Excellent customer service! I called to verify stock levels for some binders, the staff members were very polite and helpful over the phone and in person. They were very knowledgeable on all the products and were able to give me advice on alternative items that ended up saving me money and a trip to another store. Thank you!

I am currently standing in the store disappointed in the service i have NOT received. I have been standing here for about 25 minutes and I haven’t so much as been acknowledged by any staff member on duty. There is no one else in the store. Im just disgusted by this. I am a very frequent customer of this location. I have never received this type of treatment. I will be taking my business to Staples.

I went in to purchase a computer. I went up to the counter and stood. A lady was helping another customer at that time she spoke to me. Another man was helping someone else. He finished up with him. He started playing with the bags. Another associate came over and started talking to him. He was looking at me and talking to him. Not one of them asked could they help me. Two other girls walked up and he helped them. I walked out and a man came after me. He didnt know why. He said the lady said to stop me. I told him it was because no one would help me. He said what can I do for you. I said nothing I will go somewhere else. You lost a $350.00 sale.

I shopped in this store last week and the sales people were helpful and clean. I went in to shop for another item today but I got a guy who was breathing smokers breath in my face. I got away from him and left the store as quickly as possible.

I noticed that the service representative at this location had an awful cold - after I had handed him my flash drive, to print some files. He was sneezing and coughing everywhere, blowing his nose loudly and teasing the other employees, asking them if they wanted a hug. Needless to say, I now have his cold, after washing my hands and using hand sanitizer like a religion.Thanks...Stay at home if you are sick, do not come to work and give your sickness to customers.

Friendly staff, but $6.87 to send a 3 page Fax to a domestic fax number was steep...will need to look for a slightly more cost friendly alternative.

This is a great place to shop. The computers are always at good prices and the staff is so nice and friendly.

The staff were very helpful and kind. I came in stressed after rushing to NC from TN upon my fathers stroke. We got in too late Thursday to get business done so Friday I was quite overwhelmed trying to take care of things. There were 2 associates in the print area who were very kind and patient with me. I am the Print Specialist at a competitor and I am happy to say that they treated me with the kind of care that I hope I give my customers. Thanks to those two employees. Im sorry that I didnt get their names so that I could thank them by name.

Always have a good experience, easier if knowledgeable about manager forced upsell tactics, but regardless the standard employee is accommodating and knowledgeable.

Printer ink cartriges too expensive. I could by my same printer brand new including cartridges for the same price as a pack of cartridges.
