Then the technician contacted me the day before and explain to me what time he was gonna come in what was going to be done and the date of he again Explained everything to me. Didn’t even have to leave our house everything was done there and we went about our day. He was super nice!

James Shiffer is the best service guy I have had the pleasure of dealing with here at Terminix. He is always on top of his job, he notifies me a day or two that hes coming out to do my monthly and/or quarterly services. Then he calls before and after hes done on the day of. Hes super nice and very professional.

Quincy does our regular insect prevention cleaning and inspection every couple of months. And the occasional in between service. She is so friendly and helpful. Shes always on time and does the job prompt and professionally. I highly recommend using terminix and ask if Quincy services your area you wont be disappointed.

We just bought a house and on moving in realized the kitchen had a serious ant problem. We called up Terminix and the person they sent out was professional and friendly. He set some traps and sprayed some poison and we havent had a problem with ants since. :-) overall I am very pleased with their service.

We have been very pleased with the ant control services provided at our Ocean View vacation home and recently requested an additional quotation for termite protection. Chris Donovan from the Salisbury office promptly responded and provided us with several well documented options. In the meantime we were having serious problems with the Terminix central office in Tennessee over scheduling our annual termite inspection for our primary residence in Odessa, Delaware. While discussing the Ocean View termite protection proposal with Chris I mentioned my frustration; although our Odessa home is not in the Salisbury region Chris nonetheless took it upon himself to get involved along with his management and made sure that the issue was resolved in short order. I was incredibly impressed by Chris’s sense of responsibility for his company and dogged determination to ensure that our problem was handled in an expeditious manner. When I called to thank him for his help Chris apologized to me for the problems we experienced, which were no fault of his own or his office, and told me that customer service is his number one priority. It is extremely gratifying to see such integrity and professionalism and I am grateful. Chris is a credit to Terminix and an exemplar of what customer service should be about. In my mind Terminix - Salisbury is first class!

The workers spent a couple of hours carefully installing termite protection for our newly-purchased home and treating it for insects. They also treated/protected our two outbuildings, and explained all services performed. I was distracted due to a difficult personal situation unfolding over the phone, and was grateful for the comforting words and helpful advice of one of the workers (who had gone thru a similar experience) - a wonderful human touch so often lacking these days.

My tech, Brandon Mitchell, showed up early and on time. He was very professional and answered all of my questions. I couldnt have asked for anything better! I had a wonderful experience.

Billing is TERRIBLE! We used Terminix for 2 offices. We have not been in one of the offices since December 28, 2020 and they continue to bill me for services there, each month. I have literally called no less than 10 times, faxed back the bill with notes on it, spoke to customer service 6 times and have done the contact us form on the website 3 times! I have been assured OVER AND OVER again we will not be billed and they will correct the incorrect billing but alas, today I received ANOTHER invoice. DO NOT TRUST THEM! They are billing for service they have NOT performed for the last 5 months! I have since stopped their service in the other office due to this issue and cannot wait to see how long itll take to get bills for the service never performed there. Run do not walk to another pest control service.

So I called Terminex and am completely happy with my insect free home.

An inspection of the home never occurred. The technician showed up and started spraying the outer perimeter of my floors in every room. I needed a holistic spray to address a flying and jumping insect problem. The problem continues days later after treatment.

They promised a return call within 48 hrs. It had been a week. The same incompetent tech returned today, after I told them that I 1 do not want her on my property. 2. Canceled this service. 3. Was promised more than an email as the tech arrives.

We bought a house and didn’t find out untill closing that there had been a problem at one time so we made a appointment right away just to be on the Preventative maintenance side The guys that came out where professional respectful and did all the Covid measures wore a mask and gloves the whole time explain the whole process and what was going on and then took advanced treatments to a double check and make sure the problem was solved before we started moving again very happy decided to sign a contract which includes general inspections and treatments for the future would recommend this office and these guys again thank you

I called three times over several days because there were two wasp nests that needed to be taken care of, one right under the front steps with huge wasps!! I have eight young grandchildren and do not want to risk their safety!! This branch couldnt be bothered to return any of my calls!! At least I was able to finally make an appointment with the corporate office for a week later which was their earliest!! By the way, dont bother calling the branch phone number because no one will answer!!Here it is appointment day and no one has shown up so Ive been calling for two hours over and over because the automated hold cycle hangs up on me after about 30-40 minutes!! Also one of the times I called, I checked on my appointment and the auto lady said it was four days from now, not today!! I tried calling corporate, waste of time, same automated number!!Terminix doesnt care about its customers, so theyre lost this one!!

I have been using Terminix for quite a while now and I went with them because of the guarantee of pest control. Mosquitoes are very bad in my area and I get the monthly spray but the follow up sprays are almost impossible to get. The branch phone number doesnt work and the Managers I try to call very rarely respond back. I just want my kids to be able to play outside without getting eaten alive.

