I had a wonderful experience with purchasing my Blazer! All of the employees were extremely kind, helpful, and very knowledgeable with my vehicle. Trading in my Camaro was a breeze, and it wasn’t an all day event like you would expect when purchasing a new car! I can’t recommend them enough for all their help. I love my Blazer!!!

I typically do not write reviews, but with my experience today, I HAD too. I am not in the market for a vehicle right now, but plan to be in a couple of months. I had been to a few dealerships that tried pushing me to come inside and run numbers. Annoyed I decided I was going to just look online from now on, but was close by to this dealership at the time. I went there to check out a couple vehicles when I was approached by DJ. For the first time ever, I didnt feel pressured to purchase anything. DJ was very professional and knowledgeable in the way he showed/explained the vehicles, even let me peak in a few to get a better idea of what I was looking for. This experience showed me there are genuine salespeople out there who are looking to help. Even though I did not purchase a vehicle that day, I absolutely plan on going there when I do in a couple of months.If you or anyone you know is looking to purchase a vehicle, I recommend going straight to DJ for any information you need. I was comfortable through the entire process and will now be sending anyone who is looking for a car his way. Thank you DJ!!!

Went to look at the Malibu’s they had on the lot. Was approached by a salesman which is normal procedure of course. Said we weren’t looking to buy today just looking around. Salesman offered test drive and offered again so we tried out two vehicles. Said if we can get payments around the $300 mark we might be interested. He ran numbers and comes back with a 500+ monthly payment. No way we said, his response “how about you make biweekly $300 payments. Um what? No thank you. Then he got his manger. As his manager bullied us to make us feel terrible about “wasting their time” the sales man stood in the back with his arms crossed and stared at us. Made us feel like criminals or something, we were extremely uncomfortable. The salesman then pitched in and said “well what are you expecting! you’re not gonna get a new car for nothing” my husband replied “I know that and I’ve told you my budget from the start” to which they still continued to bully.We left very upset and are never going back. Horrible experience we cringe just driving by and seeing the place.We ended up going to Randy Marion and got exactly what we wanted for 321 a month

This place is terrible. My dad purchased a vehicle over a year ago from a great salesman, but the manager, Glen, was terrible and rude. They slipped into the contact that my dad had to pay $1000 as a down payment when the agreement was that he would pay nothing. This was not listed on the first contract, but they made a mistake on that one and had to reprint and that was on there and wasn’t caught thinking it wouldn’t be on there. Well my dad paid it anyway. There was a lot of back and forth, people being extremely rude. So then I put a google review up.. well we got a phone call from the salesman stating that if we didn’t take down the review, they were going to take away his bonus!! Are you kidding me?! I also have to add that when my review was still up the employees were having their family members write good reviews and post them so that mine would not be the first one to show up. So I took the review down because we know the salesman outside of there. Well the salesman isn’t there anymore and works somewhere MUCH better so here’s my review again:) If you go here, just be careful. Don’t let them get you for more money than what you want and don’t let Glen be rude to you.

Hands down the best liars and manipulators Ive seen in 62-years. A one hour quote turned into a three hour ordeal. They did not do as I suggested. They did a gigantic inspection I did not want or ask for. I was specific three times about my check engine light which was completely ignored. I will NEVER be seen at this dealership again. Just pitiful.

I recently for the first time ever walked into Team Chevrolet to try and purchase a new vehicle. I walked in at 7:35 and they close at 8pm. They still didn’t hesitate to help me make a deal and pulled out everything I thought was impossible. I’ve had several different car buying experiences and some have been miserable. It was probably one of, it not THE most seamless car buying experience I’ve have ever had. I knew what I wanted, they didn’t try to persuade me into any other direction or talk to me like I didn’t know what I was doing. Took about an hour and a half that night and I picked up the vehicle the next morning. Very knowledgeable staff, very helpful and polite would absolutely buy from them again. Manny, Andy, and Cole were all absolutely easy to work with and made this the best experience. Thank you to all of you! If you need a car, don’t hesitate to spend your money here.Noted: I got the 2021 Tahoe Premier and have no complaints! 😍

Viewed a vehicle on their site and scheduled an appointment to test drive. I even went through all the paperwork and pre-approval online as I knew this was the vehicle I wanted.I was called shortly after to confirm the appointment. I told the salesperson it is about an hour drive and I would be there later in the afternoon.Drove over an hour to the dealership and was told the vehicle had been sold the night prior and was not available.Their site was not up-dated to reflect the vehicle being sold and the salesperson who confirmed the appointment with me over the phone never said anything either. No apologies, kept asking if I was interested in any other vehicles. Felt like they knew the vehicle was sold and they wanted the foot traffic.

