One of the best experiences I’ve had. Worked with Jared in the home office, and even with a late request during prom week he was able to fit us in. Our family of six was able to sit comfortably and enjoy ourself while Paul (our driver for the day) laughed along with our family antics. Paul was extremely professional, showing up almost a half hour early, and was on point when it came to picking us up after our events.I highly recommend using Linahan Limousines next time you need a stress free day or night out. I used Linahan for my wedding two weeks ago. I booked them because they were one of the only limo companies I could find with a 14 passenger limo, which was awesome for my 12 person wedding party (plus me and my husband). They were reasonably priced and had very good customer service. I am giving them 4 stars because the driver we had was a bit of a crazy driver. He did arrive on time to all of the locations we needed to be at, but while we were in the limo he took a sharp corner and the bucket of ice that they provided for Champagne spilled all over two of my bridesmaids. He also took a very short stop at one point. Everyone commented on how it was a wild limo ride. I let Linahan know about this, and they gave me $50 off my next limo service, which was nice of them but I dont think Ill be needing limo services again.

They get me there in style. A friend asked me about their service to take his daughter and friends to the prom. I discovered that the car and driver stays with the kids all night to help ensure their safety and has parents phone numbers just in case.

We used the Chrysler stretch limo on Monday October 15th for 12 hours from Manchester down to Boston and then back...The woman in the office (I forget her name) was so nice and helpful... The driver Mike was excellent - a superb driver and also a very good personality.An overall excellent experience, 5 outta 5 stars. Would highly recommend Linahan Limos to friends and family and anybody looking for limousine service.

Absolutely wonderful limo service (and used the limo as a shuttle all night long for guests) for a wedding! Michael was such a joy to work with! He asked us what we wanted at the beginning of the night and he told us he was here to serve us and all of our needs. It was raining and he would walk us to the entrance of the building one by one with umbrellas, so we would not get wet. He checked in with us towards the end of the night to ensure we did not go over our scheduled time and incur over time charges. What a wonderful company! Pleasant people answering the phone lines at the office as well! Complimentary champagne for the wedding party and parents and bride and groom. Thank you so much Linahan!

Ive personally been using Linahan Limo for years now, typically for airport travel for myself or family members. Ive continually been happy with their service for a variety of reasons.1. The drivers are _always_ on time. Ive never been late being picked up, or dropped off. To me this is a critical requirement and they meet it perfectly.2. The cars are always clean, clearly maintained and filled with gas. This may seem like a no-brainer, but prior to me using Linahan, Ive used other companies where cars broke down and one even ran out of gas.3. Safety is paramount, I often have Linahan pick up my mother in law from the airport and she always comments how pleasant the drivers are and how safe she feels with them as well as the ride to our house.4. When things go wrong (flight delays, etc) there is always someone to talk to, and they professionally handle it. Recently my mother-in-laws flight was 4 hours delayed. I contacted Linehan early in the morning and throughout the process they had it fully covered and got her here when her flight landed. Since this was the first delay for us that was significant I wasnt sure how it would be handled, but could be more happy how well they took care of it.If you want to have a service that has continually been reliable, safe and has a proven track record. I can wholeheartedly recommend Linahan Limousine.

Wow, crazy poor experience with this company. Just thought I’d share my experience.Called them for a car quote for the following day. Received their quote. Called a few other companies, and decided to go with another company. But when I called this company back an hour later, they informed me that they charged my credit card and would not stop or refund the charge. Unauthorized charge of my card, and terrible company policies. Credit card company is taking care of it now.Won’t be using them this time or in the future!
