When our upstairs bathroom flooded into our downstairs kitchen at 10pm on a night when my husband was on a business trip and I was alone with our four kids, I was in a bit of a panic! But I called service master at 11 pm and spoke to an actual person, and then got a follow up call later that night to schedule services for the very next day. This was a huge relief. The next day a technician came to assess the job, then he and two men returned the following day to remove all the water-damaged parts of the floors/ceiling. They were polite, clear about what they were doing, and did a nice job cleaning up the affected areas. They were a pleasure to work with and minimized the impact of this disaster on my family! Their prompt service and good work helped me very much and I would recommend them to anyone in a similar predicament!

We love Service Master of Roanoke. We had a flooded 3rd floor apartment and of course that means the units below. Jessie had a crew out here very quickly. They handled all of the mess and got everything dried out perfectly. They always keep in touch and make sure if we have any needs. We would highly recommend them to anyone.

Jeb’s crew was great! I called them after I accidentally left the bath running and flooded the kids’ bathroom. They were quick, friendly, and professional, did a thorough assessment of the water damage, tidily removed wet insulation, and checked surrounding rooms for moisture. Drying equipment was installed and removed in a timely manner, and instructions on what to do while it was operating were clear and super easy to follow (basically just leave it alone ☺️). They were a pleasure to work with!

This company refused our job because we used an independent highly respected industrial hygienist for testing in our home. I have never been treated so poorly by an owner of a company in my life. As a doctor, I know the importance of using an independent third party for testing validity. Any company that refuses work because their inspector didnt do the test is a hoax not trustworthy. There is a major conflict of interest there. Stay away from this company unless you want to get taken for your money and treated horribly at the same time.

As an insurance agent it is nice to have a company with integrity that we can refer our policy holders too. Jeb has an excellent team and Jess is always a pleasure to work with!! We love ServiceMaster.

Lets just say we had to reclean after they left and they took forever. Communication was horrible..We had to have them come and redo rooms that they said were finished and the actual room that had all the fire damage ..they did not clean or paint the doors to cover smoke damage. I would not recommend them to anyone.

We had a leak just a couple of weeks before Christmas, 2016 that caused water damage to plastered ceilings and walls in a downstairs office and garage. We contacted ServiceMaster of Roanoke the very morning of our leak discovery. They responded within hours of our call to begin removal of the damaged cielings and walls. The ServiceMaster team professionally and neatly sealed off any necessary areas with plastic and covered our floors in order to keep the removal areas from invading our whole downstairs. The team had all damaged plaster board cut away and removed in no time at all and cleaned up after they were finished. Actually, our garage was cleaner than before they started! Drying machines were then placed in the damaged areas. The next morning a follow up visit was made to check moisture readings and to check to see if we needed anything else. Once everything was dried sufficiently, the drying machines were removed. The service of ServiceMaster did not end here. We received another follow-up phone call to make sure that everything was done to our satisfaction and if we needed anything further. I cannot say enough wonderful things about the timeliness of service, quality of service, and truly professional customer service that we experienced with ServiceMaster of Roanoke. If needed again, we would not hesitate to call ServiceMaster of Roanoke, and we would highly recommend them to all of family and friends.

Terrible terrible terrible place to work. Management is the problem, or your little lower level supervisors that have their favorites and arent fair about how the hardest work gets spread around! You try to discuss this with her boss and guess what,,, he doesnt want to hear about it or doesnt care either one! So my Goodness!! Adam and Gaiyle seem to be great (owners) but didnt see those guys enough to make a difference. SAD!
