It was a big waist of time.I got there around noon they said they dont have the product for the load, so I waited 4 hrs finally got a door it took 2hrs just to start loading and then the loader put on one pallet every 30 minutes.I will never accept a load from uni-kool and thats a promiseThey dont deserve a star

These folks are on it! Easy check in, if your product is ready you get a door. If not, they try to accommodate with an eta, but realize its out of their hands til the product arrives! Once in a door, it doesnt take long to get loaded. Paperwork usually follows pretty quick. Docks are a breeze, as long as straight line backing is acceptable! A pleasure to pick up from

Hello drivers .. please avoid this please.. they give us 3pm appointment time.. didn’t load us till midnightThey loaded 4000 lbs overweight gross 84000 when we went back they didn’t give us door they said tomorrow next morning didn’t get door till 11am .. it was still 1000lbs over .. now they are saying that they can’t cut anything.. after 2 hours fight with broker they cut about 850 lbs .. I told them I’m not taking this load .. just take your load back empty my truck there .. no one from my company will come to this place again ever … really rude people.. we spent 2 days for one pick one drop load.. please don’t come here… big avoid

Picked up load from this place. Loaded in 1 hour 30 minutes after checked in. Big parking lot. Overnight parking ok. Portable bathroom available for drivers. Easy to back on docks. No complaints for this facility. California Giant and Uni-kool at same place. Keep it up guys for your good service. 👍👍

Both times I have picked up product at their cooler, they have been very nice. They load you quickly and get you moving. Good place to pick.

Plenty staging room but extremely busy!.. was really early, had to wait in center yard till there was a parking spot, drivers fighting for a spot so b patient... got a door late than loaded at 2am (8 hours! ):( just a few pallets... ow well thats the life...

I liked it here they got me loaded i ran out of time and slept in the provided parking spaces on the property

If I had the option of less than one star. I would really go for that. Because i kept waiting for 2 days to get loaded. But still waiting for the product. I do not understand. How people can book the appointment if they do not have product ready. If you cannot manage the product. Hire someone Professionl who can do better job!

The shipping office guy was so rude, i just wanted to recheck on address and shipping hours and he was like everything is already on the call and you still bothering us😡 that’s not how you talk to your customers. Truly unprofessional behavior. A customer representative should be polite enough to handle every query.

Large parking lot, friendly and quick folks work there. One of the better places to load produce. City construction is only problem I know about.

I wish I could give them zero star but Google cant post my review without any star.So I have to give them one star.Looooog time waiting approximately 12-15 hours. Bring your food if u have full load from this company. And in my opinion bullshit company..Dont waste your time.

Dont come here truckers. It happen to evry truck driver even with me all the time. Appointment was 3pm i am here at 2:20pm its 5 hours still waiting for dock.so many drivers around me waiting for dock from 7-8 hours

These guys really have their stuff together. Friendly, and communicative. More than you can ask for from most of the coolers in town.

Salinas style cooler. You will understand why the parking lot is so big, after your first time there. $5 to move pallets. Should change name to Un-Kool. Employees are very polite.

Plan to be here all day, check in time was from 8a - 18.00p.. I check in at 1700, I got a door at midnight, they started to load trailer like 1 hr latter, I did not get out of there Till next day @2am.. alway make sure you check your load B4 leaving, loaders are over work, and dont pay good attention to the quantity, they were loading 2 extra pallets...

Make sure to call and ask if your load is ready before you get here.no matter what time you come they load you at night mostly..super slow. hate this place

This place Fu***** sucks!!!! If your picking up a full load you have to wait till the night it doesnt matter a wat time you came in they load trucks with partials first!! Also they have nasty port a pottys next to the street, this is one of the worst shippers
