They were very responsive when I called about yellow jackets in my chimney. Technician came next day but needed help getting on roof and had to reschedule. Yesterday two techs came and said they do not see a nest.Didnt charge me. However I did get entire house sprayed and signed up for quarterly visits.Very polite gentlemen.The truck really shows what they are about. 🤣

We have been using Peeler environmental for several years now for termite control and have been extremely satisfied. When we got invaded with ants and spiders we called on them again. The technician doing the work was excellent as far as being on time and being friendly. The problem is, the services we received were ineffective for insects (ants). I understand that insects can be tricky but a month after paying $180 and no offer to fix the issue other than to pay more money is unacceptable to me. I would not recommend them.

Great service, they come to our house once a month! Had to call them due to an infestation that our neighbors had that migrated to our house. 3 months later bug free! Rates are fair and affordable compared to the big guys!

I had Terminex for 3 years. Suddenly I have roaches. This was very upsetting to me, as it would be for anyone. I called Terminex over and over, they came out, pacified me over and over. The basic response was it just takes time over and over. No new method was used....nothing! Finally I fired them and called Peeler Environmental. WOW they came in, did an inspection, placed glue traps to find out where the roaches were coming from, and what kind they were to do targeted treatment. Discussed with me why the sudden infestation, did a very detailed inspection. Then they came and picked up the traps and advised me to remove everything from the kitchen cabinets which I did. They came and sprayed, and my roaches vanished! For the next several months, they have come monthly. I have not seen a single bug since! If Terminex had done this to start with, they would still have my business. It has occurred to me, that I was the one doing the heavy lifting, all Terminex would have had to do...was their job!!! I found the Peeler guys to be professional, courteous, and through. I am so grateful to them, I would highly recommend them, they gave me back my piece of mind. I have enclosed an interesting photo of a mama roach, who, caught in the glue trap was forced to have her babies.

Peeler Environmental is a premiere run business that incorporates only the best of the best insofar as their field technicians (and office personnel - thanks Shannon). I have my termite bond with Peeler Environmental that results in an annual termite inspection that includes moderate spraying of pesticides about the foundation and other strategic areas, etc. of the house. Before an inspection, Peeler forwards a picture of the assigned technician (note: they try to use the same technician per your house so that they develop familiarity with it over time), and a dossier of the technician, (which more often than not is very impressive to say the least). Once an inspection has been scheduled, Peeler Environmental calls the customer a week in advance to remind them of the upcoming appointment. Three days before the appointment, Peeler sends the customer a subsequent appointment reminder and then on the morning of the appointment, the customer gets another reminder - sweet! Additionally, the technician notifies the customer when enroute to the inspection - and always arriving on time. Amazing!!!The technician I have been assigned is Mark Trexler. Mark is a very personable individual who is obviously very passionate about his work. Mark is friendly, professional and very knowledgeable (no surprise with all his certifications, educational background and work experience). Mark performs a total under-the-house inspection, inspects the periphery of the house while applying light pesticide and cleaning as needed, inspects the garage area, etc. and when done discusses the finding with the homeowner while answering questions, etc. Later, an email of the inspection results is forwarded to you via email for your records.Having a termite bond with a leader in the industry such as Peeler Environmental not only allows me to sleep better at night knowing my home is protected against termites but increases its value if ever wanting to sell it. I have been a customer of Peeler Environmental for 7 years and have never been disappointed in the quality of service I receive from Peeler or the very competitive price they charge for this important service. I highly recommend Peeler Environmental for anyone wanting to protect their investment and increase the value of their home.

I don’t enjoy being the person that gives this negative review. Customer Service is great, but in regards the service NOT effective at least the minimus, I was not asking for 100% bugs to be gone but at least to see less spiders and bugs, within hours the spiders were back and more bugs, tried to call but she stated that what I was asking “was NOT possible” she kept stating that I needed to keep paying for follow ups, so in regards that service Do not hire this company.

We discovered a major yellow jacket in-wall infestation(!) at an area of our home we seldom see. With aggressive yellow jackets suddenly spilling into our bedrooms, we called Peeler based on their website, online reviews + recommendations of neighbors. With empathy for what we were facing, Steve arranged quick service and Tommy was on the spot next day, even though we were in the midst of tropical storm wind & rain. Tommy carefully inspected, determined best methods for the attack & he and Steve set an eradication action plan ASAP. On his return, Tommy came armed & organized with tools & expertise to inject human-friendly/jacket UN-friendly chemicals. The after treatment projection was for jacket free in a couple of days. Were happy to report success! We highly recommend Peeler (and, Tommy!)

Vance was the technician that came out to my new home. Peeler Environmental installed a new french drain and sump pump prior to my purchase. Termite traps were already in place, and he performed the normal periodic inspection of them (no termites!) and also checked the crawl space. He noted several items that need correction and assured me that they would be fixed. I was impressed with the fact that he was already familiar with my home and gave me satisfaction that indeed the work was well done. I highly recommend this company.

Tommy is a very pleasant, very professional exterminator! We have had only one almost bad experience in the five years that we have been using Peeler Environmental, it was with an exterminator that was not Tommy. One phone call fixed that experience and we love having Tommy as our exterminator! They come out quarterly and they do a great job!

We have been using Peeler Environmental for 20 years. They have helped us manage small ants (including with several follow up visits as needed with friendly and quick responses). More recently they have helped us address a cockroach issue at a temporary house we bought while our main house is renovated. After some initial challenges controlling the issue, one of their most exceptionally talented techs Mark Trexler came and even more aggressively treated the issue with a longer service call. He worked so hard on our house including: He sprayed inside, under the house, on the roof gutters, got under the house and sprayed and did a search and lastly provided traps to catch and further evaluate the issue if needed. He also interviewed me at the onset to understand what roaches we were dealing with (he was clearly very knowledgeable). So far (just a couple days since his visit)-not one roach has been seen and we are so relieved. Mark also quickly and thoroughly managed a water bug issue at my mother in laws condo a couple months ago and my mother in law also said she has not seen a water bug since. First of all, we couldnt have sold our home without you all. We called Susan at the main office and she quickly sent Brandon G. over to our home to inspect our crawl space. Brandon G. walked us through everything while being completely transparent and honest. My husband was thoroughly impressed (not easy to do)! We found out our sump pump was rusted out and we needed to put down a moisture barrier. We had this work completed and had Brandon return to treat any mold under the home. Susan and Brandon were fantastic in supplying us with the written information we needed to submit to the buyers agent for proof of services. They even wrote letters explaining what had been done. Peeler, please recognize these two folks and do whatever you can to retain them. They are 100% driven on customer satisfaction, and always take the time to be courteous and helpful. They do a yearly termite inspection on the house that I am renting. Last year (2018)the man that was supposed to do the inspection was only at my place for 6 to 8 minutes, Im just glad that I wasnt paying them for nothing. This year (2019) the man that they sent to do the inspection was very nice, very polite and he was extremely attentive in his job. He was at my house for around 35 to 45 minutes. I was extremely impressed and pleased with this gentleman. He had a job to do, he did his job and he was good at what he did. The man that they sent in 2018 was a joke, I was extremely disappointed with him and I was glad that I didnt have to pay that bill.

Over a 3-day period last week, Mr. Brandon Gregory and his team Junior and Francisco conducted treatment at my house. It was a large task over multiple buildings with a complicated crawl space. The experts at Peeler Environmental performed the task carefully and comprehensively. At consultation before treatment, Mr. Gregory spent a significant amount of time (at least 30 mins of his time) answering my questions to help me best understand the issues and how to address them through treatment.
