Sams car wash has been in business for a long time. Well actually, lets just say as long as I can remember. So they must be doing something right huh? It is a good place, with friendly people that take care of you & your vehicle. These guys & girls usually do a great job.. Now I say usually because, yes.. Everyone is going to miss something! A small minor something.. But they are happy to correct it!One last thing.. Please tip these hard working employees..

Love the wash for the money. However be careful on your antenna cover. Somehow mine was broken when I exited. The manager on duty claimed it just snaps on but it blew off on my way home. Going back today because apparently that is untrue.

Really, really pleased with the service at this location. I needed a full detail and when an appointment needed to be made a few days later, I got a minimal interior and exterior wash just to make it until the big detail. The manager reduced my big detail cost by the cost of the interior exterior wash and he himself was working on my car and ensuring that his team addressed all of my concerns. This location has done phenomenal work for me and my family in the past and I will return to them in the future!

Always fast and nice people work there. They know what theyre talking about and are always trying to help. I needed work on my vehicle (a service they didnt provide) and they let me know about it even though they knew wouldnt make any money off it. I trust them.

They always try to accommodate my husband who works in a quarry in construction but once in awhile we have to keep them on their toes lol. Kenny is awesome manager so we ask for him often. Had another visit with Sams car wash for my daughters car and oil change with car wash.. I updated my review to 5 stars.. impressed to say the least!!

Warden gave me a $50 gift card around Christmas. Just used it Monday 5/17 spent $30. On Tuesday, I noticed it looked like someone spilled an ashtray under my seat so I took it back today for a redo. Ken explained I could get an express wash and ride thru. I didnt ride thru on Monday, so why would I today? Anyhoo, Ken asked if I was offended about something. I explained I just want what I already paid for. Then he walked off. Asked for my receipt back and Ken had already thrown it away. Take-aways from my experience: The 2 day guarantee is outside only! Ken is good at organizing teenagers but not big on management. Im giving the remainder of my card back to the warden. I dont deal well with the BS. I wont go back to this car wash. The people are pretty nice here and do a decent job for the most part. Hate to rate them one star, but not worth any of my money. Im not generally picky. YMMV

My experience today was awesome as usual. The crew have my SUV beautiful inside and out.

Had them clean the inside and exterior of suv but they didnt vacuum in between seat and consoles properly. The truck look good but I had to clean small area of my rims because they left brake dust on it. Otherwise if they dont rush thru job, I believe they would do great job.

WORST SERVICE EVER TODAY. COST OF ULTIMATE CAR WASH $32.00. So, the car wash stopped when my car was halfway thru getting the suds. No one seemed to realize cars were not moving.Various employees walked by inside and I asked if it had broken. After 20 minutes of trying to get things moving, someone got in my car and drove it thru. No underbody wash, 1/2 of car had gotten suds, spritz of water and heavy coat of turtlewax. My car was parked at the first spot. After another 10 minutes pass, the manager Ken yells and says why isnt someone working on this car? My car is only half washed. The car is not clean, walked over and wiped my hand over the rear windshield, it has all the dirt it had arrived with. 2 or 3 employees asked if I wanted it washed again. I had paid for the Ultimate $32.00 car wash and it still has all dirt and pollen it arrived with. ???? Said the manager would have to approve. 10 to 15 more minutes go by. The manager and 2 other workers talked to me as if I was asking something for free. Manager got in my face unmasked and told me he didnt appreciate what I said. I spent $90.00 dollars here today oil change and inspection great. But be smart and drive thru any service station car wash and get the identical car wash at this Sams location. WORST MANAGER EVER IN 37 YEARS OF Business with SAMS. 0 stars, I will not go back.

I paid $40+ for the #2 wash, which included interior cleaning and leather polishing. The leather looked good, but the floor was filthy. The exterior had black grease smudges and the window wasnt cleaned well at all. See the pictures.I am typing this five minutes after the wash.

They did an A1 wash job on my vehicle. I was very well pleased.

Nearby for work, stopped in for a car wash. The price was competitive with other car washes of this type, the staff I interacted with was very friendly, and overall had a good wash. My only complaint was as someone new to the business they did not do a good job of explaining the process, you first get your car vacuumed, then actually go pay, I wasnt really sure where to pay or what I was supposed to be doing so I looked like a fool for a few minutes.

We actually went to have oil changed and a inspection sticker done. Both were done quickly and professionally and it was a reasonable cost (considering we have to use synthetic oil 😢). They were friendly and easy to work with. Definitely will return.

I used to work at this car wash for my 2nd or 3rd job on front line, customers would always complain about the vaccuming areas or the dusting. The manager Ken would absolutely talk like hes high mighty powerful and bark down on his employees like slaves!! Ken isnt there to help his employees to learn there job hes there to dog on them and fire them for or dusting wrong or missing a spot. Wouldnt recommend this branch of sams car wash to save my life.

Smiling staff and good work performed. I had a wet spot on a seat when I left. I thought would dry out and go away it didnt. I went back two days later and they shampooed it out in minutes, hassle free and glad to make it right.Theyve always had consistent service as long as Ive lived here in Rowan county(my entire 32 years).

I tip very well and i really did on this day! They didnt clean all my windows or wipe half the car down on the inside. Very unhappy this time. Seems like they need to hire new people that arent actually teenagers or just looking for a tip. If i had noticed the things listed above they definitely wouldnt have got a tip period!

Usually they do a pretty good job, but I took my truck there on September 28th 2019 and they feel off. Had on small girl on my vehicle, another guy stopped to help but left right away and kept pulling out cars. Was a joke between them I guess. The windows were only clean on one side. Thedadh and steering wheel was horrible. Very disappointed!! The $5 tip was a mistake

Crew missed entire lower half of passenger side, told me spots were tar and wouldnt come off. Later that day at home a simple damp cloth wiped all those spots away.

Love it!!! They also have a spray that they sell inside the shop that makes your vehicle smell so good! It is either lime or grapefruit. I can only find it at Sams. If you purchase it you wont be sorry.

The overall staff is respectful, the only problem I see is the manager. He harasses his workers and tends to beat them over the head.One might say that Ken Miller doesnt fully get the concept of the well treatment of his workers.In other words, I would not dare come back to this wash as long as he is the Manger.

It was inconvenient having to go back and have rewashed. Stood behind guarantee but shouldnt have had to have it done a 2nd time. Had carpets shampooed and inside and outside wash. Owner was very easy to talk to but assistant manager wanted to make excuses for missed areas.

This place used to be better than it is you have to check your car inside and out.Also I know they reuse water and they filter the dirt out but that does not filter oil from the cars.Its at the point where your almost better off getting someone to detail your car .There are plenty of Companies that will come to you.

This is RandleHoneycutt on march 16th 2019 around 12:10 I sit in line for over 30 minutes just to get up to the man to ask me what I wanted and then they cant do an armor all today because they dont have enough help and the store manager wouldnt even all for me a discount for waiting that long just like nothings ever happen for me wasting my time
