This gym has changed my life and become my home. I started coming to bags classes in August 2020. Right away, coach Sam made me feel at home. Now after a year with my gym family, ROCK owner Chris is training me to fight and Christina has helped to make sure I am fueling my body properly. Thankful is not even the word. Love love love

Julie (Trainer) is extremely knowledgeable and really cares about you achieving your goals. The gym is immaculate with great equipment and has a really fun atmosphere!

Chris and Christina, the owners of EBF Rock, have created such a great and motivating space for all levels of fitness . There is truly something for everyone there. They take pride in the space and cleanliness is definitely a top priority. I have been taking classes there and training 1-on-1 with Julie for over a year and I have never been more confident. I have and will continue to recommend this gym to anyone looking to improve their overall health.

I’ve been looking for a new motivational gym in the area and I can say I’m only disappointed I didn’t join sooner. The gym layout is amazing and very clean, but more importantly the staff and trainers are some of the best I’ve come across in some time. Its my favorite place! The staff are like a fun supportive family. The facility is super clean and they take extra precautions in class to make you feel safe and socially distanced. The workouts + personal training are like no other! You learn, you sweat, you burn, and you feel like youre in good hands while doing so.

Definitely worth it! Chris DaVeiga and his fight family are amazing. They know exactly how to motivate and push you to do your best and try your hardest! Fun and intense! You will definitely leave there feeling great!

EBF-Rock is a great place to go and work out and make friends . They keep the gym kept up in tip top shape, and ensure it’s very well maintained. You can tell safety and sanitation is they’re number one priority before, during and after a work out . The trainers are clearly professionals that walk you through each and every work out to make sure you are getting the exercise you want and the form you need. I would recommend to anyone trying to gain strength, lose weight, or gain better overall health!

Best gym ever! Great owners, amazing trainers, unique motivating comfortable atmosphere.... Im so thankful EBF opened in Salem! For the first time ever i look forward to the gym and cant wait to get back for the next class.

As a long time EBF member I can’t say enough positive things about EBF Rock. This isn’t just a normal “boxing gym” the trainers take their time and really demonstrate the proper form for each exercise regardless of what your fitness level is. When you work out at the gym you don’t just become a member you become part of their family. The members and trainers couldn’t be more supportive to one another and are always looking to help in anyway they can which is the main reason I love EBF.

EBF Rock made me feel so comfortable from the moment I walked through there doors that’s one of many reasons why I joined. The cleanliness is top notch with the personal spray bottles for cleaning the equipment you use to the contactless check in. The staff are so personable and will help you with any questions you have. EBF Rock is the best of both a boxing gym and a cardio/ weight lifting gym with classes and an open gym that you can go in and do your own thing. This is a great place to be.

Best gym. This is an honest review from a longtime member. I’m a transplant from the EBF in Boston where I’ve been a member for years. I followed Chris, the owner, over here because he’s so great. These classes are amazing - you’ll get something out of it no matter what level of fitness you’re at. And boxing is one of the best workouts you can do (and SO MUCH fun!). Lots of variety in the classes so if you’re not ready to take a boxing class yet, there are strength and cardio classes that are just as amazing! I drive 40 minutes each way to take these classes because it’s totally worth the drive.What I’ve told other people about EBF that I think is the coolest part and unique to this gym... is I’ve watched new members join and over time you can actually notice them getting stronger and more fit. It’s a special place. Give EBF a try... you’ll never go back 💪🏼
