Very friendly. Lady noticed I had a dog in the car. She told me to bring her in. They even gave her water.Bonnie is very nice and helpful. She treats everyone with respect and does whatever she can to get the job done.I have spoken with several other realtors, none were professional-at all.So nice to have a person who knows how realtors are supposed to treat everyone.

I am currently still not living in a home I purchased 12/22/18. I am still paying mortgage and other bills although not living there because I have not been able to resolve a horrible situation and don’t want to mess up my credit. A single mother who used my VA loan to purchase my first home, used a home inspector, SHORLOCK HOME INSPECTIONS referred by my realtor Jeff Dale. When I viewed the home I point out concerns but was given reasons and “the inspector will let you know if it’s anything”. I bought the house and 4 months in start having problems with roof and floor. Well 7 months in I have a new home inspection by Hi-Tech and discoverEd a catastrophic situation, from mold, asbestos, previous water damage, crawlspace issues, septic issues, plumbing and the list goes on. Then with further inspections and evaluations 49 broken joist and girder. It was recommended for me and my kids to vacate. You get the picture over $100,000 worth of problems! To say I’m disappointed/angry is an understatement. I am still working on resolving this. I was preyed on but justice will prevail. The inspector has maybe 10 pictures between the home and septic inspection. One picture in crawlspace and everything was satisfactory. I reached out asked for support and assistance in resolving this so that me and my 3 kids would be able to enjoy what I worked hard for and 10 months later I’m still paying a mortgage on a home sold to me by ERA that I am not able to live in. Sara Pavlica has been working with us to find a small residential investment property that will be suitable for our disabled daughter. She is so well versed in the local real estate. She knows what we are looking for and has patiently provided us many options and shown us whatever we have asked to see. She is understanding of all the issues we have to consider before we commit and has not allowed that to discourage her search for just the right home. She is professional, patient, knowledgeable and honest. I HIGHLY recommend Sara and have already done so. In my opinion, she is a fabulous asset to ERA.

What a mistake I made in choosingNancy Ashley to sell my house! She went out of her way to please the buyer and not me, the seller that she was representing. She unethically directly spoke with the buyer numerous times, paid for ridiculous repairs that they wanted, bought the propane tank for the buyer, and had the nerve to tell me that the buyer “was getting upset” when his closing date might have to change. Nancy never disclosed to me that the buyer had been a client of her partner in the Ashley Group for over a year. I discovered this bit of information on my own, only too late. For some reason, that I never understood, the buyers had to release her partner as their agent during the sale, so essentially they also had Nancy as their representative. She acted as a double agent which is unethical! Nancy was all about making the buyer happy while screwing me out of making the most of selling my house. When I requested to put my house back on the market when the deal wasn’t working out, she agreed but never went through with it. I could go on and on. Had I been able to fire her, I would have done it. Beware.

I’d give them a 5 star if it was for being liars and crooks. When we left the house we were renting through them it was 100x cleaner than when we moved in. I was told not to worry about the patching of the walls or repainting them. Don’t even get me started on the garage. As for “the balance due” you can SHOVE IT! Deal with them at your own risk!I will not remove this post because I was renting from ERA for over two years from the Chillicothe,Ohio branch and there is also another review that was posted about a year ago having issues with renting as well. It is not my fault if this branch is renting out residential without the home office’s permission.

Dont rent here. They own most of the houses they rent. Houses that are white look green. Must be mostly Section 8 so they can take advantage of people they think can not communicate or get answers because the rentals are not kept up to anyones standards.

I had the unfortunate experience of renting with them years ago. Both ERA and the landlord they represented were horrible. Long story short they never fix anything that was broken, they lied to my face multiple times, and tried to keep my deposit just because they thought they could. I ended up having my lawyer call and the landlord that they represented gave it back.
