Wow the amount of bad reviews is staggering but i havent had any issues except one time when a package was delivered i raced home caus i got notified on my email but it wasnt there, come to find out it was stolen Ina matter of like 5 mins. Anyways ever since no issues and the seaside driver is always on time just past 11am i know my box will at my door. Also the Pacific Grove driver is fantastic and personalble and always has pitbull with him! I think in 4 years Ontrac has gotten a whole.lot better

The most careless and unreliable carrier company here in Monterey County... They always misplace packages or deliver them to wrong address or lie about their deliveries. You contact corporate and they give you the run around, no accountability on their part whatsoever, I contacted them and they basically told me to reach out to the shipper as they couldn’t help me nor provide me with any information. I don’t understand how they are still in business.

I have had the misfortune to have two retailers use On Trac to deliver three packages this week, none of which have been delivered to my home. I contacted On Trac after I received an email from the first retailer advising my package had been delivered and that I even signed for it. On Trac said they would follow up and get back to me. It has been four days since that phone call, and they still have not contacted me. Since then, two additional packages apparently have been delivered to an incorrect address. I advised the second retailer not to ever send a package to me again using On Trac, and what did they do, they re-sent my order out again via On Trac ... only again to be notified it was delivered and I signed for it. But the package is no where in sight. Does On Trac expect people who receive packages they did not order to call On Trac to come pick it up and deliver it to the correct address? Or perhaps they expect the person who receives the package to deliver it to the correct address themselves? How does a company that is so careless and irresponsible like this stay in business? And why would any merchant use them?

Great driver in my area always on time and makes the effort to deliver early morning

Left my delivery in the middle of my porch in plain view instead of easily putting the package behind a large planter. Did not knock or ring the door bell. Package contained cheese left in the sun.Driver has no common sense.This is the second time a package has been left in plain view and the driver not even knocking or ringing the door bell.

My sons prescription is currently sitting in a warehouse in Monterey, normal delivery is 2 days, it is 12 days late, for same state delivery this is ridiculous. He needs this prescription, and I cannot even get ahold of someone to suggest me driving the 1 hour to pick it up, which Im willing to do

Terrible delivery service! They usually throw my packages on my porch & fail to ring the doorbell. Luckily nothing fragile was ordered. I would prefer Best Buy use UPS or FedEx instead of this company. I have plenty of video footage of their employees throwing my packages onto my porch. I’ll be filing a complaint on the employees.

Perhaps the worst company I have EVER dealt with in my life. Package didnt even come days late due to Natural disaster in your area on a bright sunny day. Seeing all these reviews online made me not want to put up with the BS and I decided just to go to the facility and pick it up myself. Calling customer service he promised he would call me back within an hour with their facility hours for pickup the next day. Never got a call back. All their employees dont care at all about their customers and just want you off their back. I dont know who their CEO is, but boy is he slacking or something...Terrible company with terrible service and promises that are never kept. I have no clue why Amazon works with these guys. They need to be cut off from Amazon, which probably is the only thing keeping them alive. If any Amazon customer had the choice of their shipping carrier Ontrac would never be used by anyone. Their entire customer service is a complete joke. If you are reading this and have a package with them through Amazon, do yourself a favor and cancel the order. It is too bad a great company like Amazon will lose customers due to a complete joke of a carrier like this.

If your home or business doesnt appear correctly in Google Maps forget about it, their drivers dont even try to find you. Your package goes back to Salinas and sits there. You can call them, and youll sit on hold for awhile, and talk to some nice sympathetic person, but he or she has no authority and the drivers appear to run the place. If you are having something shipped to you good luck, and if you are a shipper and use them you must not like your customers very much.

Amazon used OnTrac for my Prime shipping and it is now 5 days late. I called the facility & they said Oh, yeah, were having some issues in that facility. Were not sure when they will start shipping again. Were hoping for Wednesday Really??? Thats your answer??? Wow. I think Amazon had better find a new shipping company and I will be sure to tell them so!

