Autozone stores are great. Ive never had a problem getting any part Ive needed. Each store seems to have associates that are experts on certain makes and models of vehicles which is a great way to excel in customer service and satisfaction. The managers take great pride in their stores and if they dont have your part in stock another store will and they can usually get it the same day or early the next morning. Prices are in line with their competitors and you can order on line or order over the phone and they have curbside pickup. A great plus is returns are never a hassle even without a receipt. Thanks for the great service and high quality parts.

Very knowledgeable staff and usually have what I need for our vehicles! If not in stock, they can special order it. Love the free testing services to tell what is wrong with your car. Found out my battery had a dead cell and the alternator was fine! Saves you money by knowing what you need to replace or repair!

So the only reason this is 4 stars and not 1 is because Oscar v. Went above and beyond. He changed my battery out for me, by himself. The other store clerks didnt want to seem to lend him a helping hand as this was his first or second time changing out a battery. Give Oscar a raise!

Extremely rude staff, most of there staff are not capable of looking up parts. The staff do not check out clients in the order they get in line.. this store is just bad, nothing like the other stores

I called to ask about a thermostat, was asked to hold 25 minutes later still on hold walked into AutoZone an they didnt even have any customers!!!!

These guys were very helpful and nice. There store was clean and organized the isles were clean and not cluttered with merchandise.

We were in Salem last night and our battery went dead while driving. Scary! Turns out the alternator was toast so it wasnt charging at all. We got a jump to get us to auto zone just barely before they closed. The kid behind the counter was so nice! He put our battery on the charger right up until closing. It got to 100% and took us all the way home to Monmouth!I feel bad for not catching the kids name, but Im sure hell remember us if you ask the staff. He deserves a 10/10, compliment, raise, promotion, etc.

The manager here is a peice of work told me to get out of the store because I wanted to return my item and demanded cash which is what I paid with and he insisted on giving me store credit so I said Id call the police if I didnt get my money so I did and they had to give me my money back

Ordered parts online and they were ready in less than 30 minutes.

I was greeted with a smile and a welcome by an employee who was near the entrance as soon as i walked in. I went in to get a scan on my car due to engine light had just popped up and my car was acting like it was running out of gas. They went out and did the scan instead of having me do the scan (Ive been to parts stores where they give you the scanner and have you do it and bring the scanner back in once completed). The visit was quick, they were very nice and helpful. Even offered to order the part i needed. Great visit overall.

AutoZone has good prices on parts. However if you go there after 500 pm or on the weekends be prepared to wait in line a while. The sales associates are pleasant, courteous and helpful.

Had trouble getting the right serpentine belt for my Wrangler. Returned one and they gladly gave me the correct belt. Good people! Am still waiting for the refund to appear on my credit card. Takes a while for them to credit it back.

Very nice and helpful. Our vehicle broke down. We had to park there over night. They didnt tow it and next day let us work on it there and borrow a tool even. Above and beyond courtesy I would say. Thumbs up!!!

I visited today and got such wonderful help from an associate by the name of Corwin. He was so helpful and inciteful. He even helped me check the diagnostics of my engine light, putting my mind at rest as the issue wasnt too bad, and then he even helped me figure out my bluetooth radio!

I took my car battery to charge and get tested . When I came to pick it up, I tell the person helping me to test it . (He does it in the back ) and comes back and tells me it’s a bad battery, and starts showing me prizes for a new one . To make it short I went with my gut and went somewhere else where they tested it In front of me and battery was “good”. Either he doesn’t know how to use the tester, or he was trying to sell me a Battery that I didn’t need . One thing for sure, I won’t be coming here for parts if they won’t be honest with their customers.

Great efficacy and service. I say, service, not because they are a service station. However, I received great service as the salesman personally replaced my car battery. Saving my poor hands and the $18 Id never get reimbursed because Id never return the old battery. Well, at least I know myself....judgey.The salesman also pointed me to the correct part, as well as, the best price: quality choice (I peaked online b4 going...shhhhh). I mean Im half crippled, I sound challenged and look obtuse. A seemingly great target, for a less than scrupulous sales team.Well stocked, happily-employed work staff, extra-mile minded, pleasantly plentiful parking (eek... ALITERISM).Happy customer

Unable to rely on their employees to help when i need parts. Either the parts search program sucks or the employees arent trained properly. Luckily a reliable parts store has opened in same area.Unless i go in here with the part number i need and or the old part for reference.......i wont waste my time attempting to buy right parts from here . Training employees might be a wise investment.

About as good as a parts store can get. They carry parts for a ton of vehicles. Go in there with the year, model and make and get the correct part. Do your own research before hand for best results. Dont expect them to know every detail on your 1967 rarety....they mostly deal with 5-20 year old cars.

Staff are always friendly. I ordered a part and it came in early the next day, really fast service. They always have what I need.

Manager stood talking to an employee for a good 3 minutes before making any attempt to help the customers that had walked in including myself. Dont expect them to drop everything but letting cutsomers know that they will be with them in a moment is good service.

The associates here are so friendly and willing to help solve any car part or item needed for my vehicle & they do install them for me.

Its nothing against the Company itself it just seems this location is always so busy and if they dont have that many customers they are all on the phone so service isnt the fastest or best in my opinion. They usually have what Im looking for just takes awhile to pay and get out the door unfortunately.

AutoZone has a staff of knowledgeable people at the counter every time I go in. Prices are reasonable and usually little to no wait. Everything from light bulbs to alternators. Nifty little fun accessories, too! Try them, I dont think youll be dissapointed!

Not very helpful. Didnt have what I was looking for and didnt offer to order it. He only brought it because I was like Ill just buy it online.

As a 9 year client / customer I find they treat people at this location very good. Employees have changed over time but the experience just gets better. Keep your long term employees, they shine. The trainees and new hires need to see how long term pros handle frustrated amateur diyers and respect their lack of knowledge. New hires can be pretty ignorant and it seems that the long term employees make this store worthy of my $$$.Best store out of 3 locally.Keep that parking lot clean, and smile when people walk in more ( new hires )

I had a reverse discrimination issue with a black employee at this store. The employee chose to assist a black lady at the back of the line who had just arrived at the store. She had a long list of questions. I only had a quick question about where something might be found and he never checked with anyone for there needs before bypassing them.

Came in just after a blown headlight. They picked a light for my car that ended up being the wrong one. As we left they locked the doors . Saying they were closed and when I came to knock to tell them they sold wrong light they both stood around saying nothing they can do without opening the door and just shaiking there heads after calling the store and knocking nicely. Will not be coming back here. Pore service just because they locked up and they didnt fix there mistake. The employees have no respect for customers.
