The stylist (I think her name was Stephanie) spent about 2-3 minutes cutting my hair and was very clearly trying to rush me out of her chair. She did not cut my hair how I asked, she barely cut it at all. I asked for 2 inches off all around and maybe ended up with .25 inches cut off. She didn’t show me a mirror to check the cut, didn’t give me a receipt. I felt very discriminated against and definitely won’t be back. Also complaining about having to wear a mask made for a really uncomfortable experience. The shop also wasn’t clean, there was hair all over the place, she didn’t even sweep from the previous customer before cutting my hair.

My daughter wanted a risky cut... they totally pulled it off and the stylist chatted with her the whole time giving her tips etc!

Decided to hit up our local Supercuts for my daughter’s hair cut. She wanted a simple cut straight through. As you can see there’s nothing straight about this cut, she was in and out within 11 minutes! I feel so insulted the fact that they sent her on her way like this and due to company regulations due to covid I wasn’t able to go in. They should really change that since a child won’t know to complain! Never going back here even if it’s free I didn’t even want to go back for them to fix it afraid that they’ll make it worse.

Took temps, masks on. Only 2 clients allowed inside. I felt safe. And there were very nice.

Just as the three star rating says....its ok! Not impressed with the haircut. A little more attention to detail would go a long way! But when you are in and out in less than 15 minutes, you cant expect to get the best haircut!?!

I try to avoid thos supercuts. Vinnin square is much better

Leyca cut my hair and she was so helpful with things that are good on my type of hair. I know this because she recommended what I use. I love the way she cut and styled my hair which was a different cut from the usual I get at Supercuts, but it made my hair look so much fuller. I have tried many places and different stylists which have been fair to good, but I always left with some doubts for one reason or another, I am very impressed with her recommendations, professionalism and friendliness. Leyca is definitely an asset to Supercuts and I will definitely return again and request her.

Before coming here I would only go to Elizabeth Grady for my eyebrows because how picky I was, but after seeing Stephanie I now only go to her for my brows. She does exactly what I ask and does a fantastic job, and with supercuts prices it cant be beat.

Dirty waiting area-hair clumps and a tumbleweed of hair blowing around,when brought to the staff attention they said they didnt see it and will get it later-gross!
