The machine did damage to my truck but manager refuse to take responsibility. Very convenient that thier camera was flurry. Canceled my membership and never come back.

I had my first car wash at ScrubaDub in Salem, NH and was extremely impressed with the quality and speed of my carwash. Matt, who was working the register was extremely upbeat and positive and you could tell he had great training on the programs and services as he was quickly able to check me out while also explaining some of their monthly programs and offers for new customers. As a former member of a monthly car wash membership closer to where I work in Mass, I was able to compare the level of service and pricing models at ScrubaDub. I would definitely visit this location again and their other locations around New England and I will be considering joining one of their unlimited car wash programs in the near future. They clearly pride themselves on superior customer service and stand behind every wash and service they provide. I look forward to doing business with them again soon. Thanks Matt!

Matt is very friendly I use the unlimited drive through car wash all the time. My car always looks great. The only issue is sometimes they run out of cleaning supplies but as of late even this has gotten better

Definitely My favorite car wash in the Salem/Windham area. Always leaves my car shiny and clean. The staff is also wonderful and friendly. I always hope Matt is working when I bring my car by as he is extremely friendly and makes sure my car is extra clean!

Robby was fantastic. Very nice and didn’t try to force anything on me. He even drew a Mickey Mouse face on my daughters window which she thought was the best thing ever!

I came to the car wash to get a regular wash, I go all the time and I was greeted by Matt, he was friendly, and explained all the different options of washes to me and even further explained that if I come all the time I should look into the Unlimited car wash plan for the deluxe wash. Although I already have so many subscriptions I’m going to sign up next time I go through because he was very convincing and did a great job helping me understand how much money I could save!

Long line since they are trying to sell their unlimited service. Then if someone buys it everyone has to wait 5 minutes for them to transact the deal. How about let everyone go through and people who want to buy it can do it after they go through. Awful! And then to top it off not one clean rag. Otherwise 5 stars.

It looked slammed but the regular wash line flew and the car came out great. Even though the line was practically to the street I dont think the line ever stopped. The touch free line didnt budge while I was there. Only downside is I felt it was priced high although I havent paid much attention to know wash prices I bought second tier from the top.

Got the full package car wash, was great snowed the next day and car still looked clean !!!! Long wait was busy but totally worth the wait... Vacuum worked great too

They did a great job! When I first entered the tunnel, my car was filthy, thanks to the snow, sleet, and road spray from the recent winter weather. By the time I drove away, it was as clean and shiny as new!

Very busy! You are given a token for the vaccum after your carwash, but, it will be difficult to get to the vaccums with the long line of cars blocking the vaccums. Try to go when not so busy. I could not wait so I left. Touchless line was long!
