I took my computer in because it wasnt turning in. They diagnosed it was unrepaIrable and gave me a quote on a new desktop. It was a good price. Everyone was helpful and friendly and they transferred my info to the new computer. Its good to have someone locally to relly on.

Anytime I have a question or a crisis, I receive a timely and informed response. The company is both personable and professional. It has really quick response times and yet it is willing to take all the time it needs to resolve an issue. Further, there is always follow up to insure the matter remains resolved. Quite impressive in the realm of IT professionals.

I rely on Walser 100% for anything computer or technology. They are always responsive and usually have my problem solved within an hour or so. If its more involved, theyll send someone that day or the next morning. Im a solo practice lawyer and I rely exclusively on Dragon voice recognition software. When it goes down, I go down. Just last week my Dragon squatted and they had me up and running within an hour. I run windows at the office and have a Mac for home and travel.
