We were going to use them to fix a vehicle that was in an accident. They were explained of the circumstances that the car may be totalled but at that point we needed them to send the insurance agency an estimate of repairs. This was explained to them twice prior to the car being dropped off and again when the car was dropped off. All three times the person (same person all three times) verbally communicated that they understood. After a week we call to get an update on the vehicle and it hasd not been touch due to the mechanic assigned the vehicle having a death in the family (which we were very understanding, no big deal). They stated that even if our rental agreement ran out that they would put us in one of their loaner vehicles which ended up happening (again no big deal). Week two comes and goes and still we are chasing them to get updates, the insurance company (which is the other persons insurance from the accident) is having a hard time getting someone to return his phone calls. Finally my husband goes up there to pick up the loaner vehicle and our vehicle is sitting in the parking lot taken apart (which they were told not to do due to it possibly being totalled out- but the plan was for us to buy it back), plastic over the window which were rolled down and multiple storms that week. Now if they were working on our vehicle why was it not in the shop, why were the windows down, and why would they begin work on the vehicle if they were told multiple times not to do any work until we knew if it was going to be totalled out? Needless to say once the appraiser came out from the insurance company and told them to get the vehicle back together and call us, it still took 5ish days before the vehicle was ready for us to pick up. We plan to take the vehicle else where for needed repairs at this point. Unless you are planning on being there to babysit your vehicle everyday I would advise finding another shop, they treat customers property with no respect and there is a huge breakdown in communication. The positive is that the lady working the front desk is very friendly, kind, and courteous.****UPDATE 6/10/21****After speaking to the body shop manager, they did make this as right as possible and put my daughters car back together the way it should of been to begin with. They replaced clips that where broke when they removed the pieces and did so within a day. For that I am changing my rating from a one star to a 3 star, the manager was super helpful and did as he said he would without any issues.
Jessie was knowledgeable and did an outstanding job of keeping me informed throughout the process! I was very happy with the finished product. Having this happen to my car in the first place was a very negative experience so it made all the difference to have the repairs handled with such care and professionalism, and to have been consistently updated on progress was above and beyond. The finished work is great, you cant even tell work was done! Thanks guys!
I chose this body shop with accident claim from USAA based on recommendation. I’ve had issues with the service center not ever being able to get work completed in a timely fashion but was hoping the body shop would be different. It has not...they did not look at my car for the first 1-2 weeks they had it and then of course the parts took longer to come in so more waiting. Absolutely no communication during the first 2 weeks they had my car...if I had known they hadn’t looked at it, I would have had it towed somewhere else. They did give me a loaner which I am thankful for because they have had my car now for almost 7 weeks and my rental through insurance ran out before they even started working on it. That is why they received 2 stars instead of one. I cannot comment on the quality of work because I have yet to see my car.
Great place to work with. I had a tree fall and smash in my trunk and damed the roof some during a storm the end of May 2020. Called the insurance company and they sent Cloniger an email with my claim info. Jessie called within an hour. She is great to work with. She is the one that greets you and looks over the car initially. She remembered me from the year prior when I rear-ended someone and smashed up my front-end and they did the repairs. Jessie is great with keeping me informed every step of the way. She coordinated with the service shop and was able to get a recall taken care of for me while they were waiting on the spoiler to come in. The repair shop did a great job again! You cant even see where the repairs were done, the paint is a perfect match. I had stuff in my trunk that I was taking to Goodwill and was unable to open the trunk to get it out of their way and they took it all out made the repairs and put it all back. They go above and beyond.

Brought my car here as it was preferred by USAA. I was rear ended and needed bumper repairs. Jessie, who inspected my car for a quote, was very professional and knowledgeable and made me feel like my car was in great hands. They got my car in and out within 4 days and you can’t even tell I was ever involved in a car accident. They did a GREAT job.I wish I could give them 5 stars but....their receptionists, Christine, was a total nightmare. She gave me wrong information and I felt she never really knew what was going on. She was very unhelpful and uninformed. She told me I could only drop my car off on Monday or Tuesday before 10am due to enterprise car rental and that is the only time frame that they could get me. I verbalized how much of a inconvenience this was and how this has never been the case for me In the past, but she told me these were the only times. After calling enterprise, they informed me this was wrong information.She couldn’t ever answer any of my questions and when I verbalized how frustrating this was, she would make excuses rather than try to help me come up with a solution. Terrible customer service skills.I hope she receives the proper training to better assist customers as this was a total experience ruiner.Thank you again Jessie and crew for fixing my fusion.

Visited the collision center this week to discuss correcting some front end wear and tear type damages to our family vehicle. Randy, Leon and staff immediately took over and very responsibly observed, diagnosed and corrected the issues. I was soon on my way back home with the feeling that I was treated like royalty while there. This is the third such experience over the past several years, so I feel its time to express my gratitude by publicly saying thank you for another fine experience. Ill be back !!! Thanks guys.
