Well. The place itself is nice and clean. However. The staff not so great. They like to pick and choose who to harasse. Multiple poeple doing same thing and only certain poeple get told stuff. There nosy they constantly pass by looking into your storage unit. As if your up to something. They just make you feel uncomfortable.

Ive had a storage unit here for two years. Recently it is getting more activity and at no time have I had a problem

Ive been a tent for 7 years and all i can say this people know how to treat there customers right. Anayi front office is great always with a great attitude and very friendly. The managers Juan and Julia are amazing always friendly and very professional.

I been a tenant since the new management arrived and they are awesome and have great customer service very helpful make me feel welcomed every single time I come in. The facility looks amazing clean and the office looks well organized I feel my belongings are safe here. Thanks staff keep up the good work.

Just started renting here. And must say was soon as we walked into the building we were greeting. Was shown the unit we were thinking about.The prices compared to other storage places in salinas is one of the better ones.Open everyday of the week which is super convenient for those who have a busy work schedule.Reccomend this place to anyone who wants to rent a unit.

Upfront and honest management. Its a non-corporate business with an excellent facilty. The facility has High ceilings in the units and very forgiving gate hours. My experience was a single fair rate increase after a year. Far better prices than youll see at other places. 10/10 would rent again.

During the 12 years I stored my extra belongings there I had nothing but great service from the office staff which was always handled by an on site family. During those years there were only a few very modest space rent increases as they really take care of loyal customers. They have equipment you can borrow to move your local stuff in and carts for hauling loads in and out. If you need boxes that have that and locks, tape, bubble wrap etc. In the office. The only reason I left was due to my moving to New Mexico. I highly recommend this facility for your storage needs of almost any size.

We recently moved from two storage facilities. We had one in Monterey and the other around the corned from Frontier. What a pleasant experience. We only wish we would have done it sooner.The rates were less expensive, its more convenient and we were able to have them drop off one of their trailers which we loaded and then they came and picked it. Talk about saving us money.These guys are great and I cant recommend them more highly!!!

I have found that if they would rent me a larger storage when I ask them to rather then not !! And then being upset with me when its fallen into the hallway that would work alot better for me. Being a good paying cash customer for along time now I wouldnt think that would be too much to ask. Having my helper and friend yelled and cursed at only made matters worse..his anger should not have been taken out of either of us. I found it very unprofessional, completely unfounded...and thought about calling the Better Business Bureau. Instead I remain open to professional communication, a civil business relationship... and to be treated with dignity and respect like the human beings we are, both my friends and myself.

Ive stored my stuff there for two years now havent had any problems. And you can get a pmbox there for reasonable price, i believe like $10 a month if i remember correctly.

I am sick and tired of the incessant harrassment by the thug the owner hired recently to mismanage this establishment.I am a long-time renter here and NEVER had any issue with the prior management and staff.As a business management consultant to fortune 100 companies and givernment organizations I state with authority that these peoples intimidation tacticts are unacceptable.I have been accused of speeding while people fly by at 3 and 4 times the speed limit in the facility. Twice I have been harrased, today most recently for having been in the facility past 7 pm but, as agreed, out before 7:30 pm.The decision to hire these folks was a huge mistake.I am certain they are kind to some folks but my experience with them has been one of immaturity and inexperience.They need to be trained on customer service, etiquette, and common sense. I have lost it with them twice now because they have badgered me incessantly.

Well well.. I just got a v.m. message from Chris, that she had thrown out my entire storage unit.While yes, I left it open for my friend Oscar to come and pick up the entire storage units​ contents, for his family to keep, sell, get the money from...to help his entire family eat for the next year or pay their rent, whatever they needed. Oscar was a little late in getting there but when he did he said the contents of my business inventory and personal possessions including Louie Vitton Purse, Coach Purse, The Sac, Michael Kors purses and his clothes, ALL MY NAME BRAND AND DESIGNER CLOTHES, EVENING GOWNS, SHOES, BOOTS, ARTWORK NUMBERED BY THE ARTISTS, VINTAGE AND ANTIQUE JEWELRY...WATCHES, Sterling jewelry, pots, pans, 3 fur coats, quit smoking patches- that I forgot!!! My friend Rebecca who gave me the ride to my storage because she wanted to help me, and also was going to purchase the $1,500 barrel purse, from L.V. and help me out a bit financially...said OH YOUVE GOT ALOT OF NICE STUFF, but she got Abit tired and needed to leave. She knows and saw alot of what I had in my unit. Chris called it junk !!! I dont think so. The list goes GOES ON AND ON..NOT RETREAVABLE !!! MY RENT WAS PAID ON MY UNIT UNTIL THE FIRST of May or the 10th at the latest if I was out of town. The 1st WAS MONDAY, I WAS THERE SATURDAY, OSCAR WAS SUPPOSE TO COME SATURDAY MORNING BUT I WASNT READY FOR HIM TO TAKE ALL THE STUFF AWAY YET, I NEEDED TO LOCATE MY DAUGHTERS PICTURES AND MY SOCIAL SECURITY CARD T H E N HE COULD TAKE IT AWAY, A L L OF IT!!! BUT CHRIS, AND PROBABLY DAVE THREW IT ALL AWAY !!! Didnt get the email Chris said she sent, there was no phone call, how does a storage facility put your years of accumulated personal and business property in the garbage?MMMM..GUESS I BETTER CALL MY ATTORNEY and get these questions answered, then Im going to call my Carmel Attorney, ask a few more questions..then I will see Chris & Dave, whoever was responsible for making this decision, and who WILL BE ACCOUNTABLE FOR EVERY PENNY OF MY PROPERTY BEING PAID BACK TO ME !!! IN COURT. !!!!!!!THIS IS DEVASTATING NEWS, but granny always told me...THIS TOO SHALL PASS 8~)
