It was rather complex with a lot of moving parts and they did it seamlessly. The whole team works together to bring the best experience to their clients. They are smart, responsive and professional. I was concerned when I learned we were going to another IT provider but transitioning from our previous IT provider to Impact went smoothly with no downtime for our business. Ive been using IMPACT technology for 2 years now, and I have nothing but great things to say about them. I started working at the Chamber of Commerce in Salisbury and from day one getting my laptop set up theyve been nothing but helpful and best of all FAST! Matt is usually my IT guy when I call and hes always extremely patient and very insightful when it comes to explaining what he is doing while he works, even if I call for something as silly as trying to connect my VPN network from home. Seth is another great employee there, he helped me and worked with my budget on getting an laptop for our intern and had great suggestions when my laptop was broken. All in all its a great company and provide impeccable service!
