Today I stopped by Oasis Car Spa to vacuum the interior of my car. After putting in $1.50 the vacuum would not work. I called the number listed to report my lost and that the vacuum is not working. An hour later I received an apology and a offer to make up for my loss. I was so impressed with the fact that they replied to my message. Thats true GOOD customer service. Today you dont find good service in day to day life whether it be a business or just people as a whole. I appreciate their professionalism and kindness. My car did not get vacuumed but I will be willing to go back use their facility. Thank Oasis for great Customer Service!! PamT

I went here a few weeks ago and it was very cold...I should have known better to try and use the carwash n such cold weather but I put 2 bucks n and attempted to wash my car...epic fail..I called the number and spoke with gentleman named Drew be and he was one of the nicest person Ive ever dealt with and although I olny spent 2 bucks he treated me as if I spent 200 on a carwash...will definitely be a return!!

Used the self service car wash after spending the day at Uwharrie getting the Jeep covered in mud. The facility was clean and kept up. Very nice that you can use dollars or a debit card to pay and dont have to get lots of quarters from the on site change machine.

Nice car wash, its usually really clean and upkept. Like most self-serve car washes... I find it being out of certain products. I put my $1.75 in only to find out the soap brush was out of soap. This was no surprise, usually the tire degreaser is the one thats out though.

The most awesome /updated Drive thru washes anywhere around. Super clean results !!!
