Some advice, make sure if you want to purchase a mens wedding band that they are still working with the company of the ring you like. Customer service at Keepsake is horrible they kept making me change my ring for one reason or another. Made me wait two months for a fourth ring that never even came because they gave the company the wrong item number and in the end they ended up giving me my money back. I had to go Steinbeck Jewelry on Cannery Row where I walked in and left with the ring I wanted in the right size, service was great!

My husband bought me my engagement and wedding band here 14 years ago. I had never had a problem until today! I went in to get my ring cleaned. Once I handed it to the lady at the counter she told me that it needed work. I told her it didn’t because it had been worked on in December. She told me she would ask the owner, which was sitting a few feet away. He said it didn’t need to be worked on. She asked me if I would be shopping and I replied yes. She told me the ring would be ready when I returned. I left the store and forgot to come back for the ring. Once I arrived home, I called the store and it was closed. It wouldn’t allow me to leave a message. As soon as the store opened I called to make sure they knew that I would be going for my ring. I live 40 minutes away. The lady at the counter never checked my ring in and didn’t give me a receipt. The man that answered was so rude to me. He said that it was going to be a problem to find my ring. I asked if they had cameras he said yes. I told him it shouldn’t be a problem. I told him that I wanted my ring. He told be I had an attitude because I told him I wanted my ring back. He told me to wait and after he came back he said that the lady from the counter was there and she remembered me leaving the ring. I told him I would go pick it up. I went with my husband and asked for the ring. The ring was not even cleaned. Things didn’t go well! Never been treated with so much disrespect in my life. Bad customer service. I hope someone in management reads this. Please talk to your staff about customer service!

I was a loyal customer for several years with keepsake diamonds but after today I will no longer do business with them. Last Christmas I purchased a ring for my wife and made the agreement for 12 months payments on the remaining balance. I was missed lead about the finance charges. I was so disappointed with the lack of customer service that I decided to pay off my remaining balance. I will no longer do business with keepsake diamonds and encourage other people not to shop there.

My experience at Keepsake has always been a positive one. Dennis, Marina, and the Jeweler have always been helpful. I got my wife a beatiful engagement ring.I did not want to finance. I told them that I would pay cash if they lowered the price for me. I was able to break it into two payments.The Jewelrer is really friendly and helpful. He has helped repair my wifes jewelry. He is very careful and meticulous.I really like that they have different varieties of rings. I, specifically, had been looking for a Gabriel &Co. They had it there.

Staff at Keepsake are all so nice. Love how Chip cleans n cares for my diamonds. They come sparkling clean.

My fiancee had been looking for the perfect engagement ring, we were praying and praise God right across from me was Keepsake I walked in and my Spirit was this is the place. The jewler picked the perfect ring and gave me a great deal because he said he loved my spirit..everyone one there was very kind and understanding..also funny..Thank you and Bless you!! We will be back again..God Bless you and ur staff made us feel like family..
