Please do not go to this man to have any device repaired. He has lied to me about his pricing system, returned my phone to me in worse condition than I left it in, and for some reason it required 3 weeks for a simple screen repair. From relatives, I have later found that this is not the first instance of something like this occurring. And I have filed complaints to the Better Business Bureau. NEVER have any products taken to this man

Spent a whole hour and a half getting my phone replaced and he had a broken screen and had to put my old screen back on and left half of the old one hanging off

Came in with an issue. It was completely fried. He didn’t try to pressure us into new stuff. Just showed what he had. We were covered. But will use again, seemed very knowledgeable and friendly!

I got a computer work on and I give Knox,s computer a 5 Star I amazing how good he was and was told he had over 30 years in computer and electronic, the best in Salisbury.

The owner was very helpful and offers a lot of insight on various computer products. would highly recommend anybody getting their computer serviced here. or even to buy a whole new pc.

If I could give 0 stars I would, he sold us a computer that did not work, me & my uncle came to ask himabout it, he argued with us and pushed us out of the building & proceeded to call us “white trash”DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY HERE!!!
