This place has excellent staff and customer service. I rate 5 stars all the way around. They deserve it. By far the best retail experience at this particular mall-- they are right next to the Starbucks and the candy store. Their people are friendly, knowledgeable and put the needs of customers at the highest priority. Love them! Thank you to those who make shopping at Daniels Jewelry store wonderful everytime!

Costumer service sucks waited 20 minutes to be helped.

Came into the store looking for wedding bands. Victor helped us. He right fitted us and made us feel comfortable, most importantly he took our budget into consideration. After visiting 5 other stores we bought out ring here all thanks to Victor.

Customer service was amazing really got all the help and direction needed. As well as being timely with the finishing transaction. Just didnt enjoy the only male in the store staring at me everytime i looked around.
