Really unhelpful lazy employee, even though no one else was in the store.

I came into this store because Im traveling out of the country and I needed to make sure my phone was able to make calls. Not only did Ashley get me all squared away with that but she also advised me to get a power converter for my charger. That was something I didnt even think of and Im so happy she reminded me. The service in this store is the best Ive ever gotten at a Verizon. She informed me I was eligible for some promotions but didnt try to push a sale since Im dumping a bunch of money into a trip but when Im ready to get my phone upgraded you bet Ill be coming here!

This store is amazing.... I would go to this store over and over again Scott and chance are amazing people they help me get the new Samsung tab A. If you want nice people and help with your bill those are the guys you should talk too. Amazing I love this store..... cant say it enough.... good job guys keep up the good work!!!!!!

Kendall really knows her stuff. She was able to honestly advise us on our phone purchases She was professional, sweet and gave service with a smile. I recommend her and would totally go out of my way for her service again.

This is the only Verizon store that I go to among the many available in town. Today Chris and David helped me straighten out a family account billing issue. Years of talking with knowledgeable helpful consultants. Nice people with enthusiastic advice about phones we own and would maybe upgrade to.

If you are like me you dread going into cell phone stores... waiting for people to help you. Theres no seats. Theres no food/drinks.... and when you leave (absolutely famished, uncertain how you went $200 dollars over budget, and still not sure why your stupid phone isnt set up just right for you).... you silently vow to never shop in person again....That is until I walked into this particular Verizon Wireless Store on Tuner Rd.Jeff and Megan were sensational. They were knowledgable, helpful, and BONUS - great sense of humor. The other thing about this place that was great is there is food nearby - taco place next door has great tacos.I left with my phone set up, my tummy full, and a few other electronic devices that suited my needs, and were on sale.Overall - fantastic experience - Im going again for my next birthday month!! I was in there a couple days ago to get some help with my bill and look into upgrading my phone. Elianna was working with another customer when I came in was very friendly and said shed be with me shortly. Waited maybe 5-10 minutes. She helped get a hold of customer service and resolve the issue with my bill. And then she helped me choose my new phone. Throughout the whole process she was very friendly and answered all my questions. Great customer service! And later when I came back to pick up my new phone(had to leave it there for all my information to transfer) the store manager was great! I dont remember her name but she was very helpful and nice as well. Overall awesome experience!!

Worked with Ashtin on a phone trade in and had an amazing experience. There were issues with permissions on my existing phone but she worked diligently and with great patience to resolve. Her work partner, Ashley was so helpful as well. I would definitely recommend this store for sales and service

This is one of the best Verizon stores in the Valley. They have an amazing number of staff working and do a great job helping with needs. Lots of food areas near by and plenty of parking too.

I was sold a brand new phone that has the same problems, if not worse than my old BROKEN phone. I was 3 days past the 15 days due to being out of town for Christmas. I went in and the manager tried to reset settings in my phone. I have done all of this already, I worked for apple, I know the troubleshooting. I don’t want to pay $600 for a phone that has issues. I want a phone that has no issues. She told me she didn’t have the training to do that so I’d have to do the footwork on my own. I told her that is not acceptable and she needs to find someone who can do it because I’ve been with this company for multiple years and this will be the second time I’ve gotten a broken phone from them. She kicked me out of her store, told me she didn’t know how to do it and it’s just too bad... sorry bout your bad luck, but it ain’t my problem now, get out... merry Christmas to me... guess I’ll be leaving Verizon

We came in to upgrade phones, the store was fairly busy with only one person working. She hustled pretty quickly to help everyone the best she could helping multiple people at once.

Turner road Verizon is awesome. ...they helped me get some very important and dear pictures of my recently euthanized Border Collie who had Cancer transferred from my phone to my computer. ..I am truly grateful for Megan as she was very helpful and supportive. ..

Chris at this location was awesome. He was extremely patient and kind, answered every question I had and never tried to sell me on anything extra. He offered clarity on what my best options were with my upgrade status and a big bonus was that he was from good ole GA, my home state :)

I went to this GoWireless a few days ago to upgrade a phone on my account. David was increadibly helpful, and without being pushy at all, showed me how i could save a substantial amount of money. We ended up upgrading two phones, and switched my plan around. David was super helpful, especially considering i spent close to 90 minutes talking with him.

I went there to just see about getting a new phone for my wife and myself and was worried about running credit and being rejected. I went in and out need up running it and ended up with two new iPhone XR. I also went back 5 days later and got a Apple Watch series 4, 44mm. I love the customer service I got with Scott and Chance. I had a issue with my screen protector and had my wife go back and they put a new one on. A week later my Apple Watch has a random dent in it and went back and they replaced it with a new one with out any chances to my bill and also waved my $40 service fee.!I will be a long term customer!!!!!! It was nothing but a mess!I upgraded 2 phones was told my hill would go down and it actually went up by quite a bit. They gave me two boxes to send other phones back. When I got my bill I was charged for one of the phones as well as other charges that were not disclosed. They were friendly, but did not pay attention to what they were doing. One of the guys continually talked about his black eye from the night before and about selling a used iPhone in the parking lot before arriving at work. I called them several times to try to get resolved an is still not resolved!!

I got a new phone and many amazing things plus a tablet for only $10 more a month with the tablet FREE!! Megan was amazing she walked me through everything and got me the best deals!!! Go to her shes fricken great!!!

Now here OK 3rd time to call David but seriously I keep doing something wrong and lose you guys I cancel of I called in he was very professional very endearing has a really good phone voice important he would start from and kind considerate I came in he was very professional he was very kind at me at my level of understanding and I have taught customer-service for the county and I would give him a 5 star got a good guy here so give him a raise.

If I could give zero stars I would. A couple months back I went to upgrade my phone. Was not informed of month in advance fee when I got my bill so that was kind of a shock but real shock was being charged for my old plan plus the new plan I was changing to. Have went back twice to get issue resolved, associates didnt seem to care I had paid $280.50 (my previous bills and current bills are around $100.00) and wanted a refund for being double charged. I am still owed a refund of just over $60.00 but apparently the support center they called was not understanding the issue so I am just out that money. Funny part is Jeffrey, the associate that helped me and was supposed to cancel my service wont admit he did anything wrong. Apparently its my fault for choosing that location. Wont shop there again and will deter anyone I know from shopping get there.

Rob was very friendly and patient, which was a plus, because our setup was more complicated than anticipated. Way more helpful than other Verizon locations Ive been to in the area! Would recommend :)

Really tired of getting the run around by this place. been waiting over a month for a phone case for a phone Ive not been able to find a case for even though its the newest with very bad service. finally my phone screen cracked today bc the screen protector only covers about 80% of the screen the rest of the glass exposed. really tired of No accountability over priced products.

Dont go here service was good I will say that but.... got my new Verizon bill in the mail and went up 300 due to the fact they did not put it that I returned old phones when upgrading. Talked to Verizon on the phone and they also told me they do not like this store for that reason. There is no record kept for any transactions.
