Inside Out Wash delivers exceptional quality service and convenience in one. I have my car detailed to perfection while at work- and they come to my office! As a working Mom of 2 kids, 2 dogs and a car that we travel 2 hours a day in, I could not be happier to have it cleaned to perfection with Inside Out. The team is so kind and wonderful to work with. The owner Joe is an exceptional guy, and always is willing to go the extra mile. I highly recommend- I’d give it 10 stars if I could!

During covid my poor car sat in a parking garage in NYC for over a year, collecting dust and who knows what else. I happened to be in Salisbury for a weekend and called ahead to make an appointment with Inside Out Car Care. By the time I got my car back she looked brand new! They even managed to get out some older stains I had forgotten were even there. I cant say enough good things about this place. It might seem a little pricey, compared to other detailing shops but you absolutely get every pennys worth in the work that they perform. They were also very friendly and professional. I would absolutely bring my car back to them in the future!

I had my Jeep ceramic coated. They did an outstanding job. Highly recommend.

I was hesitant to take my car for ceramic coating. Im so glad I did. Inside Out totally transform my Elantra. It looks brand new and not only that, it also stays clean longer. Coating was also applied to glass, therefore visibility is better when it rains or snows . It was definitely worth it. Joe explains everything in detail and He is super professional, all of them are. I had taken my car in the past for inside detailing and they did an amazing job as well. I highly recommend Inside Out Car Care as I am certain I will be coming back.

It was ok they did a decent job some of the employees squabbled back with each other while working. Waited about 20 to 30 minutes for my.

My car is a 2012 that is going to my granddaughter. I have a golden retriever who likes to go for rides so the vehicle had lots of dog hair and stains on the backseats. After detailing it looks brand new. You would never know a dog had ever been in the car. I would highly recommend them. The staff was pleasant and very professional.

Over all car looks good the establishment though I thought was really forwardon the phone to the point of kinda like to busy to talk to me. That dont work for me so even though I didnt pay for this work. I would not choose this place because of the customer service .

I took my car here today and I am very pleased and beyond happy !! I usually don’t do reviews, but I had to. My car interior before was bad. My car got towed and had been sitting for awhile, so the inside got messed up very bad. I know it was a hard task, but they took care of it. I will be bringing my car back whenever I need it to be detailed again ! They did a awesome job. The owner is also very nice and has great customer service.

This is the only place in Salisbury where I will take my cars for cleaning and detailing. Have had basic detailing all the way up to the ceramic coating done on my cars. Always happy with the results. I also enjoy chatting with Joe and appreciate that he drops me off wherever I need to go while the working on my vehicles. Great communication as well. 5 stars and definitely take your cars here!

I chose this place because of the reviews and I was not let down. Joe is the owner and he is one of the most down to Earth guys you will meet. He makes sure you as a customer are satisfied. I will definitely be using Inside Out for my car needs from now on. This business is the perfect example of what it takes to be a small business. Took my white Tahoe in for a full detail from Joe and his guys and am once again amazed at how clean it came back to me. I have lots of kids and the inside carpets had seen better days. Fantastic!!! That’s all I can say about my 2013 black Jeep Wrangler. I just had the silver package ceramic and paint repair done to it. I knew the paint was in pretty bad shape and that black shows up every single flaw, So while I was hopeful that Joe could work his magic I tempered my expectations.All I can say is that I am blown away by how good my Jeep looks. I cannot believe all of the scratches that he was able to get out, and all of the spots on the hood that are totally gone.My sun faded top, mirrors and bumper pieces are fully restored to their lush black color.I can’t say enough about how good it feels to get inside such a beautiful looking vehicle. And, the peace of mind from knowing that it’s protected for years to come.

10/3/2014A while ago, I brought my 15 year old C1500 Chevy truck to InOutCarCare. The reason is because I was going to try to sell it. I figured I would just add the cost of the cleaning onto the price of the truck. I dropped off the truck in the morning & picked it back up about 4:00 p.m.My daughter drove me to pick up the truck. When she saw the truck, she was amazed how it looked. They did both inside, including carpets, and outside wash and wax.The next day she made an appointment for her older model SUV. They did an excellent job for her too.Its a lot of money to have your car detailed often, but maybe once a year or so you can do. Put $20.00 or so in your piggy bank every month. After a year or so, you can afford a good package you will be happy with.Oct. 2016, UPDATE: I took my small 2009 SUV in for an exterior detail. I wanted a coat of wax on the vehicle for the winter snow and road salt. Excellent job. Looks new again.

Work performed was what was requested however we asked for a call when completed. Never called so we went to the shop roughly 20 minutes before scheduled closing and found work completed. This was not something that had just been completed since all staff were working on other vehicles.

Inside Out Car Care is the only facility I trust with my car!! Ive had terrible experiences at dealerships in the area scratching the exterior during a detailing. I went to Inside Out and they did a fantastic job. They even took out a few surface scratches I had, free of charge. For the amount of work they do and the care they put into it, I think the prices are very reasonable. I also like that the owner texts you to keep you up to date of the progress of the services. Ill definitely be back again!!

Let me tell you, the quailty of work they put in to cleaning your vehicle is unparalleled. My husband and I brought in a 2012 kia suv thats interior was stained from not being cleaned EVER by the previous owners and filthy with cigarettes smoke . Inside out brought that car back to LIFE!! These guys know their stuff. Standard interior cleaning and wash and wax to flood restoration. Remember it takes time to do it right.

Wife sends husband to grocery store over the weekend. Husband buys milk and the such. Husband forgets milk in truck all weekend(idiot). Husband discovers the forgotten milk on Tuesday after it exploded in the cab. In comes Joe and his Team of master detailers. Like it never even happened! Thanks Joe!