Director of Purchasing, I have hundreds of packages weekly from all the shipping companies. I am on the verge of Banning On-Trac from our facility. I have been trying to get someone from management to contact me, sent emails, waited on phone. No one seems to care. 35 years of shipping and receiving experience and this is the worst company I have ever dealt with.

I think only people with bad service leave reviews, and the people who get good service dont bother, but I will, the driver was kind and he didnt leave my package in the middle of the street he left it right outside my door and they managed to deliver in less than a day. Great service in my 1 time delivery.

I ordered socks. SOCKS. It was supposed to be here a week ago and the facility has informed me that my priority is not high to deliver. OnTrac will never have my service again. I would leave 0 stars if I could

HORRIBLE SERVICE! The tracking app said my package was delivered late in the evening. I checked my front porch and saw nothing. I checked my surveillance cameras and discovered the package was never delivered. The next morning, I captured the driver on surveillance quickly rushing to the door and leaving the package without knocking. WHAT A DISGRACE. DISHONEST COMPANY. IM SHOCKED TO HEAR AMAZON DOES BUSINESS WITH THESE FOLKS.

The first time Amazon shipped my package with them, I thought my package was late because they couldnt find my address since I live in a 200 complex with confusing apartment numbers. So I decided I would have it be delivered to my moms address since her apartment is facing the street and it would be easier to find. However, that wasnt the case. My package wasnt delivered at all! ( I did get it REPLACEMENT by Amazon via UPS)In three different occasion, my package was marked as delivered when in fact it wasnt! Contact Ontrac customer service and they said they will send the delivery guy again in hope that he can locate my mission package and redeliver it. Then by the end of the day, I get a message saying that the delivery guy had found my missing package and it redelivered, and once again it wasnt. ( Got two of those replace and the third package show up three days later. The same day my replacement got delivered by UPS)Now that I have moved and I dont share my address number with other building, one would assume it would be easier to find, but it not the case with these folks because once again I didnt receive my packages. Contact Ontrac Customer service, again. They said they will send the delivery guy to find the missing package and have him deliver it again.Well, here I am with no package and labeled as a liar because apparently it was delivered two days ago and that I had signed for the delivery when in fact it NEVER arrived! So not only did they stole my package, they laid about the delivery AND now they FORGE my signature!!I just wish Amazon will stop delivery my purchases by Ontrac but so far no luck.I just dont know why this business is still running? There nothing but liar and thieves.

I have yet to receive any package from this company on time. I have Amazon Prime 2 day delivery and it is never 2 days with this company. We need to be delivered from them!

If I could post negative stars I would. 4 items I purchased with Amazon Prime this month were shipped via OnTrac and NONE of them were delivered even though 2 show as being delivered. They either have a huge theft problem or the drivers just dump the packages by the side of the road...assuming they ever leave the terminal. Instead of 2 day Prime service the tracking shows the packages sitting in Salinas for days and days and weeks...then...boom, nothing...and forget trying to contact them via their 800 number. Amazon makes everything good...but its a pain in the ass. Ive filed carrier complaints with each missing shipment with Amazon. Hopefully others will too and this carrier will get dumped.

These people are incompetent or dont care or both. I dont know why Amazon uses them. All the other shippers can find my house. They couldnt. Spent an hour on the phone with them. Problem fixed for 2 months and now suddenly no deliveries again.

I got a notification email last night saying my package was delivered at 10:45PM, yet I was here and no package has been dropped off. Now I’m having to contact corporate constantly only to get the run around from these guys locally.OnTrac in this area is so painfully bad at their jobs. I’ve had them throw packages over my fence and damage what’s inside, and leave packages out in rain puddles with no cover when it was available.As if the rest of the reviews didn’t convince you, this place should be out of business.

WORST delivery service ever!!! They are never ever on time. My favorite is when a delivery person shows up in their own personal unmarked car wearing no official uniform.Ive requested our packages from Amazon not be delivered through ontrac, but doesnt seem to work.

