After stopping at 3 cry baby laptop repair locations, (Annapolis and Severna Park), and being told either they didnt want to do repair or even they didnt have time I was in Salisbury, MD and stopped by Samuels. No hesitation. Stated I can repair it and if any other problem i will call you right away. After two business days he started hounding me to pick it up as it was ready. Very thorough and thoughtful. All my computer problems will now go to him.

I took a older laptop in and the next day he informed me that it needed a new mother board. Since it was a older model I decided that it would not be worth the cost to repair it. He told me that there would be no charge for his work. I was really surprised at that! I would recommend him to anyone!!

A faulty repair by this business destroyed my laptops motherboard. What should have been a $50 repair turned into me replacing a $880 device because of their negligence and unprofessionalism.I brought my laptop here for a diagnostic in late May 2020. The laptop was not registering a charge, and I was not sure if it was the charger or the device itself. The technician said the charging port would need to be replaced and he would have to order the part in. When I received the laptop back, I noticed even more problems than before.The laptop charged, but there was no connection to the battery, so if the charger slipped from the charging port, the laptop would completely lose power. In addition, the headphone jack and microphone were broken, giving only garbled popping noises. The laptop ran much slower than before, with even basic programs and web browsers lagging greatly. None of these problems were present before I brought the computer in. The day of, it was playing music and I was able to voice chat as I normally would. I feared that damage was done to the motherboard during the repair. However, when I called Samuels Computer Repair back to ask questions, they insisted that they did not damage the motherboard and that all they did was replace the charging port.I took it to another business for a second opinion, and the technician there confirmed that Samuels Computer Repair installed the wrong charging port when they attempted to repair my device (indicated by five orange flashes from the charging port) and shocked my motherboard. The device case is also loose above the charging port, as if it does not fit properly. (See attached photos.)I was told the damage to the motherboard caused by the faulty repair would cost more to replace than it would be to buy an entirely new device. I am extremely upset at the lack of responsibility Samuels Computer Repair is taking and would not recommend anyone do business with them.

I recieved service from Samuel, this past week. I brought in a computer bc the screen was gitchy, after I spilled water. I was impressed with his kind service and the low cost that he fixed it at. The repair was quick and effective even in the dark times of covid-19. I recommend his service to everyone.

WOW! Brought my familys OLD computer in that held many many family pictures, files etc..they fixed the computer and saved all of our old data photos etc.. certainly will recommend Samuels shop. Thank you Samuel!
