Joel was awesome and a life savor. Provided me with a notoriety service quick and on the spot. No other ups would do so.

I came to this UPS store to return an Amazon package. It was somewhat big since it was a full size headboard (in its box). The guy was nice enough to go check it out, but as soon as he saw it, he said they didn’t take big packages. He then told me to go to the UPS Customer Center on Madison because they would be able to take it. Mind you the customer center closes early (1pm) so we had to go the next day. We go the next day to the UPS on Madison and they told us they couldn’t help because they couldn’t print out the return label. The UPS worker there told us to go to the UPS on Constitution where customer services was amazing and we were finally able to return our package! All in all, the people in this UPS (N. Main) are lazy and misinformed because we were told all UPS stores take any size packages.

Needed a stamp for local mailing an envelope. The young lady out of the blue was charging me 85¢. I also had a pre paid package to mail. She was not friendly, kinda rude. I decided to just go to a regular post office. 55¢ it cost me to mail the envelope.

Poor customer service. I have given them opportunities to improve their service but after most recent experience I will no longer be using this location. If I have to use UPS I will now go to Creekbridge or South Salinas. It is a shame since the N. Main store is closer to my home but Im not willing to support rude and inconsiderate customers service.

One time i had a bad experience in this store. It was unnecessary to have to try and explain that my package had actually arrived after theyd told me that it wasnt there the first time, only to have to convince them the second. Thankfully i did not have to deal with that twice, you get good customer service (sometimes).

Very kind staff, always so helpful. Easy to understand services that are offered. This is my favorite place to go to for sending packages out.

I have had more than one UPS Store take a payment over the phone to ship something for me, and this store wouldnt do it. The customer service tone was very stoic and they really didnt care that it inconvenienced me. They did not try to work with me to reach a solution. I would recommend that customers go to another store or another company. Im very unsatisfied. I would give a 0 for a rating if it were possible.Edit: now that Ive read the response, I can understand trying to protect the customer. It would have helped if this information was presented at the time the service was requested, and it should have been said with kindness and consideration. Politeness goes a long way.

Ive done a couple of Amazon returns here, they were very fast and friendly.

This location has the propensity to rip off anyone who doesnt pay attention mailed a package to zip code 77047 from 93906 paid Extra monies to have an expediting delivery supposedly the driver couldnt gain accessgto the location or there was no one to receive the package little do you know UPS that I know someone in upper management who tracked the truck found out it was never in the area but you wouldnt refund me my money after I paid almost a $100 for this service ....way to go UPS owner Thank you for showing your true colors for customer service... Deceptive practices generate Distrust Which you have so duly earned

The older guy with glasses was being rude to me just cause he was having a bad day or hates his job. I was being nice and what I came in for was so simple for him to not have patience was not ok. Feel bad for the employees who have to deal being around him.

They charge for everything even if you use debit card make sure to take cash or even if they tape a box for you just from one side

I just want to said sorry for the bad reviews,it was just a misunderstanding they usps office forgot to sacan the package and 3 days latter my buyer got his package,it was never on the system to track so he email me looking for his package and we believe it was lost I am so sorry .
