We have been using Taylor Termite & Pest Control for several years now, mainly for monthly mosquito treatments for our yard since we live in a very “swampy/wet” area & I honestly can’t praise their outstanding service enough! Mr. Alan & his staff continuously go above and beyond for customer satisfaction. Highly recommend them for any pest control needs you may have!!

I had been a customer for approximately 13 years, and at first they were wonderful. A couple of years ago, they stopped coming completely and would not return any phone calls, it was like the company just disappeared. Within the last 6 months, during a quarterly treatment their technician snapped off all of my landscaping lights (which I paid over $100 for) with their hose. I called and left a message stating what had happened and never received a call back until I withheld payment on that invoice. I informed them, in writing, that I wished to discontinue my service at that time. Buy they did not, and came and provided another treatment. I sent them a payment, they said my last two checks had bounced, which was weird because I had only sent one payment. I received a threatening call regarding the involvement of an attorney without ever receiving anything in writing that my account was going to be placed in collections. I asked for some form of restitution for the lights, and conveniently they had no memory of my complaint. I ended up having to pay $221 to avoid my account going to collections, and still having broken landscaping lights that they cared nothing about. Im with Bennett Termite and Pest Control now, and couldnt be happier! Bottom line, bad customer service, unscrupulous technicians with no regard for your property.

We have used Taylor termite for 2 years since buying our home. We had some issues at first with different bugs and mice so we hired this company . They have been more then helpful in identifying what they were, how to treat, and now have routine maintenance with no bugs or mice!! Always timely, call ahead, friendly employees that have gone out of their way to help us . Also would trust any of them in my home.

We’ve been using Taylor Termite and Pest Control to service our quarterly for 3 years now. I never have to worry about if they are coming, they call to let me know when my quarterly visit is and they leave an invoice at the door with details as to what was provided. IF I ever have any issues outside of my quarterly visit I call them and they come out with 48 hours to address the issue which is often of no charge because it’s included in the package. We’ve been very satisfied with their service. Don’t hesitate to call them. And most of all....SUPPORT LOCAL BUSINESS!

We’ve had a terrible ant problem for years which I tried treating on my own but it didn’t work so well. Called Taylor termite and Pest Control and the problem was solved immediately. They came out the same day and treated our home. The ants don’t come back the same year once treated. We will continue to use this company since we’ve had such good luck with them. Had them do a pre treatment on a new construction home. Brad was on time as scheduled and very professional. He explained the entire process in depth and thoroughly treated our house despite the less than ideal working conditions due to weather on our site. Will definitely be using them for projects in the future.

We are on a quarterly plan to treat for unwanted pests. The price is very reasonable. We had them treat the crawl space and put down a new protective barrier. Thanks to Brad who alerted us to issues with our duct work that we would have never known existed. We have used both their pest control and turf management for many years.

We have been using Brad and his team for over 2 years since we moved into our home. They come out and do a quarterly spray for pests. They always call ahead and are on time and professional. If we have any return pests that show up after the initial spray they will come out again to identify the problem and address it without any issues. Staff is very friendly and accommodating. I would highly recommend Taylor Termite and Pest Control!

I worked with Brad and mike to solve a problem at my house and they were fantastic to deal with. Very responsive, clean and thorough. I would definitely use them again.

They treated my home for bed bugs in July. They were recommended to me by my property management company. They do not confirm the success of the treatment with a canine inspection like other local companies. A heat treatment is only 90% effective. I didnt know this. We still had live bed bugs in September, confirmed with a canine inspection. We wasted thousands of dollars on a treatment that didnt work. Please dont use Taylor unless they hire some bed bug sniffing dogs!!!

Taylor Termite did a great job with our Termite treatment. Brad came out right away and was very thorough making sure all the termites were gone.

I have had Taylor at my home monthly for the last few years for mosquito treatments. Their office always calls the day before to notify me that they are coming. They are always punctual and professional. Never had an issue.

Taylor Termite is the best. The arrive when they say they will, the employees are professional and the service is always done right!

Excellent customer service great value

We had Taylor For 12 years. They were to inspect yearly and check bait traps several times a year. I noticed in March damage to my outside door. I also noticed termite tunnels in my garage. They treated the garage but said the door was destroyed inside and outside by active termites. The trap is inches away from the destroyed door. No way could they have missed this when they routinely inspected the traps. Mr. Taylor was rude when I asked what they could do to compensate for their neglect and his office manager (?) was as well. They sent Mark to inspect where he said Mr. Taylor would surely pay for the damage. NEVER heard from anyone!! That’s how they treat their customers! Don’t use this company! I don’t believe they opened their eyes as they skipped around my house. A BIG waste of money!!!!

Terrible job of employment at first they were super nice and promised the world but in the end they treated me so badly I have never been so upset with a company to this extent extremely unprofessional disrespectful and by far the worst experience I have ever had how this place is still running I have no idea if I could give this place negative stars i would put as many as I could possibly can
