PNR Auto Center did a fantastic job on my vehicle. I came in stressed out and in a panic, then just 24 hours later I have a totally fixed vehicle and my State of MD Repair Order was able to be signed off on and my vehicle was finally legal again. Their charge for fixing my car in a very expeditious manner was incredible. I would recommend them to anyone who needs repair work done.

Please note, if I could submit zero stars, I would. We had been going to Patrick for years, trusting him with two of our cars. At first, we thought Patrick was an amazing mechanic that really helped people. As time went out, we felt taken advantage of. A car would go to him multiple times for the same issue, without resolving it. We would receive a call that our car was ready, pull up to find we owed thousands of dollars. Several times I would have to ask for a quote before any work was performed, with that request being completely ignored most of the time. Our relationship finally ended after paying Patrick to fix an issue, we had to pay him and tow the car away to another mechanic due to his faulty fix. His wife has called to yell at me while I was sitting in Napa trying to figure out how to get a warranty part (that PNR had to replace) to another mechanic. I finally had to tell them to quit harassing us. We filed a complaint with Marylands Consumer Protection division, complete with photos, text records, phone records, and quotes. PNRs response to this complaint was to call us liars, denying the validity of their text messages in the photographs. Im saddened to see a relationship, which we thought was amazing, end in such turmoil. While I wish I could support a family run local business, Im deeply disappointed by the immoral, unethical, unprofessional actions of Patrick and his wife Renee. (Red flags should have popped up when they were down to one mechanic in the shop.) PNR is a very small town mechanic, filled with some town drama and turmoil, unable to maintain a professional front. We intend to proceed in taking them to small claims court, and will update this review when we do. PNR is a fantastic place to take your car for everyday repairs (brakes, tires, etc.) but you will be robbing yourself if you take it there for any complex diagnosis. Stick with a reputable mechanic.

Quality work and mechanics. Best shop in Salisbury to have work done. Honest, respectful and only see the vehicle not the color of your skin! I would recommend P. N. R.Auto Center to everyone.