Andrew came out to my home. He was knowledgeable, and friendly. I was quite anxious over finding bugs in my home. He identified the type, and confirmed it with his supervisor which put me more at ease. I felt comfortable with the treatments being done, especially since I have pets too. Overall my experience was A+. I have no doubt that if I see anything more, theyll be there to solve my pest issues.

The technician was on time and the treatment was done in a reasonable amount of time. He was very nice and communicated with me prior to and after treatment. Since signing on for regular visits from Terminix, we have seen a major decrease in spiders and other insects in our home. Worth the reasonable price.

Have been trying to get our service call completed for over a month. First technician came without proper locator tool to find bait stations in gardens around the house. Came back two weeks later with different truck. Again no tool or flags. Third time different technician-knew nothing about locating the bait stations, had no tool. Have spent countless calls with numerous call centers located who knows where with NO success. They reschedule appointments and never inform you. You cannot ever speak with the local office directly. On hold endlessly. Very frustrating!!!!!

TERMINIX technicians are great to work with. Our technician Chad even called to let us know we had a screen door that blew open while out of town. He took care of it for us which we greatly appreciate!

Not only took care of several pest issues, but also observed a leak in our lawn irrigation system and let me know about it immediately. That made the fix much easier.

I have tried to call him for over a week now and hell be happy to text me but refuses to actually call me to speak to me. 100% satisfaction guarentee is false. They only offer me evenings when I have young children and cant be out of the house late for hours at a time when Ive told them multiple times I need mornings. They came for about $1700 and put the termite bait traps 10 to 14 feet from my foundation I called 5 times over the last 3 weeks simple solution just move them next to my house but they never returned any call or email me,it seems when they get your money goodbye. There abut 15 traps buried in the sand.

I tried scheduling a termite inspection for a new home that Im purchasing three different times, each time there was an issue with the technician.The first time the tech never called me back, the second time he called the night before trying to schedule a different time, and the third time he never showed up at all. The customer service was good, the helpful lady called the tech and left him a message, and even called both of the managers at this facility. I was told I would get a call back and I did not.I would stress for anyone who values there time to go with a different company. I cant even imagine how hard it would be to work with this company if they did find a problem during the inspection.

Dont know their names but every Terminix associate that has been to our house is professional and thorough and will take the time to explain a pest problem down to the details of a pest colonys hierarchy and operations. The convenience of the way Terminix operates is great, i.e. once you sign up, you can sit back and let them worry about the scheduling, the email reminders about upcoming service, the automatic payments, etc. We live in a wooded area so pests are a problem -- but we dont have to worry about them anymore thanks to Terminix. One other impressive detail is that they will follow up immediately at no charge if you see a problem before the next scheduled service.

My first visit from Terminix was great. The person who came to my home was very polite, on time and professional. After that it has been all down hill, I have had appointments where no one has shown up, I have been scheduled new appointments for the no shows and then not had anyone show up for the new appointments. The last person who came to spray for bugs at my house made an ugly comment to how my house looked and the person before that just sat in his truck for an hour and never even went inside to do any work. When calling and asking for supervisors or managers to speak with I am thrown through obstacles and tied up on the phone for hours. When asking for a refund and cancellation i am then beat around the bush again being asked if they can get back to me several days later to see if they can fix their issues. I am completely disgusted by their services and will be looking for a new pest control company to do business with.

Terminix was extremely effective in eliminating our pest problem and in keeping our property pest-free since the initial treatment. Unfortunately, my memory isnt very good anymore, and I cannot recall specific names, although every Terminix associate who provided services was polite, pleasant, and very good at his job. Normally, I would have described this service as Excellent, Very Effective, or Outstanding; however, Google insisted that the best response was Loved it, which seems to me to be a weird description of eliminating bugs.

We are very happy with the service provided by Terminix. We have never had a problem and they always show up on time or earlier than expected. Great! We asked Jared to check out one spot that we thought wasps may have been building a nest last season and he did and sprayed some chemical in the event there were any present. He also informed us that there was an odd beeping noise coming from behind the shed. I laughed when I told him it was the battery operated device we purchased from Lowes to deter moles from coming into our yard since we have an issue. I was happy that his service didnt stop with just what he came to do. He was making us aware of something that concerned him personally and knew should concern us. Thanks Jared! Great employee!

I have a beetle problem. An in home terminix salesman told me to buy termite treatment (when I didnt have termites) and some other spray to kill the beetle. He then didnt show up for confirming bug was dead months later. The bug is still active. I had to call for over a month to get a reply for someone to visit. Terminix didnt show or call to cancel at scheduled time. Came next day, said my house needs tenting, which costs about $10,000. Someone else was supposed to come at 4pm today to confirm my house needs tenting and its almost 5pm and hes not here either. I dont feel comfortable having this unprofessional operation tent my house, and when I called for a refund Terminix said the July appointment never existed, no appointments were missed, and a full refund is not going to happen. Scam artists. Im out over $1700 & I still have the same bug destroying my house!
