Grit Fitness is a HIIT gym that offers classes daily. I have been attending this gym for multiple years, the trainers are excellent and accommodating. Due to a back injury, Ive had to scale back what I do and theyre always helpful by offering up alternate exercises or allowing me to just do my physical therapy exercises while they run the class. Theyre also really good at pushing you to do your best (I had my weights swapped out several times for something a bit heavier by my trainer multiple times before the back injury 😂) Classes are offered at various times throughout the day during the week. Gym equipment as well as the gym itself is kept very clean and gym members are good about wiping down the equipment after use.
Really have had a great time going to grit fitness. They have motivated me to get off the couch and get rid of the Dad Bod! I take my kids with me every work out and the facility is very accommodating for them. Everyone in the gym are down to earth and encouraging.
Great place to get fit.
