Excellent customer service, friendly with a good sense of humor. Prompt service with no issues. I dropped my phone in a hot spring and while it still works (kinda) I didnt want to take the chance of it going out in an emergency. Im traveling through Oregon and they were able to ship it to my new house in Colorado. What a great company! Thanks a thousand guys!

Boost has good reception service.Good luck if you need customer service!!Try to get through to a human is impossible, without a store employee.if you do get through the support is terrible!!They put me on hold then the person i was talking to put me on hold and took another call with me on hold... Then they hung up on me!! Go with a different service boost is the worst!

Been calling for several days will not answer the phone

I have been to this same store multiple times, wouldn’t really look forward to going in because I knew it would take a while. And I might not get the help I need. Today was different. Got someone new.Edmar was an amazing help, very quick and friendly. While he was helping me there were about four other customers that also came in at different times, for different reasons. He was able to help all of us out in a friendly, quick, professional way. Thank you for getting my phone to work when I couldnt😊

I came to rhis location very frustrated and wanting to quit Boostmobile. Edmar is definitely the best representative ive ever worked with, Edmar was able to fix my problem in a breeze. I wish the other boost would have taken the time to understand my problem. I wont to another boost ill come here going forward.I recommend this place

Andreas the store manager gave me the best customer service. I have ever had.. .. He also hooked my son up with a hand held gaming system.. That he loves..I transfered my service from Merto PC to Boost 100x better.. Im so happy I changed service. Go to the store on Lancaster and States St.. You will not leave unhappy... Thank you Guys so much.

Jose the manager was there to help our every need. Even with what seemed to be very complicated stuff. I would recommend his sales expertise and over all knowledge of his job. It was a pleasure working with him.

My favorite person to work with for my phone is Jose. Very respectful and had answers to almost all of my questions. If he didnt, he would know how to get an answer. And plus I didnt feel like he was trying to get a sale from. It felt like he actually wanted to help get a good phone with my budget.

I came from the coast yesterday morning to add a line to my plan. The girl was extremely helpful and friendly. It couldnt have been any easier for me. She managed to help everyone that walked through the door while we were there too. This girl can multitask. She is definitely a keeper. This will be the location we visit anytime we need a store!
