also worked on the freezer as well. I have had other repairmen who have not taken the time to do this. Im grateful. He deserves the $10, at the least.

Just trying to schedule a technician to come out to install an over the range microwave and the receptionist/ operator, Casey, decided it would be cool to hang up on me. Twice.I was very courteous, introduced myself and mid sentence she hung up on me.I am guessing it was because she wanted to get out of Dodge early to go stomp on a few kittens and puppys necks after burning down an orphanage with the kids inside. It was nearly a half hour before they closed that I had called. Silly me.Hey, Casey: real cute, babe. Professional behavior and first impressions count for building relationships with customers. Next time just take the call and do your job. I hope you enjoy your daily small, cute animal neck stomping.

Enzo came to fix my fridge today, and did a great job. In retrospect, I get the feeling he could see right away that it was my own user error, but he didnt just say that - he checked to make sure that if I fixed what I had done wrong, the fridge would work correctly.I feel like a lot of people might have just opened the doors, said youre blocking the airflow, move that food away from the vent, charged me for the visit and left. But Enzo helped me get my moneys worth by making sure the fridge was probably in good working order, then clearly (and kindly) showed me what I had wrong and how to fix it. He also let me know what the next step would be if he was wrong and how much that would cost.Im clearly quite happy with the service I got, and it definitely looks like he was right - the fridge seems to be working great now. I had thought I might need a new one, so paying for this visit saved me the price of a new fridge. If I need another appliance fixed, Id go to these folks again.

These guys are shady. Not transparent with their pricing in the slightest. Got quoted three different prices for the same work. KC, their scheduling person, is a total witch. She hung up on me 2x and after reading reviews here apparently that is a habit of hers. Completely unprofessional and rude. I don’t believe all the positive reviews here are legitimate whatsoever. I definitely won’t be a returning customer.

I am updating my original complaint from 1 to a five. The manager got notice of my problem and made a special trip to get me handled. He was very apologetic and showed how much he cared about his customers. Good job, you get five stars!

When having a conversation with the dispatcher he mentioned that the $94.95 repair fee would go towards the repair. In my mind, the repair would include the part as the repair. That is not the case when this company. Do not be fooled. The repair cost is a different cost from the part.The repair technician even called the office and the office manager replayed the recorded call back to myself and the technician and found where the confusion would be. There was nothing offered to redeem the situation even when they acknowledged their fault and the miscommunication on their part.The technician was pleasant to work with, unfortunate that there wasnt anything done from a customer service standpoint, even after fault was admitted.

Brandon came to repair my Whirlpool Refrigerator, he was very professional and found the problem right away.
