Always ask for Alejandrina!!!! I’ve never had such full examinations on my teeth for current and future state. She cleans super thoroughly, but gently at the same time. Staff is also nice and the waiting room is clean. Only downside is the specialists only come in on certain days so it can be difficult trying to schedule with them. Come with extra time too since you could still be waiting 15-20 minutes after your appointment time.

I had a cleaning and some dental work. The hygienist Alejandrina is THE BEST she explains everything so well tells you step by step how to care for your teeth at home because believe it or not we all make think we are doing things wright with hygiene however it may not always be that way so don’t hesitate or be embarrassed ask her questions. On the other side the Providers from general to specialty are all so kind and friendly. The endodontist Dr. Smolkin and oral surgeon Dr.Elias are both fast and professional. The staff in the front and back are all so nice.

The Dental Hygienist (Alex) is by far the best ever!!!! I usually hate getting my teeth clean, but she makes it easy, quick and even enjoyable. She is super kind and explains everything very well!!You can tell this place is taking the steps to be the best they possibly can and they also have multiple procedures in place to help stop the spread of COVID.

I went into get my teeth cleaned and I was done within an hour. Moreover, I was given instruction of how to use my Oral B electric brush properly. My dental hygienist always does such a great job. I had to go in the next day to take care of a few cavities. The dentist took care of me within a half hour and I felt no pain. I am so pleased with the service that I always get.

I Just want to start by thanking the Accu-Dental Staff.I had one of the best experiences with a dental office, from my cleaning with Alejandrina and exam with Dr. Sharma.I really Loves how the Hygienist really takes her time with the cleaning and not rushes through, she is also very professional and advices you on how to help to maintain a good hygiene with out making you feel very awkward. (You should definitely go through her)As for Dr. Sharma is really attentive when you have any concerns, and talks to you throughly. I would definitely recommend them to my friends and family.At the end they also really reliable with the financing, my husband will be going to extract he’s wisdom teeth and he has no insurance but Veronica was able to help us, and so far we only have good things about the oral surgeon.Once again Thank you.

I never write yelp reviews because i dont really bother but i had to with this one. Accu Dental has been a major help in my families dental health for the past couple of years and Im very thankful for it all. The staff is very amazing and friendly, starting from the front desk the people are welcoming and have no problem setting you up and getting you started on your journey for a perfect smile. The dentist team themselves are amazing as well, they make sure youre comfortable and provide a lot of knowledge before they start anything ! The office is very clean and tidy, it brings a great atmosphere and overall a great experience. Never would i have thought to write a review but this company truly deserves one !!!

The actual procedure by the oral surgeon was outstanding, however, the billing department was a nightmare. Be sure to get everything in writing and don’t listen to their song and dance about “we don’t know what insurance covers and doesn’t cover.” There was nothing complicated about the wisdom teeth removal, but trying to get a straight answer out of the office staff proved impossible. The billing dept. was condescending and contrary to their automated voicemail and text messages saying they believe in customer service, that is the last thing you will get at this office!

If you value your life and your health: FIND ANOTHER DENTIST!I went to this dental office because of a referral by another dentist for a root canal. I had an appointment at 11am and didnt get seen until 12:30. First they took me in for X-rays. I thought that they only needed an x-ray and be done, but NO! They took at least 20 x-rays of the same tooth over and over throughout the procedure. I have had other root canals done in the past bay. other dentists. and NEVER did they have to take. more than one x-ray. I have heard many times that too much exposure to x-rays can. cause cancer. I am very afraid and I hope that it never happens because if it does, I know who Ill be suing. There were several other problems besides the. x-rays. The dentist himself was very unprofessional in the procedure. He made it very painful and uncomfortable. At the end of the procedure, I was expecting that he would tell me what to do afterwards to take care of that tooth and pain I was having. He just left to see other patient and left me there with his assistants to finish me up. These guys didnt know how to answer any questions. His assistants were also all amateurs and unprofessional. I left the office in much pain and feeling so regretful to have ever gone there. I will NEVER go to this dentist again! If you value your life and your health, Stay Away from this Dentist and find a good one.

The experience didnt start off great seeing a previous doctor but then Dr.Sreis turned my bad experience around. He took great care of me and I am super pleased with my smile! He shows that he genuinely cares about the health of your teeth and the appearance of your smile I would definitely recommend him! My smile is his signature. I also would like to mention his Dentist Assistant was very kind and supportive, they make a great team together.

I have going to Accu Dental for over 10 years. I have always received excellent dental service. The staff is outstanding in providing great service and making you feel comfortable.

I was scheduled to have two teeth filled, one upper and one lower. After numbing the entire right side of my face they decided that they did not have time to do the lower tooth because their lunch break would begin in five minute!! I was already medicated and had already paid for services rendered. Yet getting to lunch on time was more important than quality patient care. I would have lodged a complaint with the person in charge, but this is the OWNER who did this to me...Needless to say I will be looking for a new dentist.

