Joe and his dad pretty much robbed me and stole my money. When I reached out to work something out, I was brushed off. Just like every other review on here (expect his personal friend who gave him good review), stay away from these clowns, something very suspicious with this company....
Used this company last year for a company outing to go from Portsmouth to Boston for a Red Sox game. Had a great experience. Driver, Dave, was super friendly and Joe was great at setting things up in advance to make sure we were taken care of. Dave even stopped at a picture perfect location for us to take a photo. Would highly recommend, great guys.
By far the worst experience I have ever had. These guys are highly unprofessional (in front of my kids) and the limo was clearly not cleaned, trash from the last ride was still under the seats, not wiped down, or vacuumed. It smelled very foul - DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE!
If I could give this zero star I would. Do yourself a favor and pick the next option on Google. These guys are terrible
I also would not recommend. If you search a bit, youll see all of the negative reviews of how crooked these guys are. Father and son swindling people, terrible!
Would not recommend this service. Unbelievably unprofessional. 0/5 stars.Review of Real Care Limousine345 S Broadway, Salem, NH 03079Diver for our event was DaveOwner JosephEvent: Nelly/TLC concert at NH Bank PavilionAttendance: 15 women were present in our group for this event.Music: Had we not provided our own AUX cord we would have had no music to play on the ride to concert—a pin is required when trying to set up your phone to the Bluetooth on the bus, driver reported he did not know of a pin required for BluetoothVenue Parking: The venue up at NH bank Pavilion has a designated area for limos/party buses located right at the entrance for convenience- Once we arrived to the venue the driver stopped the bus on the side of the road before entering the parking area as parking WAS NOT accounted for on Real Care Limousine’s part which they did not make us aware of when booking the transportation. Driver (Dave) told us that we would have to come up with $ 130 right then and there to have our party bus park. We had to spend 30 mins arguing with the owner/driver about this situation—ultimately the driver dropped us off at the area right before the parking entrance where we were lucky the venue had golf cart transport to drive us up to the main entrance.Ride Home: After the concert we had to take golf carts provided by the venue to get back to our bus. Upon arrival to the bus driver (Dave) informed us we would have to come up with $290 which included his “suggested tip” as mandatory payment to get back on the bus to go home. Dave stated “without this payment you will not be driven home.” This man was willing to leave 15 women who have been drinking which is the reason for this type of transport in the rain in Gilford, NH 1 hour away from home (Manchester, NH). At that point not only was professionalism in question for us but our safety was completely disregarded. The next day we had begun to contact the owner of this company to express all our concerns. Owner had gone back and forth with us for 2 weeks regarding agreed upon partial refund of funds=$60. Owner had also reported to us that he had confronted the driver for what he had done as far as demanding a tip. Owner had told us to drive to Salem to pick up cash for a refund. Owner had also expressed personal/business financial concerns as to why the refund was not honored in a timely fashion…again professionalism out the window.I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS SERVICE TO FRIENDS OR FAMILY ON THE SOLE BASIS THAT MANDATORY SURPRISE PAYMENTS WERE OF CONCERN OVER CUSTOMER SAFETY.
Very poor service and all of the vehicles smelled like old vomit. We went with a different vendor. You should too.