Long story short I need a body modular controller My car had 186,000 miles on it after everything I when taking my car back 2 time before even getting a block and my hood is still mess up my car now haves 68,000 miles on it I went to sell it oh no !! Something about mile temping oh lord now iam in a mess with it and its against the law I told DMV and the state troop it wasnt me and explain this showed him my paperwork from there I guess it didnt get flashed fan teven sell the car not sure what Iam going to do so no new car for Sarah because of this!!!! What a boat load of LIES!!! 2018 GMC CANYON. FULL WARRANTY WAS STILL IN EFFECT. After waiting for 2 hours was told a new fuel pump was needed. WOULD NOT GIVE US A LOANER,and said enterprises didnt have any availability. Was told oh well it might be fixed next week. What am I supposed to drive to work? Its not our problem was told not or problem. Went home called enterprise they told me they have ample available and that team has already dropped 2 people off for rental. Customer service is a bunch of LIES. NEVER EVER AGAIN WILL THEY GET MY MONEY... EVER!!

Purchased an Acadia on Friday may 30th. The previous day during the test drive,, every thing worked just fine.. As Im dropping the check off to pay for the car, Im told its being serviced. Never was told that something was not operating properly until i asked them. Long story short the attempt to fix the problem has not been successful. Every time Im told someone will call me back has not happened. And now, today, people are in a meeting. Its been almost three weeks, still under warranty and not fixed. What do I have to do to get it fixed. Apparently being understanding and nice is getting me nowhere. I would not have purchased the car if I would have known it had an issue that needed to be fixed.

I would have given 2 stars but my truck is now broken. Never have I ever brought a vehicle in for service only to have it given back worse.They broke my door handle while servicing my Silverado and then said I see that happen all the time with Silverados it was going to happen anyway. Then handed me back my keys to a truck WHERE THE DRIVERS DOOR DOESNT OPEN. It worked when I dropped it off, now it doesnt.Apparently their product is so bad that they expect it to break.The service manager and Christopher, the guy I had as my advisor were cold and dismissing from the moment I met them.When people say never bring it to the dealership believe them.They actually broke my truck and told me that it just happens, I should give them $200 to fix it.SILVERADO OWNERS- HAS YOUR DOOR HANDLE JUST BROKEN OFF BEFORE? APPARENTLY ITS VERY COMMON.EDIT:I brought my truck back intending to pay the $200 because now the door doesnt open on the inside.They comped the cost of fixing what they broke. Then charged me $700 for my broken door, which worked fine before I went there.After the $700 fix, 4 days later I cant open the door from the outside.THEY SAY THIS HAPPENS ALL THE TIME WITH SILVERADOS, YET I HAVE NUMEROUS FRIENDS IT NEVER HAPPENED TO NOR CAN I FIND ANYTHING ON THE INTERNET TELLING ME ABOUT IT HAPPENING ALL THE TIME.they have not returned my phone call.

Excellent facility, excellent service, wonderful people who found the perfect vehicle for my husband and I! Everett, also known as Bruno Mars at the dealership (in case I spelled his name wrong) was top of the line. We expressed what vehicle we were looking at and he truly sold us the car by giving us every detail possible, from the safety features to the exterior details. He was generous, efficient, knowledgeable and not your typical pushy salesman. As a customer who has bought two cars from this location including my very first car and has held a job here in two different positions from service department to lot attendant I know this place pretty well.its a strong dealership that treats its employees very well. They off alot of benefits to there employees as far as discounts on buying new or used cars and getting there current cars serviced. The dealership itself is a one stop shop with its own collision center, detail shop, service department and financial department. They can offer just about any new GM product to date including the top end performance vehicle such as Z series Corvettes and Camaros. The lot it self suffers from a lack of space meaning to many cars not enough parking for everyone. Not to mention the poor quality of the asphalt itself as its literally crumbling away. This does not though effect the final product which will be clean well kept and fully functioning as advertised. There detail shop is on point with there service giving you good consistent results and as a bonus if you buy a car from Team you get free car washes for life (on the vehicle you purchased through them). There service department does leave a lot to be desired with long waits and mixed results. I have had a total of 3 vehicles serviced here and when it came to big jobs such as total engine rebuild they were fast and gave me an amazing result. Unfortunately when I get simple things done such as tires swapped out or an alignment I get very long waits with usually poor results such as off center steering wheel and I mean literally off center not adjusted for road crown. The end result is a good business that is good to its people and customer.

I was quoted $1900 for a catalytic converter.I drive a 17 year old Trailblazer, and the local shops do not have the proper diagnostic equipment to diagnose my problem.I paid $119 for a diagnostic for them to tell me it was the catalytic converter. Now I’m out $119 and my car still isn’t fixed. I found a local shop that can do it for $400. What a difference!If I were to buy a new Chevy, it would not be from Team Chevrolet.

