I had a gurgling radiator for my gaming PC, which means that it had air trapped inside it. Although I consider myself a semi-tech savvy person I in no way felt comfortable dealing with a water cooler on my PC. Darren was super nice, informative, and professional, if I ever experience any future problems with my computer I know who I am going to. 10/10 would recommend.

I called Darren on a Saturday and he responded right away. I told him the issue that I had with my laptop and listened and then told me to bring in it so could take a look at it. I had to have the hard drive replaced. He replaced it on Saturday evening and it was ready for pick up early Sunday morning. I rely on my laptop as I use it everyday for work. Darren and Pc Medic’s came through in a big way but it was even bigger because it was to help my daughter away at college. She drove all the way to The Apple store two hours away they could not help. I called all over town and and thankfully I found Pc Medic‘s as he was the only one I could find to not only work on the Mac but do it successfully. What a lifesaver Darren was! Scotts Cove Marinas business computer went down, I called PC Medics and spoke with Darren - he arranged to get the computer and fixed it within hours! I was having issues with my older laptop. Darren worked at getting it going, but it was being stubborn. He was able to help me with a replacement as the older laptop was shutting down constantly. He converted my email over to replacement which would have been a real task and also loaded google into the new one & came to my house to make sure the new laptop would synch with my printer.THANKS A BUNCH DARREN!!
