So it’s my first time to apply a job through agency, i sent a lot of applications online in Ranstad website. I received some text messages and email that a certain person will call me for a phone interview. The day comes but no person from Ranstad called me. So I waited the next day if she will call me at the scheduled time, she called me but two hours later. I was so disappointed but i still waited hoping she will help me find a job. She set another interview but this time through hangouts, she asked me some questions and I politely answered all her questions, she told me she’s gonna set an interview in person with the supervisor of a company she said wait for her call and she’s gonna call me after 10mins when all is set. I waited for her call for the rest of the day but she didnt call me. So I called her back Monday morning and she said she hasn’t gotten in touch with the supervisor because the supervisor wasn’t at work that day so she told me again that she’s gonna call me after 10 mins again. I waited the whole day for her call but she didnt call me again to update me!!! So today I called her again to follow up but she just said “Oh I was sending your resume to some of our clients but nobody wants to hire you” Really Lady??!!! You let me wait for almost a week just to freakin’ tell me this BS! She didnt even mention the interview that i was supposed to attend to!! So disappointing!! Wasted my time in this agency who never called back to update applicants!!

I had the most incredible experience here at this location. Each member of the staff I personally interacted with were pleasant, insightful and genuinely trying to assist me. I felt they really wanted the best outcome and fit for me, which they found, extremely fast. There was someone who really stood out to me, Delilah Aldama was my first contact and I couldnt be happier. She is efficient, sweet and really showed that she was there to help. Agency Lied and said overtime and 6 days a week was available. Start the job and turns out they only work 5 days a week strictly 8 hours.told me to call them if they changed my spot to a higher paying position. After I quit because of their lies. I got switched to a higher paying position the same day. But I got told I had to work a week to get paid for the work I was doing. Even though I was there all day. Why lie. Alot of people leave all the time

Its alright they got me a job right away but they miss up all the time with my check. And when i ask why i havent gotten my check they gave different stories every time and if you want something done you have to talk to the manager or someone with power because everyone else is just there to tell you that they cant do anything.

I am available for work and have not been called for work except one time in Visalia California.

I always have problems receiving all my checks. They always have an excuse for their actions and they never take responsibility . I would recommend another agency.

Horrible service. I never got paid after working a week for them. Every time I called to see what was going on they said they where too busy to get my call to leave my number and they would get back to me. I never heard from them.