They were friendly. I need work on my car and they provided a rental vehicle. My only suggestion is the rental should be comparable to the size of the vehicle being serviced.After leaving this review I was contact by team Chevrolet to try and move my into a larger vehicle. I appreciate the effort they made to accommodate my family and I. I am still in a five seater but the new lender vehicle has the trunk space needed for the sports events I had to attend.

Terrible customer service. Wanted to get bumper clips fixed on my 2021 malibu and then tried to say I must have hit something to pop them out. Body shop associates are of no help after I was told not helped in Service. I went to a different Chevrolet dealer and they had it fixed in thirty minutes. I would never recommend Team Chevrolet.

Awesome young man. he worked hard to get me the vehicle that I wanted. Then I met a the sales manager named Colt who worked hard to get me into a nice truck for my needs. Colt also ordered four new tires for my truck because one of the tires were worn and wanted me to drive a good vehicle and safe vehicle. The first time we took it to someone who did not do a very good job, this time we took it to Team Chevrolet Collision Center. I moved from Miami to SC a couple of years back. My previous car recently gave up on me, so about a month ago I started my search for a new car. Being new to this area, I didn’t know where to really start. The dealerships in SC didn’t have the car I wanted, so I moved my search to NC. They were in there for 2.5 hours and were trying to be sold a vehicle when their only purpose was to get a value on their Tahoe. We were extremely disappointed with the antiquated sales techniques trying to wear down clients into a purchase, especially since a purchase was not their intent. Techniques like these are driving purchasers to online options.

My husband and I had low expectations because of our experiences with the Charlotte dealerships. We were searching for a particular vehicle and were told that a car was available, only to show up for the bait and switch, dealing with the run around, or being ignored altogether. We called Salisbury and were told there were two vehicles we wanted and low and behold they were actually there! Andy Adams and Josi Rogers both came out to greet us right away, were friendly and personable, and helpful. After test driving and settling on the Suburban we wanted, we went in and started the buying process. Travis Moore, the sales manager came in, was personable and upfront with us, and we were able to work out a deal that we were happy with. Christ Fann in the F & I department was friendly, informative, honest and thankfully not pushy. We were so impressed with our experience (and the cheerful vibe) at this dealership. You always know when management is doing a great job when the employees seem happy and friendly. We left knowing that our next Chevy purchase will be at this dealership. Scheduled an appointment with Chelsea for some paint work. She promised that she could match the paint. Waited two weeks for my appt to come due. Dropped off car, got my loaner. The next day, I received a phone call saying, were sorry, we cant match that paint! Wasted two weeks and time and gas! Not to mention the dirty technician that got filth all over the inside and then took it through their stupid carwash and left scratches all over my paint! NOT A HAPPY PERSON!

Had my car fixed, loved how the person in charge of my car kept me updated with text messages. It has been stressful for him due to other employees bailing out leaving him to stay after. Nice guy! Go to Mcdounah. He is good. They even gave me a car to drive home til mine was fixed. They are honest there, they get the job done. And they even send a text message of what needs to be done and u can choose what u want through their estimates on ur phone while waiting. Everybody wears a mask who work there, the sitting room is small, only 9 ppl at a time. Some ppl werent wearing a mask, so those of u that do, keep it with u. Coffee is available. And if they dont have a loaner vechicle, they will pay for enterprise for the time ur car is in the shop. U will just have to pay 25 for insurance fee. Enterprise will come pick u up and take u to their office and get u in a car. U drive it back to them when ur car is done, they will drive u back to chevrolet. I personally will keep going back to team Chevrolet

My husband and I needed a good car that was easier for him to get in and out of. He is disabled and it hurt him getting in and of of our truck. I looked around online quite a bit at different vehicles until I found one that I thought would work for him, Buick Envision. Our salesperson, Hebert Cuellar, was wonderful. He listened to everything we had to say and did his very best to get us into the right car for us. He is a very personable, polite young man and we couldnt have asked for better service. Travis Moore, the Sales Manager, went above and beyond to get us the deal that we needed and wanted. When we went into the office of the finance manager, Chris Fann, I was ready for him to try to upsell us on everything he could, but we were pleasantly surprised. He told us all of our options and let us ask what questions that we needed and answered them to our satisfaction. He even gave us donuts, which by the way were delicious. My husband and I couldnt be happier with our new Buick, and the staff at Team Chevrolet made it all happen. I would recommend them to everyone who wants a nice vehicle, great service, and a friendly smile to with it. Thank you Team Chevrolet! If I ever need another car. this is the place I will go.
