We used servpro Salem for during the Detroit floods this last June and we could not be more pleased with the service. Joseph was one of the most professional service workers we have met and his team was extraordinary. The conditions they worked in and the effort they gave our home has made me question those of companies we have used in the past. These fine gentlemen were at our home until 2am this morning and worked as if they had just had 8 hours of sleep.

Hired ServPro for nicotine removal in an old house. They quoted me for work being done in 3 days. 5 days later, still not done. Workers kept trying to get me to sign off on work that hadnt been done, like cleaning light fixtures, duct cleaning, etc. Had to bring them back twice to finish the work. Other contractors on the project were present and confirmed that the workers just sat around and barely did anything. They charged me for the extra days that they worked. Theyve also sent me 4 incorrect invoices and Ive had to call to get them corrected each time. Lazy, unprofessional, and way too expensive. Dont waste your money.

We had a water leak in our condo and used Servpro Salem for the cleanup including drying everything out and removing the carpet and flooring in the entire condo. The team was superb and left the place clean and all the furniture back in its original location. They helped us get through a very difficult situation and were able to keep the damage to a minimum. They disinfected my home after I quarantined for 14 days with COVID-19. Their service was exceptional, fast and complete. Their product truly disinfects the virus and has a registered epa number. I highly recommend them every opportunity I get.

Well, no one likes a water damage, but once youve gotten over the shock of the chaos it creates, your going to want to call SERVPRO. Why? These guys are very knowledgeable, confident and experienced in mitigation of water and mold remediation and customer service. They showed up within hours of my initial call and started cleaning and treating the affected areas and set our expectations on next steps in the process. They did daily inspections on how the area was drying out until that part was over. They were back the following week to demo the drywall that got wet, then applied a steam cleaning to the entire area with this special machine to eliminate any trace of anything to prep the rebuild project. In fact, all the equipment they used was current/new technology, to do the job right. They didnt have to do it, but they put up plastic on all doors so that no dust would affect other areas of the house. We have 3 children, so my wife and I appreciated their concern for any dust in he living areas. I wont use their names, but all these guys became part of the family while they were here and made the best of a crappy situation! Hi, I would like to share my experience with Service pro Salem/Marblehead/ Peabody. We had our plumbing backed up into two bathrooms. I was so impressed with their foreman or outside Super Billy! If this is not his title it should be! My landlord is 72 yrs old, and was a wreck! He was so kind with her, and explained everything to her so she understood! His knowledge of his job was incredible! He worked well with the plumbing contractor and his crew! He took care of the mess in no time! And still kept remnants and workers smiling through it all! He also saved us what could have been a disaster in the basement had he not been so skilled and good at his job! I can’t say enough of how happy we were with him and his crew! They make their branch of Serv Pro look like professionals!!! Great job! Thank you!!

Servpro of Salem I cannot say enough about their professionalism and amazing service, from speaking with Heather in their office who was nothing but comforting and helpful the multiple times I called her to the service crew Billy and Bobby who came right out to deal with the damage left by a broken water heater which made a soaking mess to our finished downstairs. (where we have 2 bedrooms) Both Billy and Bobby were nothing but amazing! I seriously cannot express how grateful and appreciative we are for there exceptional work and service.

Ive been having water come into my basement causing the whole place to smell bad. Joseph came out and inspected it and determined that the window was the problem. He was very very helpful. From start to finish he listened to my needs and provided me a very reasonable price. His crew member Billy and another gentlemen whos name I didnt catch were some of the most polite people ive meet. They had some issue with their equipment but they still continued to work. They were almost finished when more water came in again and made the whole floor dirty again. Joseph had the crew re clean the area for me without changing the price. Servpro has been such a help. There work quality and customer service has made it so they are my go to if I ever need them again.

I had a major loss while out of town. Mike and his team were incredibly responsive and thorough with the basement cleanup. It was as if he was fixing a problem at his own home. Thanks for the great service Mike, Jessica and crew!

We had a kitchen fire last Sat evening. I called Gerry Clements of ServPro. He was very empathetic, understanding and helpful, explaining in detail what Serve Pro would do for us. He followed through every step along the way to keep us informed and to make sure we were completely satisfied. He referred me to Joseph Turnbull. Joe came out immediately to meet with us and survey the damage. He had a crew at our house the next day. We were very impressed with everyone who came to our house. They were incredibly thorough, making sure that all signs of smoke smell and soot were gone. They washed down all the walls and ceilings, getting them ready to be repainted. They took everything from the cupboards, wiped each item off, washed and dried and put them back - after wiping down the cupboards, inside and out. Every item downstairs was cleaned off in all rooms, including windows, blinds and light fixtures. All the drapes, coats, couch pillows and miscellaneous were collected and brought to the cleaners. The scatter rugs were rolled up in each room, taken to be cleaned. Jackie was in charge of the detailed cleaning and she was wonderful. She even steam cleaned all our furniture and remaining carpets. Knowing that the flooring company could not come until next Tuesday, she took extra steps to minimize the odor coming from the damaged floor. Jackie was amazing and so easy to work with. Her compassion, understanding and empathy of what we were going through, were very reassuring and calming. Her level of detail was impressive. She thought of everything and constantly asked if we wanted anything else done. They also cleaned our master bedroom and bathroom upstairs to remove low level traces of soot. Jackie took lots of pictures and apologized many times for the intrusion. I didnt feel they were an intrusion - they were truly lifesavers and were very accommodating. The people of ServPro far exceeded our expectations and we would highly recommend them. I would give more than five stars, if I could. We are very grateful to them all.
