I needed a root canal treatment. Doctor Elena is just awesome, one of the most professional dentists I have ever been to. She explained to me, in detail, everything about this procedure and what they are planning to do. She is very patient and knowledgeable and spent so much time with me! The best dentist not only in Salem but in MA! Dental assistant was amazing too. The staff are very nice and friendly and made you comfortable. Everything was painless and relaxed. Their office is cozy and very clean. I was very impressed with the excellent service.

Great Dental Office in Salem! I really enjoy coming here. They treat you like a family! I do regularly dental check up and cleaning. I also did a root canal and a crown with Dr.Elena. She is amazing! So professional. They are using the latest equipment. My root canal was so quick and no pain at all! I haven’t even need to go to endo. Doctor Elena is your best dental specialist! The man who owns this buisness is totally disrespectful and rude. He told me to completely find a new dentist becaue I had to changr my appt because of family emergency. I have never called about rescheduling ever before always make my appts! So rude and will never be returning

Seriously, dont come here if youre disabled. I was here 3 times and each time someone was rude to me about being mentally ill. I raised my hand during a filling, trying to ask the dentist to stop because I was in pain, and she told me not to kick at her. Later, I was trying to self soothe by just breathing while I waited because I was getting anxious and the dentist scolded me to stop because it wasnt helping anybody. The entire time I was here there was ONE kind assistant besides the front desk. I believe her name was Gabbie. Literally the only reason I came two more times to give this place a shot.

Owner smoking right outside the entrance to the dental office,no apologies and didnt wash his hands. No social distancing. During the safety of Covid-19. No reflection on the Dentists that work there. I know they are very good. Dont recommend if you have health concerns. Especially asthma. The place reeks of cigarettes smoke.

This office is really good. Considering I have braces, my cleaning recently was beyond thorough. Everything I needed to have fixed (cavities) was explained in detail and simply done. I only come now for cleanings but any fillings I had done were by Dr. Elena and she made it so easy and quick. She got straight to the point and told me what I needed and did not. The staff is really friendly, (Nataly is really amazing and sweet). The office is nice and clean! Definitely coming back for years to come!

Doctor Elena is simply the best. My other experiences with dentists were not so great. They were just trying to get money out of my pocket. trying to sell me root canals. Dr Elena fixed my tooth with filling and its been two years now and no complains. If you have any concerns about your dental health I would recommend to ask Dr Elena.

I am one who is certainly uncomfortable visiting the dentist. However, I had an unfortunate incident that caused me to wake up with my tooth chipped. I was new to the area (Salem, MA) and needed to find someone fast yet reliable to fix it. I called Aleris Dental Center. Receptionist said that Dr. Elena Siniaver could help me right away. Doctor and her staff took a great care of me. They did a great job on my tooth. It was a tooth that I had previously chipped in the past and Dr. Siniaver made it look better than before. I am now making her my primary dentist. I am truly thankful for doctors such as she.

Just had my root canal done by Doctor Elena! BEST dentist ever. I had been going to another dentist nearby who I didnt trust - I felt they were having me do unnecessary things which were very expensive.

Never again. Went in for the worst tooth pain imaginable. Dr. Elena prescribed me some medicine, and gave me a 5 minute cleaning.. pretty sure she was more interested in her lunch break then my well being. Was not pleased at all. Lady at the front desk was nice though. Dont go here.

My review for this dentist is horrible!! If I can put a negative star I would. I went to this dentist for a routine cleaning and some pain that I had in my premolar tooth. The whole dentist environment seemed kinda off but I still continued with my appointment because I needed I was in pain. I got xrays taken and the quickest cleaning ever! (No flossing, polishing, checking gums etc.) So Dr. Elena Siniaver said I had a root canal and had to treat it ASAP or pull tooth out either or. I was kinda horrified the fact my tooth might had to come out. I had a few cavity’s but there was no urgency to get that fixed. The dentist was on how I had to get this root canal done. And I was like “so how about the cavities?” I asked how much the price was. She said was from 850 to 2000 depends if I need a crown etc. I asked if they will be able to do any payment plans. She said they can break the payment by giving around 850 first payment that the second part. I certainly could not afford that at the moment just do I don’t have that type of money in my pocket. She gave me antibiotics to try to stop the infection. I missed an appointment for the “so called “root canal exam. I went back there for an emergency visit because I was in pain again and my tooth cracked. I explained to them I was in pain. She asked me if I took the antibiotic and told her I did and seemed that I was taking it wrong. The Dentist got upset and said “why arent you listening to me, Why didn’t you take the medication correctly” with an attitude. She just had one of the dental assistants give me another x-ray and sent me off with the same antibiotics that I messed up on. I was already upset with the situation and wasnt being explained anything and seemed to be getting bitched at because I didnt take the antibiotics correctly. So I know I am not a doctor, nurse, dentist, etc. but I do know when someone is in pain you should physically examine their mouth not just give an x-ray. Also not to prescribe the same antibiotic if they messed up on it. Our bodies get used to those antibiotics if we take them long enough and it doesnt work correctly. I spoke to my friends about this and she said to her mom had a horrible experience there too. Same thing that her mom needed a root canal ASAP. Her mom went through with the procedure and they pulled out the wrong tooth. Who does that? Dentist that skip CORNERS and have DIRTY UNSANITARY OFFICES should not be open. I found a great dentist and she told me what was wrong with my mouth (by explaining why I was in pain and if I need a root canal + told me how many cavities I had and needed to get fixes asap) and said I had a large cavity (so- called non savable tooth) and needed to get a fill in first. Then if that doesnt work I might need a root canal. So my tooth doesnt need to be pulled out or have a root canal immediately. Their offices is spotless and the dental assistants are professional and friendly. They also work with reasonable payment plans. WATCH OUT for this Aleris Dental. That are horrible!! I will never recommend anyone to go here again. I will make sure I tell people about my experience here so they don’t get ripped off or bitched at for lack of dental knowledge.
