The service was so good that I am writing my first google review of my life. I ran into a critical hardware issue after bringing down my desktop from NY. After finding BLP on Google, I decided to give them a shot based on previous positive reviews instead of calling Geek Squad or any other major shop.Brandon offered to troubleshoot my issue for free over the phone before asking me to bring in my desktop which was very generous. Unfortunately my issue required a skilled repair but he promptly took in my comp and was very communicative in letting me know what had to be done. He was very thorough and - to be frank - had my computer running better than when I purchased it. On top of all that, Brandon did all the work efficiently and at a suppppper reasonable price. At this point, I will be driving from NY for any future repairs - IT WAS THAT GOOD. If you value honesty, integrity and good work this is your place. By far the best experience we’ve had with any kind of service. We had an issue with a new computer build and even though we are very experienced we needed help. I found BLP PC online among others. After calling a handful it became clear Brandon knew his stuff. We left him our computer on a Thursday early afternoon and it was up and running better than before by the next morning. I use my laptop for school and when it broke, I was so worried about having to spend and arm and a leg trying to get it repaired, but it wasn’t horribly expensive at all. I had to upgrade to a Windows 10 computer for staying compliant in accepting credit cards a couple of years ago. While the specs on the computer should have been more than enough to handle a cloud-based POS the computer was sluggish from day 1. I lived with this nightmare for a couple of years. I had commissioned another reputable repair service to take a look, they worked on it and even upgraded the memory to no avail. When my browser stopped opening altogether and I couldnt process transactions, I called the other company but they were closed on Saturday. I called Brandon and he immediately remoted in went to work. While it was not possible to resolve all the issues remotely he did what he could and got us operational. Since I had an alternative computer, he was able to come and take ours and work on it offsite. When we got it back, it worked better than the day I unboxed it. He also gave us tips on how to keep it running in that shape to minimize downtime. When I have computer issues in the future, Ill call BLP PC Repairs for sure!