Horrible. It was great when Dr Nordoff was there. Very dissatisfied with the treatment and being mislead about my implant. Also overcharged me and took several weeks for reimbursement. Office manager never did return my call after several attempts to reach her. Would not recommend except for cleanings only. Hygienist was very good.

By far, one of the worst dental clinics. Last year, my coworker referred me to this place and my firsts appointments were good. Then, I got scheduled for my 6 month cleaning and I got my wisdom tooth removed NOT at this place. I called ACCU Dental for several times. They never answer and their machine was always playing. I left several voicemails in different days to tell them about my wisdom tooth removal and my appointment for the cleaning qas interfering. Until today, they never called me but at the end of the year, they sent me a text saying that my yearly dental plan will end and to call them to schedule and appointment. So, i did and the same thing never answer. So, a few weeks ago, i told my coworker and she called and the same thing. She had her appointment and when she went, she told them about not answering the phone and they said there was no issue. I kept calling and nothing. Finally, I gave up and I am not planning to come back not refer them to anyone. Very bad service and the front desk are not that very friendly either. In addition, the place should have some type of ventilation because smells like rotten eggs. Look for a better dentist. This place is very unprofessional.

I went in for a bridge, it’s been a while since I had a bridge. Was so nervous my aniexty was high. I worked myself up for nothing. It took an hour from the time I walked in. No pain or discomfort. Entire staff is incompetent .Painful dental visits. Shoddy work. They do not return calls. I had an urgent one this am. My permanent crown fell out Called left 5 messages and two texts (which was instructed by their voicemail) NO ONE EVER CALLED. Do not use them, they so not have needed supplies to complete dental procedures . they do not meet standard of care for the dental industry whatsoever. The only reason I gave one star is to be able to save anyone reading this... Grief.

FRAUD ALERT! Read all other reviwes. I agree the receptionist are rude. Veronica the insurance biller overcharged me. When asked to speak to the manager I was told she was it. I am also making a report to the BBB for further investigation!! I had my insurance call because I was getting the run around on treatment pending. Next day I get a dismissal letter. SMH Dont question your treatment or patient portion... They dont care about your thoughts just your money. If you get overcharged they keep the credit on your account for future treatment. YOUVE BEEN WARNED!!

Avoid this place at all costs. They lie to you about your appointment time, they lie about what their prices are, the receptionists are always on their cell phone, ignore patients and give attitude. They dont even make eye contact and are so rude as if you are bothering them by showing up. If you dont care about your patients, why do you even show up to work? Put your phone away if you are work time. I would get fired if my boss saw me act the way you girls do.

Schedule an appointment there 2 different times, never got attended. They stated that they scheduled somebody else in my place when the orthodontist was really in lunch.I had confirmed the appointment at 10:30am for a 2:00pm appointment. Not sure how they could mess that one up.Wished I had seen these reviews before scheduling here and wasting my time.

DO NOT COME TO THIS LOCATION! THEY ARE FRAUDS.. I got 2 crowns and a couple of fillings done a couple of months ago, however, I currently have a gap IN between one of the crowns where food gets stuck and causes bad breath, yet, they (Claudia) are refusing to replace the crown. They even drilled the tooth next to the crown and added a filling to the tooth to fix the problem but it didnt fix anything! I reported back to them that food still gets stick in there but Claudia is still refusing to replace the crown and wants to come up with a plan. I dont want a plan, I simply want this gap to be fix to prevent a root canal! They only care about the money they dont care about your complaints.

This office is HORRIBLE. These people lack professional communication and do not provide assistance for people in need of medical relief. The appointments are booked 8 weeks out and no one provides clarification of how they will conduct medical care. They try and charge you an outlandish $250 cancellation fee if you cant cancel within 72 hours EVEN if your reason for cancellation is valid. The staff is rude and uneducated and are not patient or helpful. Do yourself a favor and find a dental office that cares. These people are obviously out to dig in your pockets!

If i wouldve seen these reviews i would have NEVER gone to this office i had 3 grand covered by my insurance but some how i still had to pay another 500 bucks and they only did a root canal procedure and did not even do an implant. Even if your insurance covers you here, do not go. Run for the hills and find another dental office. There is NO way I would ever trust my money or my familys dental health to this scam of an office. No EOBs are given, money is taken without even consulting with the client about what is going to be charged and then when (of if) they deem you worthy of dental care, they will keep what youve pre-paid, even if you dont have any dental work there.The oral surgeon has the bedside manner of Attila the Hun. Do yourself a favor and go to a more professional and caring office. For the record, I eventually took my mother to Dr. Lloyd and we paid out of pocket for her care. We really realized what shoddy practices pass for care at Accu-Dental when we went to a proper dental office.PS - Dont even get me started on the disgusting condition of the dental suites. Ugh.
