I just picked my vehicle up from this establishment after having it detailed and having a ceramic coating. I am completely happy and satisfied with the work they have done. It only took them 2 days to do the work and they did the best just possible, considering the state my car was in when I brought it to them. My vehicle had a lot of water marks and swirl marks all over the entire body and they got rid of all of those completely.It definitely looks better then the day I drove it off the lot of the dealership. They also answered all my questions without being condescending, which seems to be a lot to ask for nowadays. All of their employees I meet were very nice and very informative. They went above and beyond my expectations.I would highly recommend them to anyone that wants and/or needs this work done for their vehicle(s).

Matt was awesome they did a great job on the exterior of my wifes bmw, and the stains on the interior headliner they really brought the headlights back to life as well

Matt runs a first-class operation using all the latest techniques. He worked over our old Toyota FJ60 and the interior looks like new. Also, I had a new paint job on it, but had SCA buff & wax it and it looks twice as shiny as it did before. Highly recommend!

Matt, Josh and the rest of the crew are amazing. The paint correction was like nothing Ive witnessed before. We purchased a used car that had been sitting in Arizona for 3 years. It had a lot of sun damage, we didnt think they would get it out, but they did and it looks great. There were also a couple of hiccups along the way, nothing to do with SCA and Matt went way beyond what we could have hoped for in finishing the job. I would highly recommend anyone wanting a detail job to at least go talk to Matt and his crew. I think his professional attitude will help you finalize any decisions you have about where to take your car for detailing.

Matt and his team at S.C.A. were remarkable from the initial contact we had with them up through paying them for their services. Quick background: We just moved to Salem and during our move, a bottle of toilet bowl cleaner spilled on our passenger seat and over the next few days, started to smell like high heaven! Being new to Salem, we didnt know what to do so I research a little and called Matt on Monday morning, he had me in by Wednesday morning. He said it could take all day, he had it back within 5 hours. The interior of our car was like new, smelled amazing, and he was even dusting extra things off as he showed it to me. The prices were extremely reasonable for what we got, and I have absolutely no doubt well use them against for any detailing needs we may have!

Matt and SCA are true experts in their industry. Matt stays up to date with new technology and most importantly how/when to use it. I had my Black Chevy Tahoe that was littered with swirl marks ceramic coated. He set expectations given the type of paint GM uses and delivered a better than expected result. His pricing and results make SCA the best value in town by a long mile. SCA impressed me so much I brought my boat in for ceramic coating. Smiles all over my face. I have referred my parents and friends to him with full trust his service and product is top notch. I am extremely pleased with the detailing of my SUV. They even got a rust stain out from a tire chain. I then gave a surprise gift to my Son-in-law for his birthday, to spiffy up his Mazda 3. He too was delighted.

Showed up with the mobile detailer, was told 3 hours but took around 1.5 hours. Love how clean my car is now and all the stains from 11 years of buildup are gone now. Gives me peace of mind.

Did a phenomenal job on a dog haired, commuted in, hadnt been cleaned in a long time Subaru. Prices are VERY reasonable, so theres no reason to go anywhere else. Matt is super friendly and takes pride in his small business. Save some money and be totally satisfied!

This review has a lot of meaning to me and I will explain why below.My husbands car had been stolen and we thankfully got it back. I however did not know if I could trust my 3 year old to be in the vehicle. Me and my husband agreed if we got the vehicle back we would get rid of it. Second Chance Automotives did just what the name says. They gave our car a second chance. We are in no way well off but I could not look at the car the same. The trust was gone. Second chance Automotives did a great job. In fact it is cleaner than when we first purchased the car. Matt knew my concern was for my child and brought me mind at ease. I feel very confident in allowing my son to be in this once disastrous vehicle. It isnt just how great the car looks but how important customer service is to Matt. I can see why this is a 5 star business. I work in real estate and it is imperative that my car be clean and smell great.These guys come out to my office once a month and bring my car back to showroom clean. I dont know how I did it before I found them. They are fantastic and they save me hours every month!

Matt is an awesome and friendly guy. I took my week-old Ford Escape to a friends farm and let it bake in the 95-degree sun under a well-water sprinkler for a couple hours and got TERRIBLE hard water spots. He did an amazing job getting them out and applied a paint sealant so my idiot-self wont have to worry about country sprinklers too much for the rest of the summer. He did a really nice job and finished an hour earlier than he predicted! I saw a few leftover spots and he jumped right back up and redid the windshield for me right then and there.Thank you Matt, you earned two loyal customers today!Quality/personal service, fair prices, supporting a small business owned by a nice dude - what more could you ask for?
