If i could give more than five stars i most certainly would the folks here were outstanding. I brought a couple cars here from my job for service on Friday. And that is when I saw what would ultimately end up in my driveway. The first person i contacted was my service advisor Adam to find out if it was already sold he said no. I said can you have someone call me and he did. To say the process couldnt have been easier would be a severe understatement. From our sales PROFESSIONAL Paul to the sales manager J.J. And the finance manager Van they made it so easy. People who hate dealing with car dealerships have never been here. In and out in just about an hour. took us longer to drive there and back than to do the deal. No games played and extremely straightforward with everything. Trust me when i say i have been in this business for 35+ years and when i say if i didnt love my job Id be looking to join their team. Thanks Again For such an awesome Experience. This dealership does not honor its obligations to customers. I sold a vehicle that I had purchased a service contract and gap for, not only did they not return phone calls but now after proof the was given to dealership the finance manager lied to me and stated they had mailed it out when in fact I spoke to the office manager and she stated she still had it. I have got nothing but excuses from everyone including Todd Rakes who seems to not know what is going on in his own dealership. I usually do not post reviews but felt that my concern needed to be voiced. Do yourself a favor and purchase a vehicle at a dealership that cares about its customers.

I brought it in for skipping thought it was a spark plug. I was told It had a bad spark plug coil needed to be replaced. The RADIATOR was leaking so they replaced that .Then they say my transmission needed to be rebuilt or replaced. I had them to replace everything except the Transmission. They also replaced the radiator fluid. When I picked it up I was told I really needed to rebuild the transmission. They said it was having trouble going through the gears,I told them I wanted a second opinion. My Transmission is working fine with NO pauses through the gears.The second opinion guy said It was fine He also changed The fluid.my lil Truck is Great. It shows no problems at all. I feel like they were just trying to get a big payment for service that was not needed. They kept it over a week.I will probly not take it back there . The staff seemed really nice, except for the Transmission thing. I dont like being taken advantage of.
I just purchased a 2021 Nissan Kicks in Boulder gray. Im in love with it! The salesman were wonderful, they didnt hassle me, they basically said this is what it is and didnt sugar coat anything. They were upfront and honest. I would definitely recommend and purchase from them in the future.

Dont use the body shop... My car was hit, I took it here to fix it, took two weeks to get it back because the first time they didnt match the paint correctly at all, my car was two different shades of gray.. They fixed it, okay no problem. My problem is that my PERSONAL BELONGINGS were missing from my vehicle, that I had in my front passenger floorboard and was told they would not be tampered with, all I got was sorry about that the guy probably thought these were old parts and needed thrown away if they werent taken off the car by the shop, dont touch whats in the car!? Then, when we came back to drop off due to the paint being wrong, manager wouldnt even speak with us. I asked for a tire rotation and oil change which I was going to pay for out of pocket of course, during the entire time they had it somehow they did not have time after all the headache of having to get it repainted from them not doing it right first on top of my personal things being taken From my car, youd think that was the least they could do was work it in to do a tire rotation and oil change, which doesnt take long. Super unprofessional, no employee walked around the car to look over it with me upon picking it up either, just handed me the keys and sent me out the door. I figured being a dealership they would be a more trustworthy and professional place to go, but I see I was very wrong.. Super disappointed in the quality, and unprofessionalism of them. Sometimes sorry doesnt cut it, show genuine care and concern for a customer. OH and they wont paint any plastic pieces because insurance doesnt pay them to paint plastic well the second time around was their fault and wrongdoing so the shop was covering that second round anyways, the plastic piece I had shouldve been matched to the rest of the car. Now I have to take it elsewhere because third time isnt always the charm and I have high doubts about them fixing it, so ill be paying out of pocket to match the car paint fully and fix what the shop clearly is incapable of.
I was a Honda person, and was told to visit Nissan in Salisbury by several people. Said that Roger and Adam are great in the service department. That Kevin in sales will help you out. Well when I went Kevin was great. Test drove a few cars, explained all the features. When it came down to financing Keith was on his game. Made it all so easy and got me into the SUV I wanted, he didnt want me to settle for something I didnt have my heart set on. Everyone is great from Mrs. Deanna as well that answered all the questions over the phone. These are some great guys and I am now a Nissan Family kinda gal. Thank you to everyone. My 2009 Maxima had the intelligent key light showing intermittently (not the key fob battery, but the one that can indicate an issue with the electronic steering lock). It took them a week to be able to schedule an appointment to diagnose. They suggested a battery and cable, and I thought I could just replace the battery on my own. I didnt address the cable, and a few days later had to have it towed back to Ben Mynatt. I should have let them fix it completely in the first place. Apologies for doubting them.

