After going to somewhere else horrible in the area I was nervous about trying another new place, but I am so glad that I did! Everyone inside was so friendly and went out of their way to show me the newest colors. Andrew was so nice and extremely detailed. I absolutely loved it and will make it my new place to go!

I went in with my sister to have a relaxing pedi and the manager talked obsessively!!!!!! . I must have heard how the owner buys ONLY HIGH End products. How the customer must be satisfied. The en tire pedicure!! Then when it was time to pay, there was no internet and we had to leave a card numberinted wirh them. Also it says Acrylic nail set $40.00. They charged $55.00. My sister wasnt happy.WONT RETURN. PLACE IS DIRTY where I washed my hands. Not psinted. I would have liked to leave a nice review. My Acrylic nails were great. We all so were serviced by three people. Made it difficult to tipALSO, I DIDNT KNOW MY SISTER HAD TIPPED THEM and I left another tip. No TV also.

Very nice ladies. it was quick too, but also took their time. When I went there, I asked for specific ways to do my nails and they did it the right way. very hard to find a good place like L&P.

This place looks sketchy, but once you go in its nice and clean. The techs are sweet and do a great job, and the pricing is on par with other salons in Salem, however this place isnt usually booked (I go early on Tuesdays however) Give them a shot!
