I understand the current housing shortage and the increase in demand causes strain on a housing and realtor business. What I can not understand is the poor logistics and overall lackluster demeanor of the staff. I took off work in order to tour a house, only to find out that many of the things listed on a looking-for-rentals website was not true, there was no chance of internet hookup, utilities were not included despite being listed as such, and the listing was overall very deceptive. The phone numbers and emails were also incorrect somehow? I dont understand why you would list incorrect phone numbers if you were trying to sell or rent a house. Not to mention the agent who was sent to tour the house did not even try. Barebones answers, no follow ups, not even attempting to do his job. In short; very dissatisfied with the quality of the building, the lack of professionalism, and the overall feeling of being in the wrong for asking questions and not blindly throwing an application. Wouldnt recommend.

We bought a home in Delmar about 5 years ago and Charlene was absolutely phenomenal through the entire process. We needed to make the sale quickly and efficiently because we had a child on the way, with no room in which to put him in, and that she did. She was able to immediately offer us homes in a good school district, in the price range we could afford. She was no car sales man when viewing the homes, instead letting us view the home at our own pace and answering or researching the questions we asked, and offering advice when she felt necessary. When we chose a home we were able to secure a home buyer almost simultaneously, and she was able to put together a team to do all the closing documents and financing within a week. Long story short, we were able to move in the day I went to the hospital for my baby - Out with the old (home), and in with the new I say with this experience.To be honest what is really nice, is that years later she still keeps tabs on us, and on occasion we have her over for functions we do at our wonderful new home. It was really nice realizing we were more than a sale.
