Rented this plate compactor to compact gravel and push into the wet dirt for my driveway on a rainy day it did well. They also sell new ones. Support a local family owned company only rental company out south. 5 stars.

Friendly service. Very helpful. When the hose would not connect to the pressure washer we rented, they quickly came to our house and brought a replacement hose!

Outstanding service! They treated my workers and me with respect and generosity. The equipment was carefully explained, in excellent condition, and easy to use. They answered the phone three hours after closing and two hours before opening, and had a service technician out to our site in the boondocks to fix a glitch at 7:00 am. Unlike U-Haul, they gave me the real price in advance with no nasty surprises.

My family has used Capital Rental for years. Their prices are reasonable and their equipment is always in good repair. Theyre very good about communicating what youll need in order to transport their equipment, so there are no surprises when you arrive. I have rented everything from a shovel to an excavator from this company. They are always very helpful with what I may need for the project that I am working on. I have used their aerators for my lawn, thatchers, and seeders and WOW it makes the job so much easier. The staff is extremely helpful and gets the equipment loaded on a trailer or in my pickup before I even go outside to help.The equipment is always in top notch shape and seems to always be new or very well taken care of.I have taken their business cards and handed them out to all my friends and associates.A+++++++

2/2/13- Went to capitol rental and rented equipment this morning. Rented a tool, the clerk was help full, and told me there was a couple parts I would need. I sent my worker there to pick up the equipment I rented. He was told I was never there and had not rented. He charged my worker again. I called to straighten it all out and was told by Mark, an employee. He stated Looks like good for us bad for you! I asked him, are you kidding? he said no. I told him I would be right down. Mark was there when I arrived. he thought it was funny. I say very Rude and poor customer service. I went to Home Depot and rented what I needed, with great customer service.
