I have no idea how long it had been since the carpet was cleaned...at least 20+ years. The before & after pictures tell the story! The technicians were very personable, professional, & efficient. I am very satisfied with the results.I highly recommend them and will definitely make use of their service in the future, when needed.

Needed a last minute carpet cleaning. Very happy with their work. Didnt think it could be restored back to new but that is exactly what they did. Their crew was professional and worked fast and thorough. They even accept credit and debit card through their square app. I would definitely urge anyone to use their services.

We had SALEM carpet cleaning out today, and they did an amazing job. I selected them off positive Google reviews, but had the pleasure of seeing two familiar faces when they arrived. Oscar, Jayden and Beto worked quickly and efficiently as a team, plus they used corner/door guards so the hoses didnt scratch anything. I felt very comfortable w them in our home. These guys are incredible!! First, they were on time and super nice! I asked for my car to be shampooed and our tile shower cleaned. They did my car first so it could dry (great suggestion!!) and I can NOT believe how great it looks! Guys. Seriously. There were stains covering everything. Now, my car looks almost brand new again! It was completely BEYOND my expectations!When he came to look at the shower, he informed me that he could do the cleaning and charge me more money, but it wouldnt come much cleaner than my chemicals could do. He even recommended a specific grout company to restore it for us!The honesty was really appreciated and is just one of the many reasons we will use them again and recommend them to everyone we know!!

Wow! I had a really badly stained and smelly 12×24 area in my house. Oscar and Claudia did an amazing job. They also did two area rugs for a small fee each. They were done in an hour. I am not embarrassed by my carpet anymore. Thank you so much! God bless!

I did thorough research on carpet cleaning services, reading several reviews (this business reviews were 💯positive!)When I contacted Carpet Cleaning Services, I spoke with Oscar (he and his wife Claudia own the business) and let him know I had just been informed of guests coming 2 days later (10/8/20) and was in desperate need of having my carpets cleaned.Without hesitation, he asked what services I was needing (carpets in all 3 bedrooms; hallway and living room). I also told him I often dogsit.Oscar and Claudia were AMAZING; my carpets have never looked better!👏They were on time and in and out in about an hour. Their prices were compatible with other carpet cleaning businesses, although they provided much more; (see below).They even (unexpectedly) cleaned two beautiful area rugs; one of which was shipped from Turkey.They moved furniture and used risers for heavy furniture. They also pre-vacummed and applied spot treatments.I was told by my guests how good my carpets looked and smelled.I highly recommend them and will definitely be using them in the future!

Had a great experience with these guys and definitely recommend! They got pet stains out that I didn’t think were possible to clean. They even cleaned my stairs when I didn’t ask for that. They were punctual, attentive to detail, fast, and a pleasure to have in my home. Highly recommend!
