The property manager is judgemental, rude, and self righteous. Al Broughton the property owner is the lawyer for the property so he knows what to say to make court sway in their favor, also uses kathy as his pawn to get away with fighting his own court cases. If you are under 40 yrs old you cant have company without kathys permission even though its not stated in the lease. They are infamous for 48hr notice to vacate notices. Highly illegal but they know technicalities to make it float in court. I do not recommend these to people young or POC. They will be the problem but present it as if it were you just to have an empty unit and still get the money for the rest of your lease if you dont allow them to control your stay there. Im also being billed for damages i pointed out but failed to document from the time i moved in and being over charged for services after i moved out. The bill equated to be my entire deposit plus almost 500 extra for exaggerated damages to the unit.