I set an appointment,I arrived a little early they took my car right back. I was set for a Oil Change, Tire Rotation, and state inspection. During the inspection they also found a screw in my tire. They fixed my tire. This was very important since I drive on I-85 everyday for work and that is the last thing I need. It is good knowing I have someone looking out for me and my car. Transparency and respect. Excellent experience with salesman, sales manager and finance manager. Numbers were presented in clean, clearly understandable form - no hidden fees or ‘dealer added options’. Finance offered several options with no surprises and little pressure. A really good experience overall. My third Altima from them and two sisters and several friends have purchased here on my recommendation.

I believe that I was promised an first oil change and then at 10,000 miles an tire rotation.When I picked up my car, it was nice to get a $7 discount, but I was still surprised at being charged. Some dealerships offer free oil changes and tire rotations.

Had our lives put in danger twice and instead of just fixing it and still charged us $100, and now we’re being told they won’t pay for the tow the mile back up to the dealership. We picked it up and drove for 5-10 minutes before hitting train tracks and losing something under the car in the process. Was told they were replacing my hub caps with new ones when they’re obviously used. We checked once we lost something. Terrible service all around!!

Ill start with three stars, but from experience its going to drop. Never in history does it go up.with nissan.So I have a 2016 Nissan Titan XD diesel. It had a problem it started Friday even. Saturday it finally gave a code #8 injector. I called the dealership that it was purchased from they gave me a 2 year warranty on it.They sent me to ben mynatt Nissan. I had it towed to them. I have called every day starting Monday. Wednesday I called the dealership to see if Ben Mynatt called them. The Nissan dealership finally called me. I missed it being at work but did call back. After the pages to Adam she finally sent me to his voice mail. I told him that Im on break call me now and we can talk. I get nothing back. 1 hour later my dealership called me and said Adam has been trying to reach me. Any way I had to repeat everything I told them Monday Im guessing notes were not taken. My fear is after reading things that Nissan never invested in diesel mechanics and they have put their best oil change specialists on it.Today at 16:30 I left another message not really expecting a call back but at least I tried.So I guess its time to go visit and show my ....Well they have had it for 3 weeks. Not one return phone call. I spoke to the one guy and after I called BS I started getting real answers. He even sounded relieved. So again this is a 2016 Nissan Titan XD Cummins Diesel. With a long list of very well know issues. One of them being mine #8 injector goes bad and engine harness. Very very often. But the one time I asked to speak to anyone but Adam I get him yay. He goes on to tell me they just couldnt find the root of the problem. Well his boss a couple days before this said it was the engine harness lol. Anyway he said they have it fixed but not really. Another part of the known issue is the harness has bad plugs. Well they have put a bandaid on that. But said its still running rough. This will be because of the #8 injector stuck open. Still dont know why hes lying about not knowing its not like Nissan would honor the warranty if it had it. Mine has high milage its hitting 46,000 yep 46,000 but hey it got a new engine at 18,000 lol pos.Just skip them and go down the street. If they lie like they do to someone that has to pay the bill can you imagine to someone they have to pay the bill for.

This places service department is terrible. Had a bad experience in the past with a blown engine that took months to get fixed. Thought I would try them again. Big mistake. I had scheduled an oil appointment a week ago for today and I just spent 2 hours in their lobby. When I inquired as to how much longer it would be they hadnt even started it. Wow! If you need service go somewhere else, this place is trash.

When I tell you I had the worst experience here. I left my car there on Thursday night for an oil change on Friday.I didn’t get my car back until Tuesday for a simple oil change. They had an employee out so that was there excuse. Out of the people you see there walking around you are going to tell me that no one could have called me to tell me that my car was done... I mean cross train your employees. I also have called and Left a message or course no one called me back until the next day. And to add on they charged us for an Expections that didn’t happen so they had to refund me back. They said it wasn’t on the paperwork Idn it was just a mess... Again for a simple oil change....
