Great customer service & exceptional work. The staff here is amazing! I am always pleased with my nails.

I have gone to this nail salon many times. It is seriously the best nail salon I have ever been to. I dont generally post reviews, but I saw the one negative review and had to laugh/cringe. My friend and I were there the particular day that the customer had her negative experience. We were appalled by how horrible of a customer she was. She literally waited until the nail tech had completed her nails to express her concern about the type of nail used. The nail tech had spent about 3 hours on her nails and she just then realized or decided it was appropriate to express her concern. Really?? Regardless, Maria bent over backwards trying to help her, even saying she would remove her nails and redo them from scratch. Of course this would not satisfy this woman, she did not have the time. Ok, well how about you express your concern earlier?? The way that woman was behaving I would have told her off and said I didnt need customers like her. But no, Maria offered to have her come back in at her convenience to have them redone. Nope, wouldnt satisfy her either. Maria didnt want to charge her, but she literally would not leave the salon until Maria did. Then, she has the nerve to come on here and blast her salon???? Ridiculous, disgusting person that probably just goes through life looking for things to be upset and complain about. She is the type of person you definitely do not want for a customer. The fact that I remember all of this several months later goes to show what a terrible impression she left on me, just another customer. So I would say if you can keep this type of person out of your salon, you are way better off!

That negativity needs to GAT her nails done elsewhere. I took our 6 year old daughter to get her nails done here and they were amazing. She had a great time and her nails lasted the longest Ive ever seen them last. Great people. Great service.

I got my nails done at a shop in kannapolis And they did a terrible job so then I had about totally polished for my sister and they did an amazing job I couldn’t be more satisfied they have a great staff and they take pride in the work that they do if I could give it 10 stars I would you guys are awesome

HORRIBLE...GIRL JACKED MY NAILS UP ..PERIOD.. I ASKED FOR GEL GAT ACRYLIC. ASKED FOR A CERTAIN SHAPE AND STYLE AND GAT A MESS HAD TO PAY 75.00 TO ANOTHER SHOP TO SOAK AND TAKE THAT MESS OFF MY HANDS AND REDUE.. NEVER EVER AGAIN .
