My experience with Willamette Auto Detail was far beyond the normal auto detail. My vehicles interior had been saturated with rainwater - not damp, saturated! Mold was a concern, in addition to the initial drying. I was assured, on delivery, that the vehicle would be restored to my satisfaction. In the process, (embarrassingly and repulsively) a rodent infestation was uncovered. I was apprised, shown photos of the interiors underlying damage, and the detail process continued.The finished outcome was so far beyond my expectation! The vehicle is a newer model and in good repair; the initial damage was camouflaged inside the interior. That said, it has NEVER looked THIS good or smelled this clean. Moreover, the air in the interior is odor, mold, and allergen free!The professionalism, honesty, skill and assurance turned a potentially horrific experience into a truly (almost) unexpected outcome.Hopefully, not many customers needs rise to the extensive nature of mine. If Willamette Auto Detail can count this experience as an achievement - and they can, my recommendation should be an assurance that the level of experience, skill, honesty, and professionalism exhibited in the outcome of Willamette Auto Details product will meet/exceed expectations.

Our truck had smoke damage from the canyon fire. After treating it with ozone the first time he recommended us to bring it back for a second round. You wouldn’t even know it had smoke damage. I will be bringing all my cars to them for detailing in the future.

My SUV was a hikers mess. Its now pristine! GREAT JOB!
