During my first visit (and subsequent visits :), she was/is so warm, caring, compassionate and has a great sense of humor, so I felt comfortable with her right away. She took extra time to listen to my electrolysis needs, along with answering all of my questions and concerns. Her work ethic and cleanliness is impeccable. She never leaves any hairs behind :) In addition, she uses all natural skin products which is a huge plus! And, her salon is immaculate!