Yesterday my package was delivered except that it was NOT! Called ONTRAC and they say that will open a case and contact the driver to see what happened. Well, they contacted the driver, but they didnt contact me! So, called again and the driver will stop by 6PM!!!!! to see what happened. Really???? My package was supposed to be delivered yesterday! I pay PRIME to receive my stuff in two days, no 3 or 4!!! That is the second time I have problems with ONTRAC. Another day we had the wrong package delivered at our door. Get your BS together ONTRAC!!!!

Another package left OUT AT THE STREET instead of at my house. So far Ive been lucky with only 2 packages stolen that Amazon quickly replaced. I have a 100 foot long driveway with room to turn a truck around - no need to back a truck up and all the other shippers & USPS bring packages to my front door. But Ontrac leaves them at the driveway opening, literally in the street (or occasionally on top of the mailbox). If its raining they simply dont deliver and my package is delayed as long as 5 days until they feel like dropping it off - IN THE STREET.EDIT 11/20/17Im cautiously optimistic but not yet enough to raise the stars much on this review. The last couple months or so Ive actually had packages delivered to my house instead of being left at the street! Still not at the front door but at least Ontrac is putting packages on the deck that leads to the door... a welcome improvement.When time allows Ive also been using standard vs 2 day delivery from Amazon. That ensures instead of Ontrac shipping will be by UPS or USPS.

2nd rate delivery service. Amazon promises 2 days but these guys take 2 days to go the last 10 miles so it is a four day delivery service.

More of the same here. Amazon prime order as well as two other vendors shipped with Offtrac. Tracking says all 4 packages delivered and signed by Front Door no packages arrived. Meanwhile UPS and Fed-Ex packages sitting on doorstep.Amazon better get a handle on this. Cant believe they still use these clowns with all this negatoive fedback.

If you desire a heart attack, then deal with this company. Expect bogus excuses as to why your package hasnt been delivered. A couple of my favorites: The package arrived too late to go out for delivery (it arrived at 4:53AM), and you live in a dead zone so expect delays. Its insanity. They dont deserve to be in business.

I have been trying to locate a package for over 2 weeks. Ontrac info says it was delivered to my gate. They claim the driver returned to the location, and the parcel was there, but it is not at my house. Ontrac (see other reviews) now tells me to contact the shipper, which then puts the burden of their errors on the vendor and the customer. This is the worst delivery company in the world. unfortunately, the review system will not accept zero stars, which is what Ontrac is worth.

Worst service ever. According to their online tracking they attempted to deliver the item twice, but were unable to find my house. on the third attempt at delivery, the driver left the package a couple of house down, on the street, in front of a neighbors house. Before I discovered where it had been left I talked to their customer service representative, who insisted that the item was delivered, and in effect, calling me a liar about not having received the item. Never again.

First time they left my $300 dollar packet out in the street where anyone could have taken it, luckily my neighbor got it for me before someone else took it. Second time Tracking status showed it was delivered and left at the front door. I never got my package!!!! Worst company ever. Amazon please don’t use this company!

The Salinas OnTrac cannot deliver...period. I believe they are also conducting fraud by stealing packages. They leave shipments at the mailbox, on the road, at the wrong address but rarely at my doorstep. If there was a negative star review, it would be given.

Twice have they delivered packages to the wrong residence. The delivery confirmation email says they delivered at an apartment versus my single family home. I am so infuriated but honestly based on all the other responses I am not surprised. I just hope that I get my packages finally.

Fortunately I am from the team in this company. We offer excellent service, the fastest in home deliveries. Deliveries are in record time overnight and we have excellent drivers and I am lucky to be among them.

This parcel does not work, it should not be working, they have a terrible customer service and the packages rarely arrive at their destination with this there are already 3 lost packages and although I have been able to recover the refund it is a waste of time in making calls and wait to receive the new order just because they do not have the option of 0 stars because 1 star is a lot for this company.

An excellent place to send and receive parcels, it has excellent drivers and friendly customers.
